Big Smoke Burger

Burger was very good, atmosphere as you could expect. Unfortunately we didn't get any plates even though we ate at the restaurant

Popped in for a quick lunch with a colleague. Great tasting burger, would come back.

Ordered the classic cheeseburger, but they have plenty of more creative options.

Quick and efficient / friendly service. Nice place with lots of seating on main floor and upstairs.

Really Bad. $14 USD burger, patty so small I ripped off half the bun to make it more proportional. A teeny slice of off color tomato. Tiny bit of blue cheese. Should be renamed Small Joke from Big Smoke. Extra star is for the cherry Bubly seltzer…good flavor lol

I got the student meal. It was a burger with a drink and fries. Costing me around 13 dollars. The fries are a must try. The food fills you up. Staff are nice including Nikki who took pictures of our experience at the Big Smoke Burger.

Came here for late lunch. Nikki served us at the counter and was very kind to offer my son a donut while waiting for our food. The food was served promptly and is delicious.

Slow service, burger was not worth $10.

Walked in and waited at the counter for a couple mins before someone even noticed I was there. The music was so loud I had to repeat myself a couple times and they still managed to screw up my order.

The toppings on the burger was just thrown on without any care, globs of sauces all over the place and random amounts of unknown vegetables. The burger and bun was burnt.

The place is good and the service is amazing, friendly team. The prices are affordable and you get a good quality for value. The meat was a bit dry but the flavor is not bad.
The poutine is actually delicious. I really liked the gravy.
A thing to highlight is that the music is really nice.

He not only suggested means to make our order less expensive, he also gave my sons free donuts - not just 1 but 4 ;)

Big Smoke has a great burger selection. My favourites are the crazy burger or the spicy burger. The milkshake is really thick and tastes really good. Sweet potato fries are a must try with the spicy mayo and the regular fries are good too.

Neil and Makda go above and beyond every single time. The food is amazing and the service is too. I go here at least once a week and it’s always a pleasant experience

Spent about $100 on food only to have it delivered cold. Restaurants of Toronto, why do you continue to use delivery partners that provide such a horrible customer experience?

The burger is really flavourful and the fries are just as good as Five Guys, I love grabbing lunch at this location it’s really clean and the staff is always friendly.

The food there was amazing but yknow whats better than the food? Kina she was very friendly and kind to all of us.would comeback just for her friendliness and professionalism!

This is a great burger spot. High quality ingredients and everything tastes fresh. Price is good for what you're getting. Portion sizes are good. Best burger spot in the area! Never disappoints.

The locations we tried on our trip were fantastic (one close to our hotel and the other in the mall). The customer service from the 3 gals working the spot by our hotel was phenomenal, food was even better. The second location, the manager kept talking to us, infront of our 6 year old, about how fun toronto is without kids and how he loves to go to "adult clubs" and party, he did this from the time I paid until we got our food. The food again, was really great!

I am a regular at this place and for good reason. Excellent customer service and delicious food! 5 stars!

Just had two of their burgers (Big Smoke and Blue) for the first time ever and they were DELICIOUS.

10/10, pretty flavorful and the meat was super fresh and perfectly cooked. The kind of burgers where by the end you're dismantling it and eating each part individually because every bit of it is so good. They were pretty quick too, I ordered via Ritual on a Friday around lunchtime and the food was ready within 5 minutes.

We dropped in just for a quick bite before a wedding across the street…lovely gentleman who took our order was gracious and kind.we enjoyed the hot fries, and the complimentary donuts afterwards! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience considering we just stopped in on the spur of the moment. Very casual, friendly atmosphere, great burgers and really nice staff. Recommend it to anybody!

A good burger needs a good bun and big smoke burger delivers, fresh buns, great topings and juicy meat. Add the friendly and hard working staff to make this place a must for the burger lover.

Excellent and extremely tasty! I had the Blazing Pineapple burger combo with sweet potato fries. This burger comes with beef but I swapped it out for grilled chicken. Delicious!

May be the best burger I've ever had. Bun was perfect, everything seasoned very well. My only recommendation would be to switch to foil instead of paper, tends to get stuck to the burger for delivery.

Always great burgers from Big Smoke. Great fries too. Quick in and out to grab food. Not much else to say. If you see a Big Smoke Burger you stop.

Ordered delivery through SkipTheDishes. And I got Big Smoke Burger combo with whole wheat buns, sweet potato fries, and poutine as sides.

The burger: pretty awesome! You can taste the patty’s 100% beef, but it’s definitely the kind of burger that isn’t big on the meat (as u can see in my pics). Some downsides: the horseradish mayo was delicious and salty enough to compliment each bite BUT unfortunately, mine wasn’t evenly spread so some of my bites were bland and some were too saucy/salty. Another thing, the whole wheat buns were very very good but I wish they’d toasted it a bit more, it was pretty soft and can definitely result in soggy buns if i hadn’t eaten it right away lol

Fries: hadn’t had that many sweet potatoes fries and poutine in my life, but I’ve definitely had better ones than from here

Overall: pretty happy as I was craving gourmet burgers:)

Been doing takeout from Big Smoke @ 50 King St E since 2019. The food is always on point - cooked well and delicious! The staff are very friendly and I’ve never had an issue with my orders. Keep up the great work!

We have tried a few different varieties of their burgers. They are delicious and we do recommend eating them.

This place is easy to travel and sells best burgers made fresh properly follows the sanitation protocols very safe to eat. Very nice hospitality by the staff they Look into all the special request for the customer. Very statisfied service and food.

Worst veggie burger I've ever had. They don't tout themselves as a veggie burger specialist obviously but seriously it was the single worst. Cooked weeks ago and then warmed up. Dry as a bone. Couldn't eat it.

Had burgers from the 50 King St location yesterday, not my first time, and they’ve never let me down. Excellent!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. A burger from A and W is much better. I am not sure if I visit the store at a wrong time. But the lamb does not taste good because it is really skinny and dry. The burger does not worth 13 dollars at all. If you sell me a sandwich that cost 13 dollars, you should at least give me a thicker juicy meat. I am not satisfied that this buger cost me $13.

I enjoyed it when I was at Toronto it's really good test and prince I hope to have it again soon

My owner gave me his leftovers. Good food for dog, but I guess not for a human! I give this place the 4 Woof salute!
