As always had a great experience using Bigham! The guys are professional, courteous and very helpful. They take care in packing each piece properly, wrapping furniture, etc. The best! I recommend them all the time. We had our closing date changed so they held our belongings over the weekend to fit it into their schedule. Gave us time to get in the new place and clean! Wayne and Mike moved my shipment from Woodstock to Toronto. They executed the move with great efficiency and care! Very nice guys, and the person I spoke to over the phone to arrange a drop-off time was nice, too. Overall, 5/5 experience. Definitely worth the fire.

We had the Bingham moving crew manage our move (it was a 3 day job) at the beginning of April 2023 and needless to say they were amazing! The first 5 minutes of entering our home the guys were super friendly, making jokes, putting us all at ease. They went above and beyond and were so helpful. They packed everything meticulously and were very attentive to every one of our asks. We had them unpack the boxes as well and they took such good care of our belongings. I would not hesitate using them again or referring them to our friends and family.

The 2 men, that came to move large items from one location to another in the same city, were very pleasant and were extremely careful when moving the furniture. They made sure that the area they needed to use, in both houses, was totally covered and when the were leaving got on their knees and wiped all areas that appeared to have dust from the use of the mats. I have used this company in the past and have always been pleased with their staff and professionalism. Highly recommended them

I would highly recommend Bigham the Mover for any move - short distance or long distance. We have used Bigham the Mover twice now for long distance moves across provinces and would not choose any other company for the job.

The guys that handled our move were Wayne and Derek who were both extremely friendly, hard-working and had endless energy - also they were masters of space planning (packing tetris). On the last leg of the move, there was an additional young man that was also great (I don't know his name sadly!).

We had some unforeseen events come up and the guys did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of regardless and waited with us, I can't express how grateful we were to have them helping us during a really stressful time:)

Fantastic experience with Bigham. Estimation process was easy and accurate. They showed up promptly, worked hard and fast to load and unload, and took care of my stuff. They even came back a few days later to help me with a new mattress that defeated the delivery guys. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with Brigham Movers, they did two pick ups for me and one delivery. They were alittle late on the last pick and delivery but they were extremely kind and took very good care when handling my things! Great JOB!

All i have ever heard when it comes to hiring movers- are the horror stories. My sister used Bigham first, for her family’s move. My niece has a very serious lung condition and bighams team went above and beyond to make sure to keep extra sanitized and wear masks to help ensure my nieces health. (Mid-pandemic) Then i tested them out and had some extra furniture and boxes out of my house and into storage so we could get our house ready to sell. And i was really happy then. But i didnt think i could become even more happy and grateful for their help until after we moved into our new house! I cannot begin to describe how wonderful all 4 guys were that came to help. They were not pushy or rude. They would be the first one to ask if we were sure we didnt want something moved to a different spot or room. So we didnt feel like we were a bother or going to have someone roll their eyes or get annoyed with us. My husband has a bad back and hernia and they didnt raz him about not being able to pick up anything remotely heavy.which i felt was extremely professional considering by the end of the day we were all cracking jokes with each other. If you’re thinking about making the call DO IT! Bighams got you covered

Very professional movers. They picked up, they stored, they shipped and they delivered. No damages, no lost items. A well-organized bunch. Everything went as planned.

I've used Bigham for all of my moves - 2 of which required that we place our items in storage with them while our home was being completed. Each and every time we've used them, the service has been exceptional! Whether it's dealing with David and Zach in the office, or the moving crew - everyone is incredibly friendly, considerate and professional. I would highly recommend using Bigham for your next move.

After doing our research and seeing so many positive reviews for Bigham, we decided to use them for our long distance move. We booked them more than three months in advance. The day before they were scheduled to arrive, we were told that our furniture would need to be reloaded onto another truck that was going out West but not to worry, their professional team would handle the transfer of our belongings to the Allied Van Lines truck. As you can see from the photo above, our furniture was treated with complete contempt. Boxes marked as fragile were packed sideways or upside down, storage totes were broken, every piece of furniture that I own is damaged. They failed to wrap wooden furniture in protective blankets and used only shrink wrap - even when it was pointed out that they were dealing with antique furniture. The day of our move, the truck driver and “team” leader never introduced himself, spent most of his time on the telephone and left to handle another truck in the middle of our move. They were incompetent and more than careless. We were assured over and over again that our furniture would be dealt with the utmost care, especially since it would need to be moved twice. That was not the case as you can see from the photo. If you have a long distance move, do NOT use this company.

I hired Bigham the Mover to do a significant amount of moves for us that involved receiving a furniture delivery, assembling and installing new furniture as well as a mix of swapping things around and removing & moving items into storage for later use. All this work happened during work hours and went smoothly with minimal disruption to staff. David Johnson visited the site to help map the flow of work areas and keep the flow logical and coordinated. All spaces were active workspaces, so this also had impacts to staff and IT assets being disconnected and reconnected with minimal disruption.

The crew who worked onsite - Wayne, Walter, Dylan & Mike were excellent, professional, and adapted to the changing needs that presented themselves as things do in a major move. I would highly recommend using Bigham the Mover for major office moves. I’d also recommend them for any smaller moves too. You will not be disappointed with the service! I am still so impressed at how uneventful this major move project was because of the excellent game plan and execution of it. Thanks so much!

Bigham recently moved the contents of our house from Cambridge to Kingston. Zach gave us a reasonable estimate and was very responsive when we had any questions. The movers (Wayne, Mike, Cole and Derek) were friendly, polite and likeable. We were blown away by how hard they worked and how efficient they were. They cared about taking good care of our things and I knew after the first hour that we could trust them. They were also very kind to my cats. Moving is stressful but this company made it so easy. I highly recommend them. I would use them again in a flash!

What an awesome company! We have lived in our old home for the last forty years and have accumulated a fair bit of “stuff”. Although we downsized a lot of books and “why did we keep this? ”, the three men who arrived to load the truck did not complain. They made the day stress-free. Wayne was the crew leader and he kept the atmosphere light hearted and got the job done in good time. The truck arrived on the load and unload day when expected. They were courteous with the new neighbours and made sure they weren’t blocking driveways. There was absolutely no damage to our furniture or walls. I couldn’t be happier! If I would have known a move could go so smoothly I wouldn’t have waited so long to move. I can highly recommend Bigham for their excellent service.

BEST MOVE I EVER HAD FROM START TO FINISH. THE CREW WORKED HARD NON STOP AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME. ONE MEMBER ACTUALLY TOOK TIME TO REPAIR A PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT REQUIRED TIGHTENING AND ADJUSTMENT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

Bighams went above and beyond for our move. We had a large move to our new location. They were professional and contentious of our items. When we were able to unload at our new home they brought in additional guys to help unload including David the owner. This is the best mover ever! The crew were polite and respectful of items being moved, fast, and efficient. So far haven't found anything broken or damaged - only missing TV electrical cord but might be in a box we haven't opened yet! Cost was excellent - would have paid more for such care and consideration and speed (but don't tell David!). As seniors, we're very appreciative of all the hard work and making our move from Woodstock to London less stressful than we anticipated.

Very professional and polite crew. Showed up on time. Asked to do additional work and they happy took on the tasks. Billing is $150 per hour for 3 person crew and the quote was comparable to the actual invoice. I would recommend them to everyone.

Best movers around, they were great. So careful, speedy and respectful of my items. They removed all plastic and tape so the dogs would not be scared. They were so nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely use them again if I need to move. Could not have had a better experience.
