Very humble and caring staff. Specially Manager of store is so helpful. They had all watch brands from low to high range. I feel happy to visit this store.

We shopped here today and Iman was incredible. She was very welcoming and offered very good advice. Very satisfied.

Good customer service. My go to place. A 4-Star because of the long delay in fixing my wristwatch in warranty, understandably because of backup, otherwise should be a 5. Je croyais qu’en visitant Ottawa j’allais pas avoir un service en français mais j’étais surprise d’avoir rencontrée Raffaella qui a pris de son temps et a mis l’effort pour bien communiquer avec moi en français. Elle s’est assurée que je comprenne bien ce qu’elle explique et que je comprends les prix. Nous avons eu une belle conversation par rapport à ses origines et les bijoux en magasin et je vous recommande Lavigueur comme bijouterie si vous voulez des bijoux de classe.

I m offended at the staff for gave me wrong price and i had that price in mind the whole time when i showed up i signed up for the credit to pay and the price was 1000$ more. I guess the employee had the wrong math down!

I went to this store today. I asked if they change watch battery. I gave them 2 watches 1 is fossil and the other is swiss. She made the fossil working but not the swiss one and she said my watch is broken and i tried the other jewelry store they said who ever open your watch she broke it. Now I need to fix my watch for $150.00 I am very disappointed for going to the wrong place.

Called the store to inquire about purchasing an engagement ring to go with my wedding band as my previous ring was temporary and the associate who answered was very rude. She also seemed annoyed that i spoke English and not french and continued to speak french asking me what i want (I can understand very well). Asked if i could have my band (which was purchased there) soldered with one of their engagement rings and was told yes that's an option. Asked if i could purchase a warranty because its a real diamond ring i plan on buying and would like some protection so it can last me forever, cause if i wanted to spend hundred more to have it sized or cleaned id go and buy a more expensive one, and the associate sighed and said they don't do warranties and hung the phone up on me. Wont be returning, was hoping to give a smaller less known business my $1000 but they wont be getting it and i wont ever be going back.

Great service! I brought a chain to be repaired that I’ve had for over 30 years and has a lot of sentimental value. When I returned to pick it up we discovered that there was 2 issues that had to be resolved. Iman was not only understanding and helpful, she went above and beyond the call of duty to sort things out for me.
