Jim was incredibly helpful when I took my 12 year old in to buy a helmet for his birthday. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Best of all, he celebrated my kid's obvious enthusiasm for biking. He went the extra mile and made the experience so much fun.

A shoutout to Carter at Bikeland in Barrie. Carter did a great job of patiently, kindly, and most efficiently converting my 1980 Nishiki racing/touring bike into a comfortable street bike.

Had a so called tune up and the handle bar was still loose. New innertube installed and was flat within 48 hours didn't even have a chance to ride the bike. Not happy with Bike Land and would not recommend this place.

Was an ok place. Went to buy a bike rake. Was not helpful. We went to Midhurst got one there

Some of the most friendly, helpful and approachable staff around! I came with my girlfriend to buy a seatpost and while we were there we decided to have a look around for fun. Sales staff didn't mind and Max was super helpful taking the time out of his busy day to help size a bike for my girlfriend and answer some of our beginner questions. When new bike day comes, I definitely know where I'm headed!

I've made thousands of dollars purchases here within the past year but today when I visited, I found out employees are required to wear masks. As long as this is the case, I will not purchase here. I believe in choice. Bikeland chooses to force masks, I choose to shop elsewhere.

My experiences at Bikeland have been positive. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always helpful to recommend the right part or tune up my bikes.

No issues at all. Bought a high end road/gravel bike and they have tuned and looked after me very well my entire ownership. I will be buying my bikes from here again. I always suggest to people I know who are in the market for a bike to visit this shop. No pressure sales and great selection.
