I’ve been going to bikiwax for 2 years consistently every 4 weeks for my wax. I see Muskaan every time and I absolutely love her. She is super fast, I’m in and out in under 10-15 mins. She is professional, yet has also become my friend. She remembers things I’ve told her in my last appt.and asks how that went or how my health is doing etc.she’s a beautiful human being and Bikiwax is lucky to have her. She makes a “not so pleasant experience” (Brazilian waxes) super pleasant and one I actually look forward to going to because of her. Her skills and professionalism are worth the money I pay every 4 weeks.

I was a bit nervous to come to this place but I am glad I did. The customer service is outstanding. I did not have an appointment and it was my first time there. I was assisted promptly and was treated like I was a long time loyal customer. Additionally, I was accommodated right away. I cannot remember the aesthetician’s name who help me. (Lasandra maybe) but good job to this whole team…Please consider a raise for them! I was struggling with a few hygiene issues, and it was immediately relieved. Thank you guys so much. Will def recommend!

I had such a great experience! One of the least painful waxes I've had, plus the products they apply to skin are amazing. They clearly take very good attention to detail here- they have you fill out a throughout survey before coming in and ask questions during. I've experienced issues with breakouts and ingrowns in sensitive areas before but had a full body wax at BikiWax 24 hours ago and not a single mark or blemish on me! I can't wait to go back:)

I always get my mani and pedis done here. Work is very good however location could be cleaner. Price is reasonable.

Muskaan did a phenomenal job with her services today. I went to a different spa before and thought that level of pain was normal until now. Muskaan did the job fast and less painful so I’m definitely switching spas and coming here. Really appreciated her services:)

There’s also limited parking which may be a hassle once construction is over which isn’t super ideal, especially during the rush hour traffic. Hopefully that gets figured out soon cause I would hate to be late to an appointment or lose a deposit because I can’t find street parking.

Otherwise - the service is great and highly recommend.

Bikiwax online booking, was very straight forward, and not confusing at all. The workplace environment was very warm and welcoming as soon as I had walked in. Front desk was kind, and willing to provide information regarding supplies. My aesthetician (Natasha), made my whole stay very comfortable and calm. I have had bad experiences with waxing and sugaring, but she made me feel at ease. Thank you again for having me feel fresh and smooth. Would definitely recommend if it’s your first time or not.

Muskaan always does a great job! She makes sure all the hair is gone, pluks out any loose hairs the wax didn’t get and is very friendly and has a wonderful personality, she’s easy to talk to and makes my waxing experience easy and comfortable. I’ve been going for my waxing appointments with her since March I believe and everytime I look forward to seeing her! I would highly reccomend her at BikiWax?

I had such a great experience today with Muskaan who did my Brazilian wax. It was my first time getting waxed and as a plus size women with insecurities she definitely made me feel very comfortable. She was so kind, professional, and understanding! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! The lady at the front desk was also very nice! Overall the place its self is very clean as well! I tried nufree for the first time and would totally recommend using that for waxing! Pain free 2/10 and no redness! I also took Tylenol before hand and I have finer hair! Overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Muskaan for making my first time experience a great one!:)

When you first walk into the space, you are hit with a relaxing and calming aura created by the lighting and the aroma diffuser they have running. And then the young lady at the front desk was super kind and friendly! The esthetician who worked with me today was Komal. She is super patient and did a grate job explaining everything to me. She also walked me through her process, every time she was about to do something, she would verbally tell me what’s going on and what will happen, she even predicted the amount of pain I would feel XD. After we were done, she recommended some amazing products they have to keep the pain at bay. I would definitely be coming and booking with Komal again: D! I would also be recommending this place to anyone who is looking to book their first time, take the leap of faith with this establishment, they do an amazing job!

This was my first time visiting this location - I needed to get a full face wax.

I don't quite know why or how, but the esthetician tore a huge patch off my cheek during the wax. Maybe she was rushing? I have a wedding to go to and I'm feeling in the worst shape ever - a huge scab has developed on my face. She also spilled wax IN my hair, very careless.

I paid EXTRA for a wax that's supposed to be good for sensitive skin because I didn't want to risk skin tearing. I know it's normal to have a small amount of skin tearing, but I have never had this experience before. Save your money. I paid about $80 including a tip and for a wax meant for sensitive skin. I'm also still plucking, because there's still a ton of hair left.

I went BACK to the location to request a refund. I did NOT get a refund and the owner instead told me that I could get a store credit - I'm sorry but who in their right mind would come back after such a bad experience. I had a wedding to attend the day after the wax, and I was mortified. I have NEVER had such an experience with waxing.

The business has responded to the review basically blaming me for using "anti-aging" products. I use a Clarins moisturizer before bed - and it is not an "anti-aging cream". I'm sorry to say, the business owners are blatantly lying to you. I have NEVER seen such poor customer service, nor have I seen such a dishonest business policy.

Just a note the wax that they try to sell you for "sensitive skin" - I did in fact use that! I believe the esthetician was rushing my service. You really didn't have to book me in if you were that busy.

When I did go back into the store, the owner tried to sell me an intimate "brightening cream" for my private parts to use for my store credit. Are you serious? I have a scab on my face - why would you try to push an intimate cream.

I have looked up the products that I redeemed for the store credit - again save your money and go ELSEWHERE.

Got my first wax here and it went really well. Roshelle was fantastic.super clean, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Always a great experience here. Van is so amazing at what she does, incredibly professional and kind. I moved two cities away and I still make my way there every month: D keep up the great work:)

It's two years later guys.she's still so amazing at what she does. I recently had a party for my one year old and the compliments I got on my eyebrows, as usual! I have very thin eyebrows and for some reason she manages to shape them! Such friendly, efficient and kinda service. I recommend you try just one time and you'll never stop:)

100% recommend this place to absolutely anyone I know. All the people there are lovely and very kind. I go there primarily for waxing and they do such a wonderful job. Not only is their technique quick, but it’s absolutely painless. During each session they also do their absolute best to make you feel comfortable.

Waxing can be dangerous or hurtful when not in the correct hands. And unfortunately I learned that the hard way. I have been to other places before and once I started going here I never turned back. I can’t better express my love for biki wax. I would say that waxing is their specialty and if you’re considering doing that you must go here! Definitely the best place to go to in all of Mississauga!

I travel all the way from downtown to see this place. The place is clean, the receptionist is delightful and my wax person Irena is quick, professional and very skilled. She also takes pride in her job.

The prices are a bit high (the reason for the 4 stars) but the service is top notch!

By the way I truly recommend using nufree for waxing it's definitely less painful than traditional wax or sugaring. For people with sensitive skins or darker skin tones it's the best in my opinion.

I booked an appointment at this salon back in 2019 for a Brazilian but was not satisfied with their service. The lady who was waxing me had a trainee shadowing her, which I was fine with. However, during my appointment I was burned from the wax which caused me to have a great deal of pain. The male receptionist walked into the room with the door wide opened during the procedure. I felt very uncomfortable as there was no seclusion while being serviced.

I had an amazing experience. They are very professional and understand your needs and work accordingly.

Went in for my first Brazilian wax and was very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness and overall quality. Although the waxing itself was very painful the staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I got Biki wax done, it went smooth and organised, not much painful. Provide clear instructions during the process and post waxing care was also shared which I loved the most to avoid ingrowth. The equipment and place is very well kept in terms of sanitisation. Had the price be a bit more competitive it would be a 5 star from me. Would recommend their service.

This was probably the most painless wax I have every gotten. Irena (I believe was her name) had the most gentle hand and is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and client satisfaction. This is my new go to place and I will definitely be back.

Van made a great suggestion for which wax best to use and I'm glad she did! She was also able to squeeze me in for an eyebrow wax! My experience from beginning to end was so pleasant and easy. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and made aware that they were preparing for my scheduled appointment. Then, Irena called me in, introduced herself, and explained what was to be expected. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire session and made great conversation too! Even though this place is a 20-minute drive from me, the drive was well worth it:)

The best place for Brazilian wax in Mississauga. I have been visiting them for last 3 years. They have good people who know what they are doing. Very hygienic and clean. They treat you very well. The prices are good. I would totally recommend this place.
