Always purchase my appliances from them. They have so many to choose from and their delivery times are much faster than your big box stores.

I bought a few appliances from Billa. Tony was our sales representative and he is super helpful and always a delight to work with. He knows his stuff.
Overall delivery is on time and efficient.
Prices are very competitive with other appliances stores.
I highly recommend shopping at Billa.

I took the day off to be home for my appliance delivery. They called that day to say they can’t deliver it because the fridge was too big for one person to deliver and the other person had left.
Completely unacceptable. I had to take another day off work because of Bills.

I don’t think I’ll ever buy appliances anywhere else. Ramesh and Tony and Ramesh’s son were all extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, listened to our needs and worked with us to get the right appliances with no hassle or headaches. They also had their delivery guys come and take good care of everything!

When we walked into the store the staff were great and let us walk around and came to help as soon as they could. We spoke to a representative and he said he would look into a specific bbq that we were interested in because he didn’t have a price list on hand and the. He would call us. It has been an entire week and we have not heard back. We followed up about 4 days after our meeting and they reassured us that he would call within a day… they did call us and give us an amazing deal on our bbq!

Don’t get fooled by the cheaper prices. This store sells manufacturer rejects and they will do everything to sell but nothing to fix after sale. Comerco warranty that they pitch you doesn’t cover everything! Buy from a reputable retailer instead.

We’ve been a customer with Billa Appliances since 2013. Having transacted with them for long, we trust them for their advice and support. Its nice to see their focus is on meeting customer's need rather than merely trying to sell products! Way to go.

Our old dryer stopped working and my uncle suggested Billa Appliance as his son had bought appliances for him from Billa Appliance. We went to Billa Appliance Store in Markham. We bought LG Dryer DLEX3850V last Friday. Tony provided us excellent service and gave us at good price. Tony was so efficient that he arranged the dryer to be delivered next day. Next day on Saturday, the Billa Appliance delivery guys (PJ and Sukha) came on time and delivered the dryer. PJ and Sukha were both very kind and professional. I had taken extended warranty from Billa Appliance and got the email from Comerco Services. The whole process was quick and so far happy with the service. The dryer so far is working well. I would definitely go back to Billa Appliance for other appliance purchase in future and also recommend it to family/friends.

An interesting warehouse style shopping experience. Friendly staff who answered questions but wasn't able to get what I was looking for in the end.

Pathetic experience, the lady that looked after us, was least interested in talking. Guys, do not waste your time visiting this place, they don’t do installation either. What a lousy experience and a super waste of time.

We were looked after very well by Arman and his knowledge about different products, features, comparative analysis helped us a great deal in identifying the right ones for our family. There are so many details and decision points involved in the kitchen appliances purchase that we were feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Awesome service! My wife and I have a kitchen reno coming up, and we reached out to Billa for help recommending new appliances for the kitchen. We were professionally greeted, and personally introduced to Arman. From the beginning, Arman was extraordinarily polite and professional as he assisted us with selecting the appliances we wanted at an incredible rate! He was able to schedule a delivery time of our choosing so we could ensure the appliances arrived at our home before the reno began. When the appliances arrived, the drivers courteously allowed us to review the contents so we were confident all of the proper products were there, and even took photos so they were sure they were matching the proper serial numbers with the orders! Wow!

Arman and his team were exceptional as they took complete control of the process. Arman kept us continuously in the loop via email with all the necessary quotes, and explained the terms and agreements perfectly so we were well informed from beginning to end! We were so hoping for a good experience as the Reno has been quite stressful with so many moving parts. What we got was an exceptional experience to be remembered for years to come:) I would absolutely recommend Billas for anyone looking for a great price and great service where it matters most!

Visited this store and had an awful experience. Why is it that they ran over to me to sanitize my hands and put on gloves before I touch anything. Meanwhile ALL the Indian customers in the store were NOT wearing gloves. The sales rep Pirpa I recall her name was, was awful and she didn't care I was about to overhaul my whole kitchen appliances. I'll spend my 10k+ somewhere else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Worked with me to find a all the appliances needed to move in to my new home, within our budget and was able to be delivered within a couple of days. The delivery crew were even better ensuring that everything was out back together after getting it through narrow doorways. Thank you!

Large, well-organized showroom with plenty of appliances to choose from. Prices are better than big brand furniture/ appliance stores. Customer service is great and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly to make your shopping experience pleasant.

If you want to be treated with any kind of care or respect avoid this place. I called them trying to buy 3 appliances and was told id get a call back, 3 days later I called back as I got no return call and was told the same thing. This happend 3 times before I gave up. Clearly they didnt want my business.

Once again, I wanted to thank the Billa team for exceptional service and great pricing. I’ve purchased a number of appliances from Billa in the past and have always been more than happy with the experience.

Now I was in the market for a new TV and sound bar and learned Billa carries Samsung electronics. Manny was a pleasure to deal with and was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the products. He answered all of our questions and provided great pricing. For the TV / sound bar package we went with, we saved almost 40% compared to big box store web pricing. On top of that, everything was in stock and pickup was easy.

Sad experience. I paid the original price for a refrigerator. At that time, because they didn't have the goods, they gave me a temporary refrigerator to use. When new goods arrived in May, they gave it to me, and then they took the old ones away. In the end, they don't keep their promises and have no credibility.
They promised when the brand new refrigerator come back they will change the brand new for me. At the that time I ask to return the money for me.but they didn’t, Until now they told me that open box refrigerator can’t change the brand new. I paid the brand new price then got the open box product. I call many time they always ask me wait and cut off my phone

I have compared the prices everywhere. They do have the best prices. However, the follow up on special orders horrible. I ordered an LG dishwasher. Waited forever to get it. I checked with Home depot and they say there's stock at LG warehouse, but Billa said no stock. I had to follow up with them a few times in order for them to chase down my dishwasher. And the delivery service is horrible and unprofessional. They don't take off their shoes or even ask if they can come in with their shoes. They damaged my washer while delivering my washer to the basement. They try to make me take it the way it is even though it's their fault. I made them take it back and I have to wait for them to order need a new ones. Don't buy from this place to save yourself some headaches.

Horrible. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we needs a washer, dryer, and dish washer. All three my husband bought from Billa (I didnt get involved because he is the thrifty shopper and I personally do not cate as long as he is happy). We ordered in February, and we were told that they would order our items and get them shipped to our house so we paid upfront. First, when our laundry set arrived they called my husband who works in a no service area, so they called me at 11am. I told them I dont handle deliveries and would have to speak with my husband after work. They then proceeded to call me an HOUR later to ask me again when they can deliver. Lady was rude and pushy. Next, we get a call at the end of May, nearly 3 months since they took our order to tell us they suddenly do not make the dishwasher we purchased. Originally they told us to pick out alternative models we were interested qnd they would call at 4pm. Not only did the call at around 5 20, they said they would not give us another model (only a lesser not nearly as good model) OR we can have a floor model. They didnt even let us tell them the other models. Eventually, we ended up taking our money back, but this whole process was a hassle and now we will be out of a dishwasher for god knows how long. Terrible customer service, no communication, try somewhere else.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE. Trying to get prices for 2.5 weeks on appliance packages. Initially we got no call or email back, then we spoke to someone who gave us a bunch of model numbers with no links to them and NO PRICES. I tried to call just now to speak to a manager and the receptionist would not transfer me. Use Canadian Appliance Source. Very personable - spoke to someone immediately who had links to recommended products WITH PRICES. I asked a question and he got back to me within 3 days and apologized he did not get back sooner as he was off for a few days.

My trip to Billa Appliance was very successful! Arman and Sandeep was a great help. They gave great advice as per our taste. Thanks to these two and the staff of Billa Appliances for some of the best additions to our new home.

Two weekends ago I purchased a dishwasher at Billa Appliances. I was not disappointed by the service I received. Sandeep was wonderful to work with. He was so patient and spent over an hour explaining the various dishwashers that were available and helped me find a product that was within my budget. Will definitely be going back as their products are very reasonably priced.

Fair prices, Sandeep told us everything we needed to know about the features of their products so you know exactly which appliance is best for you. Delivery was clean, on time, and the men who delivered the appliances were very careful and took their time when bringing it up my new house! I couldn’t be more happier with the service Billa Appliances provided. Would never go to these big company appliances stores, they don’t care about yours needs like Billa!

In 2018 I purchased the Samsung black stainless-steel collection from Billa Appliances. The whole process was very simple. My family and I picked out what we liked and Billa Appliances delivered it to our home that week. A few months ago, I started getting the LC error code on my dishwasher which essentially means that there is a leak detected internally in the unit. From watching several Youtube videos I was able to clear the error code by wiping off water from the bottom tray sensor. For several weeks the dishwasher worked without any issues. But the more we used it the error become more frequent and it was becoming very frustrating to unplug the unit and clean the bottom tray. This got me very worried as I was past the one-year manufacturer warranty and almost knew I would have to pay for someone to come take a look at it and for any parts that may need replacing.
I spoke to the customer service staff at Billa’s and they had recommended because the unit was fairly new that I try calling Samsung to have a look at it. Too my surprise Samsung gladly acknowledged my issue and offered a one-time complementary visit which covered Parts/labor. They sent over a 3rd-party technician which was able to identify the source of the leak and offered to replace the front door.
I was shocked as I have heard from many people that the Samsung customer service is awful. I will be purchasing Samsung products going forward as they are definitely the greatest bang for your back out there.

I wouldn’t even rate them 1. After 4 call attempts, a guy named Sandeep called with such attitude trying to demean us for our budget and then sent us the expensive options by email. Once we tried to reach him again to see if he has more options, he started dodging our calls and her assistant UpMa kept promising us that he will call back and this story continued for days. After that we got a message that this is the final price even though we didn’t try to negotiate, we just wanted to check more options. Pathetic customer service. Imagine if they treat you like this before you buy, how will you be treated post you have their product. Really upset!

If you want the best prices and the most brand name selections for your appliances, Billa Appliances is the place to go! Ask for Raj if he’s available (usually hard to get him) and you won’t be disappointed because he’ll give you the best prices on the spot! They also have good inventory and delivered as promised. I’ll first check with Raj for all my appliances need in the future. Thanks Raj!

Incredibly easy to work with. Best prices around and had stock to boot! Saved me over $700 on a new Bosch 800 series dishwasher when compared to CAS and Best Buy.
Curbside pickup was fast and staff were friendly.
Will definitely be using them again for my next appliance purchase.

Although I had a great experience selecting my home appliance with this company, they were terrible when I found out it was broken upon arrival. I had called THREE times in one day, asking to speak to someone about the process in getting my appliance fixed but they kept diverting my first two phone calls and making up an excuse that the person in charge was "too busy". The last phone call I had made, the representative I spoke to LIED and said the person in charge did not come in today. I ended up having to drive to the store and speak to someone IN PERSON, but ended up being told to call the manufacturing company.

The customer service here is exceptional. Tony helped us out today and was so kind throughout the entire process. They have so many difference selections available here. I highly recommend coming to Billa for kitchen appliances!

Always purchase from Billa for appliances. Recently I replaced all my appliances. Had an issue weeks later with my fridge. I called Billa and right away they sent someone to my house to check it out. Problem fixed and I didnt need to call the manufacturer which would take much longer. All staff at Billa are very responsive. Delivery guys are nice and courteous. You get personal service with family run business, unlike big box stores.

We went to this store on a referral from a friend and are glad we did. Raj was very helpful when it came to assisting us with buying gas stove, washer/dryer, BBQ and dishwasher. After buying the major appliances, we bought a tv few weeks later and few months later a fridge. Billia Appliances has fantastic prices compared to the major retails with great savings. Going forward, i will recommend Bills Appliances to all family/friends who need/want to replace any appliances they have.

I recently bought 4 appliances from Billa and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Harpal, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. A family member introduced me to Billa a few years ago when I bought my dishwasher. I got the best price from them. Now years later all my other appliances are starting to get old and I went there to buy 6 pieces for my home and office. Usually I deal with Tony who is very knowledgeable, but so is all the staff there. The good thing about this place, is they ask you what your want and needs are and they recommend what is best for you. I had set a delivery for right after Xmas. They were going to be late and I called them to let them know my displeasure. Right away they sent another vehicle to pick up my appliances and delivered ASAP. Two gentleman came in less than 30 mins. They were so nice and made sure they were quick and kept apologizing. Very professional and kind delivery men which made me feel bad. Billa Appliances is really the best experience anyone can have! I will always buy from then as I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Family owned and always willing to make your shopping experience exceptional and the price is the best in town!

Good prices but don't expect good service. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgable, but delivery folks were horrendous. They treked snow and dirt into our home. We bought a gas stove which required someone else to come and disconnect the old stove prior to installing the new one. General lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing. They say they care about customer service but don't have the processes to back it up.

We have been looking for appliances for my brother-in-laws newly renovated house (Kuya Juel), Raj was very accomodating and helped us decide. He was able to gave us the best prices. Billa appliances have wide range of appliances to choose from and are far more cheaper than other stores.
