Five Star for the reception and dentist Estelle Azzi (female)! So efficient! Lots of caring!

Since moving to Ottawa in 2019, I have been a regular client at this dental clinic. Their services are exceptional! What really stands out for me is their flexible schedule, especially the extended hours during weekends, which is perfect for anyone unable to visit on weekdays. The team, including the dentists and dental hygienists, is amiable, professional, and well-informed. My experiences here have been overwhelmingly positive, and I would strongly recommend this clinic to others

I have been a client for over 20 years, and plan to continue because I always receive professional and friendly treatment. Staff is very consistent - I got to know my dentist, my hygienist and my gum specialist quite well, and they know me, too. That allows for continuity and quality of my dental care as I do not have to explain issues to someone new all the time. The advice I get is sound and practical. I never felt that unnecessary service was pushed one me or my children, who are also clients of the Centre. A great place I would (and do!) highly recommend.

My dentist now is Dr. Estelle Azzi.she and her assistant are excellent! Highly recommend! Been a long time patient there.my previous two dentists there retired.

Dr. Ivanita and the team at this clinic are great.
They helped my partner swiftly during an emergency. They took me into quickly too. Excellent patient care, informative, and timely. I am very grateful for this clinic.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly. My hygienist, Shannon, is extremely thorough and has a gentle touch. She also happens to be a very nice person. I have been a client of Billings Bridge Dental for over 20 years.

Staff are pleasant, attentive and professional. I’ve only had good experiences which included having to be recommended for a tooth extraction and more recently my crown of thirty years has to be removed and a filling dinner. The new cap is just fantastic. Nothing bad to say.

Your receptionists need to learn some basic etiquette when speaking to clients on the phone.

Great friendly speedy service. I sound like I'm talking about a car maintenance shop, but I'm not.

Btw, don't get the raspberry fluoride if you have the option to choose a different flavour. It was super salty (wish there was a word like cloying, but for excessive saltiness). I usually like raspberry flavour but that was nasty

I highly recommend the Billings Bridge Dental Center. I always receive friendly and caring service!

The receptionists are efficient and very friendly. The dentists I've had are very skilled but not super personable (which is not a big deal). But I did have an assistant who was really impatient and almost rough with me. As a nervous patient it added to my anxiety and I find assistants and hygienists really make all the difference.

I met Dr Mcateer and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. And Lamis and Vladimir were great receptionist.very happy to visit this center.

I enjoyed every part of my time at Billings Bridge Dental Centre last week. My hygienist, Diana, was proficient, conscientious, and fun!:)

My family has been going here for over 20 years. Great service and never had any issues. They are also opened late during the week and also opened on Saturday.

In this post-pandemic world, they took top notch safety measures: they have professional air purifying devices in every room and their staff wear both masks and clear face visors. They also screen all patients' temperatures at the door and require all patients to disinfect their hands and wear masks (except during cleanings and procedures).

Even though I don't like doing dental work, I always love visiting this dental centre just to see everyone as it feels they are family as I have been going there for over 30 years? I have been coming to Billings Bridge dental centre for approximately 35 years and always had wonderful service from all the staff and in particular my dentist Dr. Rodriguez who is now retiring this week. I highly recommend this place as their work is has been excellent for me, price is reasonable, good location in Billings Bridge Plaza, front end staff always friendly. Hard to believe, but after all these years I have nothing bad to say about this place!

Speaking as a long term patient at Billings Bridge Dental Centre, I am moved to say I’m always VERY happy with the way all staff members treat me. Their kindness and consideration go above and beyond expectations EVERY visit! Shout out to Whitney, my hygienist, for another relaxed and happy cleaning treatment today!

If I could give a zero star I would. I had an appointment end of March and the technician told me she would get in contact with me about booking a follow up service. However none ever contacted me and when I called and left a voicemail a week ago, none called me. This is unacceptable behaviour for the ridiculous price you have to pay for the subpar service. Honestly don’t go here. They are never on time and if your dentist is not present the day of your appointment forget about hearing back if they have to follow up with you.

I don't believe more could be expected from a dental clinic; Dr. Shaan is fantastic to the point that my kids actually get excited about "going to the dentist"! Staff is always friendly and efficient. We moved far from the clinic recently but are happy to make the trip whenever necessary because of how great things have been for us over the years there.

BBDC takes care.of you from the moment they greet you on the phone to the moment you leave their office smiling. I had a filling fall out this past weekend and wanted it fixed ASAP. They were able to fit me in today (a Monday). This was my first experience with them and I cannot recommend them enough.

The front staff greet you and review the COVID protocols.they were fantastic. Dr. Abdul Jamshaid and Jennifer were professional, explained everything well and efficient! I was in and out in no time.

Just a note, if you're not a regular patient, but have insurance, they send it to your insurance for you, but you pay up front.

This dental clinic has been the worst experience. The receptionist do not accommodate well with the services and the dentist who treated me did such a bad job on my tooth, every month Ive had a really bad tooth ache specifically on the bottom right. I completely stopped going to this clinic and have started going to another. Thank you for your services but I will NOT be returning!

Dr. Azzi and Elaine were very professional and friendly and ensured that I was made comfortable throughout the procedure.

This office has been great for many years, until the pandemic hit. They were already overly militant from the start with forehead temperature scanning, screening questions sent by email before appt and then asked all over again out loud at the entrance. They have extremely limited seating in the waiting area (chairs well over 6ft spacing) and quickly run to disinfect your seat with wipes once you get called - as though your pants and shirt may somehow be diseased.
Makes you feel so welcome.
The office also refuses to accept anyone with a medical mask exemption.
Fast forward to now, they are now asking all who enter to disclose their medical status upon entry. While this has zero bearing on whether or not you will be admitted, they insist on asking regardless. There is no option for not disclosing. They are not obligated to ask people about this to access dental care. Many other clinics do not. In fact, we are not even asked at our family doctor’s clinic. I hope things will change for a better patient experience in the future.

I was with my dentist for 14 years, until he retired, so there were big shoes to fill as I have complex care needs and anxiety - and I am impressed! Their COVID safety practices are very good, and their flexibility is incredible - I cracked a tooth and they got me in same day with an available dentist. Both Dr. Nina and Dr. Azzi have been amazing, as well as the dental technicians. I also commend them for being trans-friendly and switching pronouns mid-sentence when I let them know, and their admin staff worked with me around tricky name/insurance issues. Really awesome clinic!

Fast, friendly, safe, and professional dental services at BBDC. Been coming here for dental needs for 6 years now and always impressed with the service and quality of care.

The best experience! Everyone was very friendly, the clinic was super clean and inviting, Dr. Ivanita and the dental assistants were very clear about my treatments and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. My hygienist, Helen, was so kind and did her best to make me feel comfortable. It was my first time at Billing’s Bridge Dental Centre yesterday, and won’t be my last!

The people here always treat me extremely well, the wait time is very short and treatment is very well explained and given with care.

I've had a wonderful experience. Both of my visits were easy and simple. Even with all of the covid changes, they provide comfort and warm greetings to their office.

Dr. Richard Azzi is very professional friendly and so is the rest of the staff in my experience the last 5 years that I've been going there. I've had lots of work done on my teeth and Dr. Azzi is a perfectionist Imo, I have zero complaints!

One of my best dental visit. They were friendly, helpful, respectful, just awesome staff. They helped me and my kids settle for the visit, and 1 of my kids are 15month old who wouldn't stay still but with the help of the staff I got my teeth cleaned.) Thanks Billings Bridge Dental Centre! Nice place with friendly staff and always had good care there. Sadly, there are no windows to stare out of while you feel the deep regret of not flossing.

Possibly one of the best dentist experience I have ever had. I had a wisdom tooth removal procedure with Dr. Shaan and I was very pleased with the service I have received. The staffs were very helpful and cordial as well.

I had an awesome experience this week getting my teeth cleaned with Shannon and then having a full dental exam with Doctor Ivanita. The entire staff there is amazing and Dr. Ivanita is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s so kind, put me at ease immediately and explained things very well. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Staff was friendly. Dr. Azzi and Danielle, the hygienist who work on my filling, did a great job. They were also upfront with the costs. I’m glad I went in.

Billings Bridge dental new covid procedures were great.safe and made me feel comfortable.even Pre-Pandemic their procedures dealt with all sorts of infectious diseases, so they are doing way more than required, as a client, very happy to follow the new protocols and answer any questions to stop the spread.and i have super clean teeth now, with no cavities! I have been going to Billings Bridge Dental Centre for 35 years now. The team is great and over the years several of my friends and family members have been referred. One of the big differences I noticed right of was how gentle Dr. Rodrigues was. He has a really light touch and has taken care of my dental needs through these 35 years. Tammy has been doing the cleanings and keeps me on-track with my flossing.

I've never been so happy to have my teeth cleaned, scaled and polished! Many changes have been implemented by the clinic to protect staff and patients. What hasn't changed, is the quality of care and attention provided to patients by everyone with whom I interacted.

When I called for a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was told it would be a $35 fee flat out. They failed to mention that was only to book the appointment and that it was an additional $100 on top of that to even have them look at my teeth and give me a consultation. Had I known this, I would have never booked my appointment.

Relaxed congenial competence makes each cleaning and other dental procedures a good experience. The professionals I deal with are Dr. Azzi and Hélène; both provide a relaxing environment while delivering dental services that have always been quick and of the highest quality. As well the front desk's welcome and settling of accounts have always been dispatched with utmost congeniality.

I've bee going to this dental clinic for a while now, I have never had a bad experience. They take good care of my teeth every time whether I go there for cleaning or any other dental treatment.

I got there a lot earlier by mistake and they were able to attend to me ahead of schedule. Dr. Rodriguez is a real treasure and Allison took really good care of me. Highly recommended. Danielle
