I call the store yesterday about an unbalanced issue with my washer. Now this is after I had two other company at my house and paid 146$ each time. There is more to the story except I would run out of room.
Any how I talk to a person by Phil or Bill. Not sure. He explained what I needed and told me the exact part.

Technician came after hours to service our dryer, they were in and out in under an hour. Friendly and professional. Will definitely be contacting again for future service! 5/5

Went in for a fuse and burner, walked out with a free fuse and need to return with broke burner to match. Not a chance in hell would I of received that kind of service from a chain. We need to support more local places like this. They put people ahead of profit. My new goto.

Bar none, Bill's Appliance have THE BEST staff of any company I've dealt with. Super friendly and if there is a way to save your appliance, they will find it. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

Shandel was a nightmare to deal with. Very rude and condescending. Bring your business elsewhere, they don't deserve it.

I called this wonderful business yesterday and explained that my elderly mother, who is on oxygen, was having issues with her AC unit. Today they came around 10: 30am and removed it from the wall, took it to the shop, fixed it and had it back in the wall running perfectly and made an adjustment to the sleeve to ensure proper performance by 2: 30pm same day! They were great guys and went above and beyond to ensure my mother's health and welfare was foremost! Thank you so much for caring! Recommend them for sure! Great price too!

Omg.the lady at reception was super friendly and they had the used part to repair my washer, as the company no longer manufactures the part new. I will definitely return. Thank you!

Didn't have what l needed but were very helpful in finding the parts and how I could get them.

I needed my window air conditioner cleaned, the men picked it up, cleaned it at the shop and re-installed it in 2 days. The men were very pleasant did a great job

I gave them my ac to clean and they came back with it dirty and smelly so I got charged for absolutely nothing got ripped off completely

Charged a $100 for two minutes or less for moving a tiny piece aside. I used to by from the store when the father was in charge and although he is a tough business man, he is also personable and human.unlike his son sadly. I felt cheated.
