Kevin made a difficult process so much easier with his expertise and punctuality. I have been in the process of getting my vehicle insurance switched inter provincially and while there are endless steps and difficulties he has made it clear and manageable on top of getting me a great price for insuring my vehicle. Dan from BIG misquoted us a significant amount and we didn’t know until after the insurance premium was withdrawn. The company did nothing for us, we lost our long term discount with our other provider, and are now paying more. We spoke to their broker partner who apologized profusely, but did nothing to make it right.

Called up Billyard after my current broker screwed up a policy change for the second time in two years. Talked to DanM who worked with me via email to set up auto, home, and umbrella policies. Dan explained the differences between policies and insurers, and found me a policy that fit my needs, and at a better price. I chose Billyard because I want a smaller outfit with more personalized service that I can rely on.

If i could give Frank 6 stars i would! As a G2 driver with a bad accident on my record, Frank was able to find me a rate that i didnt think was possible i could get. This was my first time getting my own insurance (prior being under my parents) and his patience with explaining everything to me needs to be recognized!
