My experience was phenomenal, my broker, Kevin Etkins was so awesome to work with he made sure all my needs and concerns were addressed and taken care of. As a 1st timer there were so many things I was not aware of and really didn't understand and Kevin was so patient with me and made sure I understood the entire process. The process was easy as ABC and the communication was professional and hassle free, thanks to Kevin I am now a happy and satisfied customer! Top tier service highly recommended!

My Worst experience ever with this insurance and its broker named Ramanjit Singh. I request people to stay away from this guy. He never reply back to emails, messages and at last calls. All he cares about is his commission on the policy's sale and after that he just vanished. I would highly recommend people to stay away from Ramanjit Singh from Billyard Insurance group. A complete example of unethical conduct and unprofessionalism.
I tried to contact him multiple times but all my efforts went in vain. I was giving him business to get an insurance for my second car but this guy is totally irresponsible and unaccountable to his own clients. He made me wait for a week but has never replied back with any quote.

Called Ramanjit Singh to get auto insurance quote in 2021. He was super nice at that point. After that he just ghosted me for 2 years. This guy is the epitome of unprofessionalism. He never pick any of my Call or reply to my text message or email. He has no respect for his client’s time or needs. I wish I could rate him in negative if there was an option available
