I would have to say the person Shahzad is very nice and polite till you have an accident at that time he will yell at you and then tell you he forgot to put rental vehicle in your policy and then he will not take your call. There are other brokers who are much more professional and who will not misrepresent at the time of getting your business. I would not recommend them to any one

I will say our first interactions with the company and our broker were good, but it appears that’s just to get your business and then they disappear.
We hold home and auto insurance and need to have an engagement ring added. My spouse reached out to have the ring insured prior to proposing and was given the run around. I since have personally tried to email the broker directly 3 times, call her numerous times and email/call the general number. The emails have not been responded to and the answering service says the voicemail is “full”. It’s just bad business and they clearly don’t care about keeping business so we will be taking ours elsewhere.
