I have been with Fanny for four years and she is not only an amazing Insurance Representative, she is also a great person to talk to. From day one she has been very professional, polite, and respectful. I can always count on Fanny to do everything she can to make sure my requests are met and she gets me the best rates possible! When you deal with Fanny, you get great service and full transparency. She always answers my questions clearly and makes sure I fully understand. The transparency is a nice change compared to other insurance companies.

Even though I probably drive her nuts, I always get timely and enthusiastic responses even with my constant insurance policy changes!

I can't see myself ever leaving Billyard Insurance Group, unless Fanny leaves!

Junk broker Benjamin An, without the client's consent, arbitrarily changed the customer's information, used false information to cause a huge change in the customer's insurance, and treated the customer unreasonably. I hope Ribo will punish such an unscrupulous broker severely and his license should be revoked.

Would give 7 Stars if possible! We received a referral from a friend to the insurance broker Fanny and Benjamin as we were shopping for quotes. We haven't made any claims with them thus far, but the whole process of quoting, transferring, and activating our insurance has been an amazing experience. Service is when companies follow up and get back to you promptly and Benjamin met and exceeded those customer service expectations.
