Danijela Vracaric has given our family THE VERY BEST customer service we've ever experienced as our insurance broker. We made the mistake of trying to set up insurance for our18 year old twins through one of the online brokerages (Scoop), while the set up went okay, it was impossible to get in contact with our broker when we had questions about our policy. Thankfully, we found Danijela and she went above and beyond to help us undo the bad policy and set up what we really needed at a better price. She was so responsive; by email, text and call she was reachable and proactive. This is what old fashioned great customer service looks like. I could not recommend her more highly. She's the best.

Boy, oh boy! Danijela Vracaric at BIG is a rock star! My former agent put me in a horrible position where I was either uninsurable or the premiums skyrocketed to over $7k per year. Enter Danijela. It's a long and frustrating story (for her, and me) and it took over 2 years, but she persevered and today she did it. I finally have life insurance.
