I was referred to Gavin by my real estate agent and have never worked with an insurance broker before. I was very hesitant as I wasn't sure if they would have my best interests in mind and was curious of how the process would unfold. I've never enjoyed dealing directly with underwriters because of the extended wait times and the lack of customer service so decided to try this out.

I called Gavin on Monday and 2 days later (because I delayed a day) I not only have home insurance (with a rate that beat 3 other under writers) but the process could not have been easier. Gavin built a policy that satisfied all my needs and then reviewed the policy with me so I understood what I was getting and made changes as necessary. He saved me a ton of time and stress during an already stressful process (buying a home) and I can't thank him enough.

He always picks up his phone or gets back within the hour and I ended up move my auto insurance which he got a better rate for as well.
