I rented a 7 yard dumpster for some home renovations. The office staff was very friendly and answered all my dumb questions. The drivers were equally friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again for future renovations.

We rented a 14 yard bin for a general clean out of the house and garage. Although I didnt end up putting my deep freezer in (a scrapper happened to drive by as we were moving it out to the bin, he offered to take it) it was nice to know that they would rake it for a small additional fee. Bin There Dump That was able to get our first bin to us immediately, and then bin swap the very next day. The team at Bin There Dump That are extremely helpful and friendly. I was unsure how long I would need my bin for and they were quick to offer solutions. Even after I made a rather large mistake that I'm sure caused a headache on their end, they were nothing but helpful and it was fixed in no time. A great experience!

Ive been putting off my junk problem for a while, with so many companies out there with so many loopholes. Feels like a minefield of information. I came across your Website it was clear. Phoned for information, Stephanie was polite, helpful and told me exactly what I needed to know. I phoned to request an extra day. Stephanie got back to me on a holiday, a day before pickup with no issues for a very small fee with no fuss. Delivery phoned pria to pickup, very polite, dropped the bin where I indicated. Pickup with no issues. The main reason I decided to use "Bin there dump that" over the competition was because of Stephanie and her customer service, she was outstanding. From that point forward everything fell into place effortlessly. Will use again.

This was my first time experience needing a bin. BTDT were very professional and so curteous from the very first email. They explained in detail all that I needed to know. The office people in particular Trisha were fantastic. The gentleman who delivered the bin made sure that my driveway was protected as the bin we off loaded onto it. They were prompt with the delivery and pickup of the bin. I have always dealt with family run businesses and BTDT are one of those companies. The name says it all "Bin There Dump That" is a truly experienced, professional business. Their trucks and bins are all clean and in tip-top shape and the staff from the dispatch depatment to the drivers are of the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional anywhere. This company accommodated me on many aspects of my ongoing projects and were more about customer service than about petty charges and swindeling the client in to the rabbit hole of extra charges and penalties. I have delt with a number of disposal services in my 40 years of contracting and this company by far has the best prices but more importantly the best people working for it. Pride of workmanship and ownership is apparent in the condition and cleanliness of their fleet and equipment and their bins are not the usual driveway gouging, hydraulic oil dumping, eye sores that are normally associated with these type of companies. There are many companies that imitate these professionals but all fall short of duplicating their superior standard in equipment and service that to date I have never seen. Call these guys and forget about the other fly by nights that are out there. My rate for them is 10+ out of 10. Bin There Dump That, thanks again for all that you do and have done for me!

Quick and easy clean up!

I had a bin in my driveway the morning after I called for it. Due to time of delivery in the AM, I was able to do all cleanup needed and called for bin to be picked up at 5pm. Was picked up the next morning, no problems!

Very polite and prompt service and is my go to for when I need a bin for any size cleanups.

These guys were awesome. Dropped the bin on whatever side of my driveway I wanted, on the day I asked and picked it up when I wanted, took it away AND I didn’t even have to see anyone in person. A great service, even in our current climate. If you are looking to do spring cleaning, they are open and ready to help! Would highly recommend them!
