Drop off and pick were right on time as scheduled. Drop off made sure it went where I wanted it and pick up was done without me outside. The invoice included proof of weight so I was billed correctly. I will use Bin There Dump That every time I need a bin.

I only had the bin for one day so I should have received a discount for getting the bin picked up earlier. I paid a lot of money for one day. I gave them an opportunity to rent out the bin sooner to make more money.

Great service! They were very reasonably priced, and the price was exactly what they said it would be when we were done with the bin (no surprise fees). They delivered the bin and picked it up during the time (s) they said they would.

Amazing service from the time I ordered the bin to the time it was picked up. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They pride themselves in customer service. They are very reasonable priced as well. I called on a Saturday to see if they were open to have a bin picked up and and another dropped off and to my surprise 2 hours later it was done. Couldn't be easier, call, deliver, pick up. Biggest bonus is the great people involved in the whole process. Cal;ed in the early AM and delivered 2 hours later.

Drivers were fast and efficient when delivering and picking up the bin. Be careful when selecting your bin size and don't base it off the photo's on their website; take the measurements into account and don't judge size by the person standing next to it.

This is the third time we have used Bin There Dump That. The bin is dropped off the same day you call. The office staff and drivers are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using this efficiently run company.

We needed a bin to remove our deck and fencing. Called around and decided on Bin There Dump That. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive either, but it was the call I made to the local Newmarket location that won me over. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful so I chose to work with them. The ordering process was very easy and straightforward. Even when I had to get my first 20yard bin taken away and another dropped off, the process was easy and the driver was very friendly and did a great job. I also appreciated that they send a copy of the weight directly from the dump so I know exactly what the weight was.
Not sure if I'll need another bin anytime soon, but when I do I will definitely use BTDT and recommend them to friends and family.

They were the best, I ordered the bin in the morning and it was delivered 2 hours later and Saturday morning I called for a pick up and it was done that morning. It was the best service ever
