Amazing experience. They were extremely reliable, flexible, and accommodating. They made sure our driveway was fully protected before securing the bin, gave excellent advices and guidance, and had the contact-less delivery and pick up. Highly recommended.

I have used them on over a dozen residential rebuilds. They are always quick to answer the phone and surprisingly reliable when it comes to availability and selection/sizing. Drivers are also very skilled in tight spaces.

Absolute terrible drivers with no awareness or care on the roads. Your driver didn't want to miss his onramp onto the 401 so nearly caused an accident inches from sideswiping my car and coming into my lane to make sure he got to where he needed. We were side by side the entire time but clearly its too difficult to check your mirrors!

Was needing a bin to do a house clean out. Called a few and settled on this company. Glad I did. Great service from start to finish. Office ladies were friendly and efficient as was the man who dropped off the bin. Bin was dropped off on time and as I was assured, my driveway was protected from any potential damage from dropping the bin. The bin was picked up quickly and I believe I was fairly billed. I was really expecting my bill to be higher and was pleasantly surprised at the total cost. Would definitely use this company again.

In the middle of doing a renovation and had a lot of debris. I have a mutual driveway so parking a dumpster was not an option. I had been getting rental vans to haul everything but this is labor day weekend and every van is rented for university moves. I call this company at 10 am and did a "live load" whereby they come, give you 30 minutes to load and off they go. They showed up at 2pm and were great. This kind of service was a big help. I will use them again.

We've used this company several times now and they're great. Their bins are great for residential projects where it's tight to get bins in. Their customer service is top notch and their drivers are aces. Will continue to come back for our bin needs every time.

We needed a dumpster to help clean out my in-laws and I went with Bin There Dump That because of the reviews stating that there were no hidden costs and they were ontime. That is definitely true! The quoted price for the bin was exactly what I paid and the total cost based upon the weight of material I loaded was very reasonable. They even included the receipt from the weigh station so I could see the exact weight of what I tossed, amazing! They picked up the bin and cleaned the driveway so you would never know they were there, except for all the junk is gone!

Everything was great until the bin was picked up. The truck left 2 big pools and a line of hydraulic fluid on the sidewalk and road. It's a good thing the driveway is torn up to be repaved.

First time I've used their service and I was disappointed. They dropped of the bin later than they said they would and picked it up too soon without calling in advance to inform me exactly when it was going to be picked up, so I ended up with a half full bin, didn't get everything dumped that I wanted to, and it cost me more than I would have through another company. They refused to even give me a token discount for dropping it off late so they lost a customer for this. Bad business practice in my opinion. Never again. Go do business with someone who values return customers over making every nickel they can.

Called them the day before and got a bin the following morning. Prompt arrival and they were quick to pick it up same day, too. Great customer service experience with Bryan and Ted.

Sat job they picked up two loads for us and arrived promptly with courteous drivers! Saved the day, get er done!

They were late 3 hours dropping it off. Late 2 hours picking it up. Put me on hold for 5 minutes when I called to ask until I hung up to call back and ask for manager Which Shannon picked up and was not helpful at all.
As a contractor I will never use these guys again.
Too many disposal companies in the city to have to put up with these fools.

Stay away from this company. I'm a contractor and been using bins for years. I'm working out of town and was referred to this idiot. He called me a week after having the bin saying what's the status on the bin? Oh if u have it more than a week u are going to be charged a weekly basis. I dont care about extra costs but that's not how you talk to your clients. Unprofessional.

Professional and polite. I went with Bin There Dump That because I did not trust the rude Kijiji posters offering flat rates only, but actually charging a weight fee like the bigger businesses. They said one thing then another on successive calls just to get your credit card number and business.

Bin There Dump That gave me peace of mind and confidence in trust. They did not disappoint me, and the final amount charged was what I expected based on tonnage with a completely filled 20 cu.yard bin. The driver of the truck placed wood planks to protect the driveway on arrival. The same driver swept the driveway and tilted water out of the bin from rain water before departing to reduce the weight. On my GOOD BUSINESS list. Etobicoke area.

Stay clear of this company! I ordered a 20CU. YD bin and the drop off time was later than we had spoke about and the pick up was even worse.not only was it a bad drop off but I had to call someone to go back home to pay them right then and there. 6 days later I call for the bin to be picked up on time they tell me no problem. They gave me a call back from their head office asking me how I paid for the bin and I told them cash. They told me That they don’t have their copy of proof of payment and they won’t pick up the bin unless I send them my copy. That isn’t my job to keep the proof of payment and get penalized for something that had nothing to do with me and my copy but on there end for being so careless with there receipts. They harassed me stating if I don’t have MY copy they won’t come pick up the bin until I do. This is bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We ordered a 20 yard bin, it arrived alightly past the promised time of 8: 00 - 10: 00 am that day but we were able to work around it.they promptly picked up the bin the following day, price was competitive. I plan on ordering another 1 to 2 bins in the coming weeks
