I have no problem with customer service, but over $400 for a 14 yard bin in which was filled probably a quarter of the way seems pretty steep price wise. Will not be using again. Tired of getting gouged.

Had a great experience with Bin there dump that, ordered two bins and the staff were as pleasant and forthcoming regarding all fees, there were no surprises, I wouldn’t even consider any other next time I need a bin.

Scheduling, delivery and pickup were really easy. They are always friendly. I would recommend these guys.

Worst customer service ever! Have called at least a dozen times to talk to the manager to be told she is not available at this time. She will call me by end of day with no returned call. Wanted to rent another bin as we were cleaning out my father's house as he had passed away. Really did not need this added stress.

It's almost impossible to find a company that does exactly what they say, much less with pride and humour.

When I called, I was desperate to get a bin delivered fast. They explained every part of the rental and associated fees, then dropped the dumpster two hours later.

When we were done we called after hours and explained that our contractor needed access and the bin had to be removed by eight the following day.

I don't know when these guys start their day but that bin was gone before we were up. They didn't just remove the bin, no, they cleaned up all the little bits on the ground we're the bin had sat.

In my book, that's a first class business service. And yes, I will be calling Bin There, Dump That again.

I’ve used BTDT a couple times and have recommended them other people I know. They’re always a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional service and they take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. They take care with drop offs and pick ups, very respectful of customers’ property. The renovation might be a headache but the clean up doesn’t have to be!

I had ordered a couple of 20 yard bins from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were kind and professional in every way. They do the little things like place wood down on the driveway before they drop the bin to prevent any damage. Good company

As I've said before, I've been using this company for over a decade.
From the moment you call in, you're always greeted with a friendly "smiling" voice. Delivery is on time, drivers are personable and very accommodating. Bins are always clean and always dropped carefully and where asked.
Pickup is also timely.
Most recent project was more of the same. This time, though, we needed a second bin due to a change in scope on the job.
The second bin was delivered and the full bin removed in record time.
