Everyone from registration to the doctor to the pharmacist was extremely helpful and so caring!

They were not friendly. I drove my sick 2 year old quite a bit to get there only to find out that they didn't have doctors in. Business hours are business hours. It's a commitment. Update your hours if you're going to take extended lunch breaks or personal time.

Absolutely amazing staff and care. Dr. Mayam is the best helped me sooo much after 2 trips to emergency finally someone listened.

I got there just after 12pm and they wouldn't see me. The older women working the front was very short with me almost rude, which is the last thing you feel like dealing with when your not feeling good. I totally understand why this place has a bad rating! Don't waste your time.go somewhere else.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The doctor sets her schedule week to week, and hardly works- maybe 2-3 hours per day (from 1-3pm). Every time I made an appt they would cancel the day before and would tell me to call back the following Monday to see what days she would be in that week. When asked if I could see the on-site walk in doctor instead they would consistently give me the run around. Your best bet to get is to just walk in and hope for the best as trying to schedule an appt in advance is just a waste of time. This clinic is always dead anyways (probably because of the terrible reviews).

Since Dr. ROYA RAHIMPOUR left 2 years ago I have great service for myself and young child. They all have seen my child and have been sweet, gentle, and thorough. I never felt rushed even during a phone appointment. The attached pharmacy was again thorough making sure I used probiotics when giving an antibiotics to my child and that it tasted sweet enough for her to take.
Again, since Dr. Rahimpout left I have always been treated with respect and use them as my regular clinic.

Hours are stated Wednesday open until 7pm, came and it was closed apparently at 5pm. Change your hours on your website and your sign so you don’t waste people’s time.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible administration here. The reception desk is very poorly managed. No one here takes responsibility of their poor management skills which caused extreme inconvenience more than just once!

I agree that Dr Roy's was very rude but she is gone now and new Dr Rafeal is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and never rush.all staff and pharmacy people are very nice. If have had bad experiences with this clinic before you should go there I bet you will see the difference.

So unprofessional and ignorant. The doctor (I don't remember her name), she is Indian, she is so rude! I almost got involved in to the physical argument once with her! Don't recommend this place to anybody, unless you are my enemy!

So BAD, There needs to be a NO STAR option! Soooo bad. The so called Dr. Roya must have got her license from a box of Cracker Jacks! Have never met someone soooo RUDE! She could care less about you or how you feel. Somebody should ask her how many Dr's.offices have given her the heave ho? Countless I bet.

Binbrook Family Health would like to welcome Dr. Raphael, Malik. His Hours are Monday 12: 30-8: 00 and Thurusday 10: 00-6: 00 Dr R Khan is in the clinic every other Wednesday.
