Festival of Lights

Festival of lights includes two pedestrian routes and a car route, which is a good opportunity to spend time with family and children.
15 December 2023 17:25
Gift of light is totally money wasting. Cost you $45 just for some lights! Not worth at all. I would not suggest this place to anyone to visit for $45 in a car.
There is no way you can go out, once you get in.
06 November 2023 13:51
Took kids here half the games don't work or are missing peices. Don't waste money
23 October 2023 14:30
The campground has moved and is much smaller. Theres nothing on top as it was sold and everything was moved to where the tent camping is below. Hoping they work out the camping entrance because it’s dead stop during registration time. Whether you have a trailer or not there’s one one lane to get in.
16 September 2023 16:44
This is our 3rd year now camping here. It is a very nice place, friendly staff. It is a plus that you can order pizza and deliver it right to your spot.
03 September 2023 10:51
Service is okay, prices are insane here though. How do you make me pay for a lane and forget to start it up
02 September 2023 17:04
Been here a lot it was pretty fun even the splash park the bowling alley and the arcade games were pretty fun! Love being here hopefully coming back here sometime I definitely recommend coming here it’s pretty nice and fun!
30 August 2023 0:49
Great family camping spot. Great facilities all around. Only issue is the lawn mowing at 8 am near campsite's. You'd think with a place this big everything else could be done except the immediate area around tents and trailers. Everybody is saying the same thing upon waking even in neighbouring sites. Even 9 or 930am would be world's better. Other than that Bingemas is a great facility and we would definitely return.
19 August 2023 2:03
We’ve been here many times for bowling, renting out the bowling hall for a party, the arcade, the splash park and we decided to try mini golfing today. Last minute it began raining and I reached out to reschedule- Martin got back to me right away being very understanding and rebooked for me with no issues. Great amenities and great customer service!
27 July 2023 10:30
Clean, spacious, accommodating, flexible, great staffs and good with group camping. Overall a great experience to all those who came with our group for the first time. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
27 August 2022 14:12
The guy with the dark hair and moustache took 25 minutes to check in one family. It’s lined up out the doors because he’s so slow and no one is offering to help him. I expect more for what I paid. There is also no signs saying which line is for what type of pass so everyone is confused and trying to figure it out themselves. Not worth my time!
09 August 2022 1:54
It's a nice spot, but very little trees and super close plots. Can you even really call it camping? I'm not sure if there's other areas that are more in the "wilderness" but it's a very wide open place. Not my cup of tea.
08 August 2022 22:08
The family and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it. The staff was great as well highly recommend
03 August 2022 20:29
Had to call and change a reservation for a cabin booking and Alexander in the booking office was incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend
21 July 2022 11:01
Very bad customer service. Literally non-existent customer service. The splash works manager is rude and condescending. We were looking for a go to place for the summer and I thought this would be it. Unfortunately we will not he coming back. Not happy with our stay.
19 July 2022 2:58
Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going.don't bother bringing your kid a life jacket, they'll make you wear one of theirs which makes your kid look like every other kid there (HUGE safety concern for me personally). Don't bother bringing any baby floaties for your infant to sit In the water.it's not allowed. Also don't expect to go with your young toddler onto the little splashpad slides to make them feel comfortable, adults aren't allowed on, so if you're toddler is scared of going on, too bad! And be aware, when going on the waterslides, they will make you stand on a scale and weigh you infront of everyone. Horrible experience, will not be going back. All the rules honestly takes all the fun out.
16 July 2022 19:03
Great family camping place, people are very friendly and helpful.
Sites were difficult to read the numbers as they are written on the posts for the Hydro sites, and you cannot read them from the road. Also, unfortunately if you want hydro, you'll still be able to hear the highway and train station from those spots.
All that said. We still had a great weekend.
14 July 2022 20:49
There are so many fun things to do that a weekend isn't enough. Unfortunately the water park wasn't opened yet when we visited but my kids had a blast regardless. Will have to come back again for sure.
07 July 2022 4:22
So many good slides and the wave pool is great to float away in. A little crowded on a weekend or holiday, but that's to be expected at an attraction like this. Kids seem to like the splash pad and it's nice that it's away from everybody so it's not overwhelmingly loud.
06 July 2022 14:54
Nice place to do camping by the river. The camp sites and washrooms are clean. Don't expect much privacy while camping though. Each camp site comes with a picnic table and fire pit. You also get free pass to the pool nearby. They don't enforce quite hours and we (with kids) had difficulty sleeping, as people are having fun till mid night. Also you hear frequent vehicular noise from the roads nearby. This isn't like a provisional park camping, but the best you can get in urban location. During your stay, you can plan for river adventure for additional $$
06 July 2022 9:33
Bowled and the lane was broken half the time, waiter brought us a menu and then never came back to ask about food. We got food then afterwards and the waiter brought us our bills and accidentally had half off the total cost. We brought it to her attention and she didn't do reward us for the honesty at all. Might as well have left the incorrect bills as a compensation for half the bowling time.
30 June 2022 19:36
Everytime my family comes here to bowl, we think "maybe this time it will get better". But it doesn't. Cost us $68 for 3 of us to bowl for an hour. None of us could wear our own shoe size. Either too big, or too small for all of us. Disgusting tables with people's leftover food everywhere. Empty hand sanitizers, half the lanes don't work so you run the clock waiting for the pins to reset, and all the counter staff just sit around laughing with eachother instead of actually working. Maybe they could go around and make the place presentable, disperse different weights of balls evenly throughout the alley or collect the shoes that everyone just leaves laying around and people could actually wear some that fit.
24 June 2022 23:22
The worst service I’ve ever had in my life, first when we arrived the girls at the entrance ignored us and we had to keep telling them we’re here for bowling. If someone is at your entrance, you ask how you can help right? We sat at our lane and pressed for service times without number no one came but to my surprise the next family came and were swiftly asked what they wanted. Then we ordered for food, took an hour and half to arrive and the waiter literally dropped the food on the table and left, not a Single word. Take your money elsewhere to get value for it Cos this was really the worst.
19 June 2022 20:53
There for ABBA matinee with buffet lunch. Show was great. Buffet good but could have been hotter. It was long wait from arrival until lunch, over an hour, too long.
07 June 2022 15:43
What they don’t tell you!
I booked a birthday party for my 10 year old with unlimited arcade games but the unlimited cards don’t work for half the games! I understood the cards wouldn’t work for games that give out prizes but I expected it to work on all other games… but no… all the games a 10 year old would want to play are off limits… no VR… no hot wheels… nothing…. What a waste of money and a lot of disappointment
28 May 2022 8:24
Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortunate to work for. The most disrespectful use of their power was refusing to hand out the tips that the waiters and staff were owed after the events. Mark Bingeman - #1 degenerate.
20 May 2022 13:49
I was here for bowling last Friday. I paid for 2 hours of bowling. On the online booking, it asks if you want bumpers or no bumpers. We requested no bumpers.
We arrive and the bumpers are up, so we politely ask for them to be taken down and my husband orders a beer.
After 15 minutes bumpers are still up and no beer to be seen. I go ask again, and all of the servers are joking around with each other and ignore me until I wave my hands around. The beer had been sitting behind their counter.
We ended up asking 6 times total for the bumpers to be down, and two times the actual lane was shut down. We lost about 40 minutes of our game. The manager offered us coupons for free bowling next time- they ended up bringing us a coupon for free bowling shoes rather than free games. Bad service, falling apart bowling alley, overpriced, and they refused to refund us. Won't be here again.
15 May 2022 2:35
We did the Dinosaur Drive through and the kids loved it! I wish it was a bit longer or to have the ability to go through again. The kids couldn't get enough
19 February 2022 21:08
We held our Christmas Party here this year. It was a large, open space for us to gather, socialize and have fun bowling while not feeling too crammed. The service was great and the food was delicious.
30 January 2022 17:40
Lights were fun for the kids but pricing strategy is not in the Christmas Spirit. We found out the hard way that tickets at the entrance are $45 vs $25 online. A little steep and no warning of the gate ticket premium.
29 January 2022 18:40
We are not happy with the safety. Parts of the pool are not open because of broken tiles. The are several tripping hazards throughout the park.
19 January 2022 18:25
0 accountability from the top management team for safety and covid concerns after spending hundreds of dollars if not thousands through the years.
19 January 2022 15:54
Expensive. Poor service. Great indoor play park. Perfect for thos over 20 years plus.
Games are very expensive
17 January 2022 11:33
My family and I did the Gift of Lights and had a great time. Our 3 year old daughter was amazed at every single set of lights. Highly recommended.
11 January 2022 19:06
Gift of lights is a massive rip off. $45 for very little. Their website lies about the price too.
02 January 2022 7:28
Very welcoming, fabulous staff most accommodating, spacious rooms
food and hospitality second to none.thank you for everything
01 January 2022 21:25
Very expensive for the attractions they have, the customer service is lousy. I asked them a few questions and they told me they didn't know what to ask online. For now what is winter is not worth going.
01 January 2022 6:59
The Christmas lights are awesome! I definitely recommend driving through and checking them out.
27 December 2021 1:54
My family really enjoyed the variety and quality of the various holiday scenes depicted in the Gift of Lights.
24 December 2021 4:19
Was at the main banquet hall taking in a seminar big bright windows letting in natural light. Real tablecloths and fresh pitchers of water on each table to adhere to covid protocol. Soft yellow walls made the room seem sunny especially this time of year. The fountain outside was lovely to hear during lunch. Nice natural peaceful setting to take a stroll this time of year. People available to help lecturer with videos and wifi. Only thing, the foundation gardens needed some tending, they looked a little neglected.
23 December 2021 15:26
I visited the SCREAMPARK event and encountered with THE MOST RACIST person of the park’s management.
It was a horrible experience as we were kicked out of the park with utmost disrespect and false accusations.

The person claimed to be the manager named LISA.she threatened to call the cops on us and when we asked about it, she left the park with no replies!
This was absolute harassment.
15 December 2021 18:21
We went to the tour of lights
Super amazing experience made me feel like a child again
You've done a really great job
Perfect amount of time for something to do with smaller children too
We only took our older one but for sure next year or maybe even later this season I'd take my toddler too
12 December 2021 23:14
We went for lights and the were nice, its about a 15 minute drive through the lights while the radio station plays christmas songs. One suggestion would be to please not advertise Bingeman's between every song when its a paid drive through.
29 November 2021 7:32
Went here for ScreamPark this year! Absolutely awesome Halloween attraction! The actors were great and really friendly (while also still staying in character and trying to scare you)! Totally reccomend!
26 November 2021 21:37
Went to screampark October 2nd and ended up being chased by a group of armed teenagers who were harassing people in line that staff did nothing about, have tried to contact to leave a complaint and can’t get a hold of anyone they’re staff ignored us well we yelled for help we’ll running towards us and they have no security to prevent stuff like this from happening 0/10 would not recommend for anyone
21 November 2021 17:01
We attended Screampark in 2021 as first timer. First, the COVID social distancing was handled very well. Entries were spaced out. The actual haunted attractions are very very well done. Props were elaborate, many actors out there to get / scare you. Overall duration of the maze is very good (took us about just over an hour to get through). Highly recommend if you are looking for a great haunted attraction this year.
14 November 2021 11:06
Poor quality bowling equipment and service.

My family was provided a bowling lane with broken lights; the bowling pins were barely visible. There were plenty of available lanes to accommodate moving our group of 10, but they only offered to split up our group into different lanes.

We had to wait for 15 mins to just have the bowling guards removed. Both of our attendants either forgot about this request entirely or did not update us on the status of our request. We only received support when we requested support from the front desk.

Although the quality and price of the food was good, bowling at Bingemans was an overall poor experience.
22 October 2021 17:02
Great place lots of places to have fun great for the kids water park bowling canoeing etc on the grand river
14 October 2021 5:29
Family had a great time. Staff were all very friendly. Had a great time at the water park. The reason I gave 3 stars was the cleanliness of the site when we got there. There was garbage everywhere. As well the washrooms were a mess anytime we used them. We will be back but hope they solve the cleanliness issues. It was disappointing.
04 October 2021 17:43
Our kids had a great time at summer camps. Our oldest really enjoyed the kayaking and canoeing and our youngest had fun at the mini golf.
27 September 2021 16:20
Good place to have a nice splash. Don't expect too much. The waiting time for the slides are ok, not the worst.
* 2 slides are out of service.
19 September 2021 7:18
Bingemans is a classic water park. I love all of the slides! The waves in the pool can get really big, especially for young kids. As a kid, I almost drowned once because of how busy it was and how big the waves had gotten. Other than that, I’ve been a dozen times when I got older, and I love it!
15 September 2021 5:06
Overpriced for a Waterpark. The kids enjoyed it. The wave pool barley made waves. Customer service is better than the camping side. I won't be back.
05 September 2021 19:44
First of all I read all the reviews before we went and was so nervous of all the bad ones and thought for sure we were going to have a horrible time, clearly people have way to high of expectations.

Anyway, We stayed at Bingemans this past weekend July 24-27

The park was FULL like jam packed but it wasn’t crazy or noisy/loud at night and everyone was super friendly.

Because of COVID I do recommend booking everything before you go and planning your days as you have to book everything you want to do in advance.

The washrooms were dirty but manageable to use Sat/Sun. The majority of people left Sunday so Monday/Tues they were super clean. The showers were dirty so we didn’t end up using them but we spent so much time in the pool and water park it was fine.

The Oasis pool was VERY clean, one of the cleanest pools I’ve been in.

**Do note that for the kids at the water park and pool they have to have on a actual life jacket that is approved no puddle jumpers**

We were in site 405 so all the sites in that row back onto a field which make it walkable too the mini golf and camping pool. And it is close to the washrooms. The only annoying part is people kept walking through our site to cut through the bush.

You do have to drive up to the Boston Pizza, Water Park & arcade which was fine cause it was super hot. My only issue with the Boston Pizza is we made reservations at 5: 30pm and were there 10 min early and we barley got a table. People that made reservations were getting turned away because they were so busy. So they need to plan better or just not allow reservations.

The fire wood is a large bag with big pieces of wood for around $10 which is pretty standard at most places I’ve found. The ice are super large bags around $10 as well.

Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be going back!
29 August 2021 12:33
Absolutely lovely. Brought my two daughters here and they had a blast. The waterpark is very clean and kid friendly. The arcade has very cheap prices. I would reccomend this to anyone else with a little one.
26 August 2021 18:37
2nd time this summer and trust me it's more than just water park. It's fun. Get up and gooooo now.
20 August 2021 7:10
We absolutely love this place. Went to the wu tang concert a while back, than Went tenting 3 times last year. Had a cabin this year already on opening weekend, and we are trying to book this weekend for Father's day as well. Best camping spot in a while.
11 August 2021 4:54
Great place to bring the kids. Be prepared to spend lots of money on food. The swim times are conveniently placed over meal times and you cannot bring food in. Two large pizzas and a burger was $100.
08 August 2021 0:46
The hookup camp grounds are poorly maintained, dirty, and so close together your lucky to get an Rv or trailer on the lot. If your lucky and get a spot without low hanging branches you might even be able to open your awning. The picnic tables offered on the lots are extremely rotten, to the point they are dangerous but don't worry they have a fresh coat of paint. Not all sites offer a fire pit.

There is absolutely no security or ensurance that rules are being followed. The camp grounds resevle a free for all tailgate party. Cars where parked all along and even on the roadways. Some lots had as many as 6 camping tents set up per lot. Golf carts where constantly speeding, stunt driving, honking, and blasting music all night long. Many of the drivers and passengers where extremely drunk.

The walk to any of the amenities from the Chalet camp grounds is at least a 20min HIKE up an extremely steep hill both ways. (no joke) They do not offer some sort of shuttle service for parents with young children, disabled, or elderly. Nor do they warn you of the hike when booking the camp grounds.

As for amenities the booking is massively flawed, and has no refund policy. We paid  for all day waterpark passes months in advance, with no indication that you need to book time slots. The only mention all day amf half day on the passes and site. When arriving at Bingemans they tell us we had to book time slots prior to coming as the waterpark is fully booked for our entire 4 day stay. Turns out they emailed the wrong email for the time slot booking, but they still took full payment for the passes. They refused to give us a refund the credit card, instead they gave us credit on the Bingemans account. So we used it to book mini golf only to be rained out and 1 of the players where unable to come due to illness, again the best they could do is only reschedule even tho it was our last day there.
01 August 2021 21:20
I ordered the father's day meal for two. Impressive BBQ ribs and beef brisket with more sides than we could eat! Easily could have fed 3 to 4 people. Great food and value for your money!
31 May 2021 21:24
Really scary experience. Picked up the golf balls and clubs and got mild but sore chemical burns (kind of like when you get medical-grade peroxide splashed on your skin). Maybe the covid cleaning product wasn't so well mixed. Just glad my toddler wasn't affected.
01 May 2021 22:12
Back in for Christmas 2019 I purchased $400 worth of season passes (2020) for myself and family members. When the season was canceled due to covid. I was offered for my passes to be transferred to 2021 or a gift card +20%. I chose to take the 2021 passes.

Because of uncertainty with everything happening I have asked for a refund. I've been told they are not offering refunds at this time. However I can still get the amount transferred onto a gift card. I replied to them by saying that a gift card to a place that is not open is not much use.

Today again I was refused and offered the gift card or my passes to be extended to 2022.

This is completely unacceptable. They have absolutely no clue when and if they can open for the season at this point. Even if they can things will be a lot different and nor myself or family feel Bingemans would be the best place to be.
09 March 2021 10:52
I'm not sure if this place is under new management or not, but things are a little odd when dealing with the company now.
I had inquired about seasonal spots.after some back and forth, I missed the regular seasonal spots but apparently they opened some extra, one time only sports due to high volume interest.fair enough.the prices are a tad high, but it is what it is.what got me is the $750 non-refundable deposit.now, again I can understand a deposit being non-refundable.but talk about money gouging.the campgrounds I've seen that take these usually take a $150-300, tops. $750? Seriously?
when I asked if this was refundable if the government shuts the park down due to covid (which can definitely happen) will I get my deposit back.this was the reply. "if the government decides we can't open then bingeman's will decide what they will do". That's a bit sketchy.it basically leaves them open to say no, you're getting nothing back. I understand it's a business and it needs to make money.but be transparent.be open and honest.don't be shady.overall the customer care-less attitude that the woman I was talking to, Penny, is just too much.we'll be taking our trailer elsewhere and most likely never coming back.bingeman's has never had a great reputation for customer service.it seems it's just getting worse and worse.
15 February 2021 11:32
Not nearly as cool as it used to be. There are TWO Bingeman parks: the one I grew up with and the one that exists today. The Bingeman park I remember had GO-KARTS, a BATTING CAGE, BUMPER BOATS, and an outdoor playground.

You won't get to see that Bingeman park because it doesn't exist any more. The park you'll see will still have the wave pool and the mini golf, but that's about it. The outdoor playground became an indoor playground. The arcade is still there. The Go-Kart track and bumper boats are a distant memory. There is paintball now, but I'd like to think the Bingeman park I grew up with would of had that too if paintball existed back then.

The driving range is still there, but it's more of a "chipping range" now. The conference halls are all still there.

The campground has sites that are so close to each other that your neighbour can roast marshmellows on your campfire or their campfire-at the same time.

I miss the long winding road entrance.

Also of note, ever since they widened the road leading to Bingemans and extended it all the way through to the highway, the police love to set up speed traps in this area to make sure motorists get no relief from Victoria Street hell.
10 February 2020 4:27
They have a drive-through Christmas Light display that unfortunately, for $23/car was a dated, and underwhelming effort. Better use of that money would be to stuff it in the donation box (which is donated to the local hospital) at Lambert's Lights in Georgetown - now THAT's a light display, synced up to a professionally edited 10 minute audio loop on an FM channel!
25 December 2019 1:24
Disappointing this year unfortunately. Bingemans is one of our favourite places to go since it offers such high quality family fun and variety. We've always thought Screampark was incredibly well run, but something clearly went wrong this year. My wife went with our kids a week after it opened this year and said it was incredible. Super well staffed with lots of people dressed up and scaring you in all the attractions. They used a glow stick to light your way through one called "the dark" which was pitch black without it. And the zombie walk was over half an hour end to end with a ton of great scares and people doing a fantastic job.

So my wife took me tonight and what a difference 2 weeks makes.in a bad way. She just wanted to show me the zombie forest walk but you have to buy the whole ticket so we didn't care, Bingemans has great stuff usually. We ordered tickets online and went immediately and it was barely drizzling but when we went to get our wrist bands we were told they'd closed the zombie walk due to "a river of water" running down one of the hills. So we asked if we could get a refund rather than going at all since that was what we were most interested in doing and were told quite rudely by Andrea they don't offer refunds for any reason. We said the website doesn't say anything about being able to close 1/4 of the attractions we'd paid for (it does say "no refunds even if you're too scared to continue") and politely asked for an exception since we'd just got the tickets online and it was misleading to advertise a fully open park but then close 1/4 of it, especially since it doesn't say "weather permitting" or anything about "too bad for you if it rains and we close the stuff we're keeping your money", but we were again quite rudely told by Andrea, "absolutely not" and that we were acting ignorant because they only closed 1 attraction. Meanwhile they were warning people buying tickets on site of the closure and their website says nothing about any closures or their policy on what happens if they do close something. We go to Bingemans likely 3-4 times a month or more as a family and have always had incredible experiences, and VERY friendly staff - the kind that offer out a free extra game or some other token for even the slightest inconvenience even though we've never asked once for anything or complained (we never had any reason to and aren't those kind of people) but this lady was awful in every conceivable way, it was like she wanted to fight with us and we don't like confrontation so we just left the line.

We ate at BP then decided we might as well not waste the 100$ we spent on tickets and VIP speed passes already so we ventured into the misty night and did the 3 attractions that were left. But it was a VERY different experience than 2 weeks ago. It seemed VERY understaffed or something. There were almost no cast members working anywhere and you could see a ton of empty spots where there should have been someone - my wife pointed out at least 15 places she'd been scared by live people 2 weeks ago that were empty now (the people that were there were amazing as always) and they'd done away with the light sticks for "the dark" turning the lights up instead. It seemed like they were under new management or had a real hard time getting enough people to work that night, even though they'd supposedly "just" closed 1/4 of the park due to weather and should have had extra people due to that.

It just left us with a bad taste. You'd think they'd be over staffed if they were rained out of 1/4 of their attractions, and you'd think it would be consistently run so each night was as good as another but it clearly wasn't. Add to that Andrea's mean spirited attitude about a simple refund and it wasnt a very good night.

So long story short, Screampark is hit and miss now for whatever reason. If you decide to go, set your expectations low or hope they've found some new management for it by then to fully staff it and keep it running properly. It really was very disappointing and felt like we'd been scammed.
07 December 2019 14:52
It's more fun than scary. There's always a group in front of you because it's busy so you see what "scares" are coming. The costumes/makeup could be better. My favorite part was the zombie wasteland and the prisoners playground. Overall it's a decent time and the attractions looked really cool on the inside.
03 December 2019 9:06
Bingemans Screampark will go down for me as the single worst experience I've ever had at any attraction themed event. My group and I of 4 people went yesterday, paying the $35/person. We opted out of the Speed Passes because we didn't mind waiting a bit extra in a line in return for saving $25. I understand the Speed Passes at any theme park, like Canada's Wonderland, give you a decent boost but I'd wager the way Bingeman's does so is entirely predatory by comparison. I also got to watch a group of children cry because of management, so read on.

But first I'll provide a a shortened scenario so you can opt out to start without reading my rant; My group and I arrived at 7: 30 and didn't leave until about 10: 30. We only got to participate in one attraction because we were stuck waiting in a cold, rainy line for MORE THAN TWO HOURS. Bingemans Screampark is great if you feel like you have too much money and want to burn $35. If you're sane, however, stay away. Or if you like seeing train wreck levels of organizational management, you'll absolutely get your moneys worth.

Anyway, we get in line and it's moving.not fast, but not incredibly slow. Some people ahead of us give up waiting. There's said group of children right behind us. 30 minutes pass and the line virtually stops moving for 20-30 minutes at a time. I'd wager this is because rather than allowing anyone with the Speed Pass to get in a little bit sooner, they were allowing them in at a vastly greater rate - Like 10 Speed Pass members per 1 regular. Otherwise, your guess is as good as mine. But at this point, the rest of my group wants to "get their moneys worth" and persevere. We aren't expecting anything great but we paid money for it. Note: The lines at all of the other attractions were the same or longer, and we could see they weren't moving fast either. As well, there was only one person managing entry and there was no orderly line separating regular members and Speed Pass. If you didn't force yourself in you weren't getting in, period.

So after 2 hours+ of waiting in a line, WONDERFUL organization on your part Bingeman's, we get to the front. The kids behind us endured the whole way too. So the fellow managing entry asks to see our wristbands; the kids messed up. They paid for their tickets and had their barcodes. They waited in line just like the rest of us, but ultimately forgot to get their wristbands using their barcodes.

So rather than calling someone over to have mercy on a group of whom I believe were 10 year olds (I overheard them mention it) and who made an honest mistake, they plead with the entry handler who lazily tells them there's nothing he can do a few times. I probably should have spoken up but at this point I was mentally exhausted. We watch as the roughly 5 or 6 of them, half of them starting to cry, leave the line. These weren't adults who you could argue didn't have an excuse, they were just kids. Someone on staff could have reasonably come over and given them wristbands. So great on you, Bingeman's.

The attraction itself, you wonder? You're hoping it was incredible? It was alright. It might have been better if we hadn't waited that long and were frozen stiff on getting in, but it was an escape room with a 5 minute timer. Really no different than a ride at an amusement park, time wise. They were letting 6 people in at a time and there wasn't exactly a monstrous amount of people. Perhaps 50? But certainly not the volume of people as a busy day at Canada's Wonderland. And for having a similar event, there was a total of 1 person in costume walking around.

I didn't scream, and the "Park" in Scream Park is only in reference to you parking your butt in line for an inhuman amount of time. Even if you spend the extra $25 for the Speed Pass, it's not worth it. Go anywhere else.

One of the worst haunted houses i have visited, there was about 2 people trying to scare everyone. Plus the escape room takes hours to get too.

It was pretty good. I would give it 5 stars, but had to do 4 simply for the reason that one had so much fog it seemed like it was choking you. The actors were good and stayed in character. I had a panic attack because of claustrophobia and the guy helped me out RIGHT AWAY and was really nice so I thank him for that! All in all, we had a good time! Went right when it opened on sunday and there were no lines and we did all the mazes in an hour and a half. Totally want to to the escape room again with people who aren't so immature lol will come back again! Also, I'm terrified of clowns and I made it through and survived!

The frights and jump scares are on point!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they use WAYY too much fog machine fog and it made me feel like I was going to pass out! Other then that, go at dusk so you still get the experience but not the line ups!

Went to The Festival of Lights. It was just ok. Lots of very simple lighted figures and lots of repetition. For $20 I expected more.

Had our work dinner at Boston Pizza. Chicken pecan salad was great usual. Pasta was undercooked and a bit bland. Pizza was so so and quite expensive. Very busy & noisy

Came for the gift of lights. Been there a few years in a row and they have two tunnel of lights however one is very sparse with the amount of light bulbs and distribution of them so it's lacking a little however the 2nd tunnel is perfect.

Bingemans is always so worried about profits and the bottom dollar.the washrooms are always clean, but "god forbid" you need to use the toilet. The toilet paper is something of a cross between wax paper and sand paper!

We were there for a dog show and they had all the access directed through the rear doors of the facility. No proper door handles, no mechanized doors for handicap accessibility.

There were tables and hot food - brunch type foods available. I bought a coffee and it was bad enough, that after a few mouthfuls, the small cup for $1.50 was an absolute waste of money!

Fun time to bring the kids to. A large variety of cool lights. Definitely go for the speed pass as the other line is loooong.

Went for the "Gift of Lights" drive through light display, well worth the admission cost. Very well put together display, especially enjoyed the light tunnels. The rest of the amenities at the park look great, will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy them.

Walked the festival of lights. Great show. Great cause. Entrance was a bit obscure. Had a bus for convenience of getting back to your vehicle.

Went bowling and had a few brews and pizzas. Never doing this again unless I bring hand sanitizer. You touch rental shoes, bowling balls, seats, chairs and then pickup food and put it in your mouth after who knows what germs were left on everything. The washrooms were deplorable. Water all over the floors and service was like pulling teeth. Very costly in the end. Three days later I was sick with flue like symptoms.

Bingemans was a beautiful outdoor venue and staff who go beyond the call of duty. It was a sparkling crisp autumn day and the sun could not shine any brighter. Rows of chairs and guests filled the alcove. It was the perfect day for a wedding. At the back of the assembly my daughter stepped out in her elegant wedding gown white flowing chiffon strapless plunging neckline with sparkling jeweled bodice. Her burnett hair was swept up in a simple coiff with a spray of flowers and tiny rhinstones on each side a petite veil flowing from the back whilst one delicate curl framed her pretty face. Her smile could melt crowds and the wooden arches bowed in unison as she seemed to skip up the isle on her fathers arm. The girls stood in burgundy gowns on the dark wooden steps of the outdoor gazebo. Her handsome groom in his tux and his grooms men lined the other side in a salutation of chivalric honour stong and proud to witness this moment. The wooden stairs framed with large floral pots and dark colour provided a cascade of contrasting beauty and handsomeness. On one side burgundy in contrast to the mens black and white. The music played people gasped at the beauty of the bride and her entourage. The leaves with their many coats of colour the rich dark gazebo setting and the lovely set up made Bingemans a delightful venue for an outdoor wedding. The bride reached her groom tall, handsome, blond hair, and sparkling blue eyes in a dark black tux. His smile spread from ear to ear as he took his bride and escorted her up the stairs to face the officiant and proceed with the wedding ceremony. The brides gown flowed down the stairs and completed the perfect picture. Off to the side a small table was set with a bright white table cloth where the bride and groom signed the registrar. Finally at the end of the ceremony the groom kissed the bride and the crowd clapped as the new husband and wife were introduced. The music played and the bridal party and parents proceeded out under the cathedral of Gods heaven sun shining coloured leaves whispering their congratulations in unison. It was a beautiful ceremony never to forget. The pictures proceeded taken by my son an excellent new grad in cinematography. After the guest pictures were taken he moved to bridges in the park. During the picture taking a gorgeous flourite bracelet fell off my daughters wrist. I had made this special gift for her wedding day and made the mistake of not adding a safety clasp to the magnetic closure. Beyond the call of duty a wonderful staff member went back and searched the site for us finding it in the grass. I was so elated that someone would care enough to look for this special gift. This truly made our experience of Bingman park and their staff a fantastic one. I highly recommend this gorgeous outdoor setting for any wedding.

Went here for a birthday. Service was not great. Drinks came halfway through the game and had to be asked for multiple times. I went up to the bar and asked for a can of beer. Paid in cash. Bartender helps the next person in line then asks me "what else can I help you with? " "Yeah the can I just bought? " Halfway through our second game a new group walked into our lane full boar and started bowling when we were still paid up for another half hour of time. Management needs to give their heads a shake here.

I've been to quite a few events held here over the years. Great personable staff, and a very clean facility for special events. I did go to the Christmas meal last year though, and was very disappointed. Perhaps I had higher expectations than I should, but the food was poorly arranged, it was difficult to find the traditional food you associate with Christmas, and it is beyond cheap to make people pay for pop ($2.50 I believe) that came in a small liquor glass, with no refills. We spent over $20.00 on that alone. Not everyone drinks just coffee or tea.

So right after I paid for the tickets (I mean literally right after) they closed Big Splash and the pool due to coming rain and thunderstorm and I was said I can't be refunded. I was ok with my kids tickets not being refunded, because they played at Funworx instead, but what me and my husband were supposed to do there if not the pool? We just lost our money. And it's very expensive!
