Almost a four star but the program definitely needs some work. The old “Bovaird” prize boards per games (pre Covid) was WAY better and would entice more customers.
Also, the seating, hall temperature and allowances for noise during the games in the hall needs attention.

The worker and people like to talk about everyone not a friendly place the chairs are brutal to sit on. I'll never go back there the money spend its not worth it.

So happy that your bingo hall is up and running again. I’ve been a few times and the hall is clean and nice to see old staff again. Yes a few hickups which I’m sure will improve over time but I will be a regular customer for sure.

Too expensive, prizes aren't big, very hard uncomfortable chairs. Won't go again.

Hey listen up bingo bingo owner I'm Very disappointed with your cheap program and with the cost to play and another major issue is with the chairs they are so hard to sit on and if you think customers are going to come to the bingo hall and sit on these chairs for more than one session you got be joking so I'm requesting for the owner to replace the chairs so the customers can be comfortable in playing bingo and bring back your $40 verifiers to make it more affordable for your seniors to play so I hope the owner will take this information into consideration so all the customers can come to bingo bingo and enjoy sitting comfortable because it's all about affordability.
Because now bingo bingo have a beautiful clean environment place so now let's make it more comfortable and affordable for all.

It was my first visit and enjoyed myself. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Next visit I will bring a cushion as the wooden chairs were a bit hard on my butt.

My god wasting time wasting money to buy load wasting effort and still you need to wait another 5days.how many 5days? So disappointing. 0 star not 1 star

Awesome place, friendly staff and entertaining. The food shop is sad though, sandwiches are dry but coffee is very good!
I played first time and really enjoyed. Someone sitting next to me explained how to play. Also a good activity to sharpen your brain, a good hearing / attentive skills required!

All of the gaming employees working there are warm and friendly though not very knowledgeable about the game so had to take help from the ppl seated next to us

The dark roast coffee was the best but the sandwich and nachos with cheese was really sad
The nachos cheese smelt and tasted of a lot of flour in it couldn’t eat it

Couldn’t catch up as was our first time though a lot of fun cannot relax or shift ur attention or u could miss ur number
Though we didn’t win it was a lot of fun

Haven't been to a Bingo Hall in a long time went with a friend. Great time not very expensive and the reader goes at a pace you can catch up and follow along for someone who doesn't go to Bingo often. Even though I did not win would go again.

Attended Twilight session for charity work. Wonderful staff and patrons. It was my first time and I felt welcome as patrons were extremely kind and patient. Overall good experience!

They are not friendly, ask information and no one response.all the system are old, and many machine are not work.the direction are not cleary and nobody clean up table

Worst place ever! Worst bingo hall ever! First time player at this particular hall! Each venue has its own particular rules and regulations! As a first time player was not given any notification as to what the rules or regulations were was told after intermission during the middle of play I would not be able to count my winnings because I needed to purchase a a paper sheet to dab as it was their policy in which was not clearly pointed out it stated at the time of purchase. I was told after play to reference to a piece of paper Hat was taped onto the register that stated language and terminology I did not understand as a first time player. The customer service.well there was no one who greeted me with kindness or explained any rules or regulations to me as I clearly explained I was a first time bingo player! This place is just a money grab, they lack customer service, outdated with everything furtinure/systems/ and the list could go on about this place but I will save u the pitty! Please don’t waste ur money or ur time! Not worth it don’t even wana give a star but I have to do so I can state this to warn my fellow bingo players in advance!
