I am in a wheelchair and was extremely happy to see that they have wheelchair accessible seating (raised tables so that my chair actually fits under the table). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Now if only I could win lol!

We went for the first time recently to play bingo. We made it clear we hadn’t been before and didn’t know what we were doing. We purchased various cards etc to play with and they tried to explain some of it to us. As we started playing we realized things move pretty quickly and it was difficult to understand what was happening. The lady calling out numbers was pretty mumble mouthed and it was hard to understand her at times. The staff didn’t seem available to help any after things started and we found ourselves asking different players what was going on. The staff could be a lot more helpful. And there were 4 of us and we only won less than $30 total. There weren’t that many people there so the odds don’t seem that great. We probably won’t go back.

This very bad place, all slot machines is watching and disconnected bonuses very unsafe place there no security plus no body check id or so, kids 15-17 years old go play there, 1 off the worst place in North America and on planet, government must shot down this place but they don’t Cose owner tell me he pay them large money, interest on lost money by people, there under cower people witch one push u to play u Ewen don’t get idea it’s them!

Place could use a face lift, but it is what it is. It's not a flashy casino. Staff is friendly. I enjoyed the slots and won a few hundred bucks! On the downside, the slots area is very very hot (I Know the machines throw a lot of heat), however, no air circulation and quite stuffy. I do like the darker ambiance in the area and volume of the machines. Its fun when it's buzzing, not silent! Don't understand people who want quiet. I was not amused when someone told me to turn down my slot volume. Really? Overall, an enjoyable experience.oh, and clean bathrooms.

I came here for the first time and staff are very helpful. The place is clean. Food is great at reasonable price. Caller Lisa was one of the best, her voice is clear. There is atm machine but charge you $2.25 per transaction. Slot machine will not give you that much when get the bonus, but still depends on your bet. I suggest to have name tags for the staff, but overall 4/5

Everything went up in price during covid. Booklet went from $10 to $20. Drinks from free to paid. Place also only accepts cash. Despite all of that, this would have to be my favourite bingo place.

First time coming here. Amazing place. Great service, quick and efficient. Cash only for everything. They do have atm to withdraw money but might have a service charge

Previously they offered complimentry beverages, such as soft drinks, coffee, which is no longer there. I guess that is the way things are these days

The back room where the slot machines are is always really realy uncomfortably hot and stuffed air and there is no coat check service. The machines are too bright and too loud on the lowest volume. There is too much air freshner in men's washroom. The ladies washroom is clean and roomy. Some of the staff wear heavy perfume. They no longer offer free drinks, only iced water. The machines do not give much but take lots. The bingo caller voice is heard too loud from the bingo hall to the slot machine area. There is no guide on how to play bingo for beginners.

I got very sick from having their chicken wings, last weekend they had a charcoal after taste flavour maybe from the old oil and I thought they were not fresh. I should have not ate them.

The staff are super friendly and nice and hard working every time I have been there.

Side note and wish list. I wish big winnings were only paid in cheque and not cash since its highly likely compulsive gamblers would just pour that back into the machines.

I wish there was a system where gamblers were enrolled in mandatory counselling and cash advances were limited to a limit from all combined cards per day.

Its sad seeing so many regulars there who gaze at the slot machines with googly eyes in the hope of a winning and getting conditioned for rewards, getting drowned in the sounds of a promising very soon to come BIG WIN that is over exciting but its only logical to know this is a for-profit system that needs to pay their rent and electricity and pay for the machines and staff with gambler's funding and a portion to some charities. Fun place for a couple of hours for those without gambling addictions.

If you see people winning thousands in casinos its very likely they have spent twice to get to that winning over time and.they will likely pour that money back into the machines again to repeat the cycle of winning loosing, but big wins are hard to come by. I believe the machines are programmed with very little odd chances of a big win.

Its good if someone is able to set limits to their time and money which is written on machines but we know addictions are difficult to overcome and gambling addictions ruin lives, health and relationships.
No gambler will admit they are helpless until it is too too late and the damages are either irreversible or will take years to pay back to build back their credits and in Canada, having bad credit is bad. There is really no need for advertisement, gamblers get hooked and keep coming back.
