It was good. They only have 1 "The Big Spin" game. Would be nice if they had 2 or 3 more.

We went to the Drag and Bingo and it was so much fun. The artists were excellent and the staff were dancing and singing. Especially Cassandra. It was the first time going and we will definitely go again!

Its hiding behind. And when u find it woah bingo. With slot machines and nice bathrooms. Its kinda hidden but once u been there it should not be a problem to get out. Foods great. Everything is great and chill.

The people are so friendly! We had a good experience, just make sure to go early if you want a seat with your group with monitors.

The only downfall is the food is VERY expensive, so I suggest eating before you go.

This place I didn't even know existed! They have a little bit for everybody. Many individuals go for the super friendly staff and the "regular's" haha! They are always willing to lend a helping hand to those too ignorant to understand lol I appreciate the help ladies! Very cheap to play and spend a few hours, although the time seems to fly by! If bingo isn't quite your thing, there are live OLG games that can be played (no scratch tickets unfortunately), plus quite a few video slots which, surprisingly, DO PAY OUT! You are definitely still gambling and go into it as money is already gone, so there is no disappointment if you end up tanking.however I kept cashing out $100 tickets every 10-20 minutes it seemed! A totally different experience than at one of the Big Casino's. The staff are always around, asking if refreshments are needed and they will bring them to you! They offer a fully stocked, albeit pricey, canteen with deep fryer and all, so expect to clog those arteries a little more if you choose to indulge.trust me, it's worth it!

People DIBS the seats and leave for hours. Management has no control. Poor management.

Bingo gaming center on slack road should not allow people to save seats in between bingos. Went to the bingo 2 and 1/2 hours early only to see dabbed in front of machines but no bodies. They figure if they put a dabber there and go home, make supper and whatever then come back to the bingo and expect their tables to be saved. They have other people saving seats as well. Management won't do anything about it. This is not right. Pretty unfair to those who come in early only to watch these selfish people come in at their leisure and sit at a machine. Management, stop allowing this.

I enjoy the hall and the staff however I came in with a friend at 4: 15 to secure a seat only to see that a majority of the machines had dabbers at them but no people. Almost two hours later I noticed that the people were now showing up. I find it wrong that these seats are being basically reserved. I don't think that places should be kept holding unless the people are there in the hall ready to play,

I, m sorry to say some of the caller, s are cheating on the big prizes not good they will lose people and soon no work.

Found the games boring. 1 line, then 2 lines.repeat. Goes so fast and you don't feel like you really have a chance. Also, seems like the machines win most of the bingos and I am an old school dabber. Have no plans to go back until they change up their program.

Visited this location two years ago. Was able to win and play easily! Staff was not friendly as other bingo halls and food is way over priced! I would visit again but just not my favourite. Very small in a basement like setting! Wouldn’t really recommend if looking for a updated bingo hall!

No looks like picture. It has been completely renovated. Front area has slot machines and the main floor looks very nice. Everything has been modernized.

Recently checked out the new updated bingo hall, and I loved it! I had so much fun and can't wait to go back!

We come here for bingo. Place is usually full. Proof of vaccination required.

The place is clean. There is food service. We got the poutine which was good. We also got the coffee which was ok.

For beginners, there is not much of an introduction, just need to try to follow along and you will get the hang of it.

Bingo dappers are sold here as well.

There are slot machines.

Overall, I would go again, as it's better than other bingo halls in Ottawa.

We went there Friday night and were quite disappointed. We know it is gambling and the chance of winning is slim but with limited number of machines the pay back was atrocious. This is the last time we will be there for some time.
