I got my first ever tattoo done an I couldn't be more thrilled. I was a bit scared about it going in not knowing about try he whole tattoo world but they treated me so well. Really helpful and amazing. Luz did a spectacular job and I would definitely recommend going. I'm for sure going back. Love my tattoo and awesome people.

Javier is very professional, friendly also good at his job. I would definitely come back and i would recommend him to my family and friends.

I had a great experience from start to finish working with Javier (@legalpics on instagram) to get my arm piece done! He helped me figure out exactly how I wanted my tattoo done and was very happy to help me personalize my tattoo. The professionalism is very good in the shop, everything was sanitized and the space felt comfortable. I got the whole piece done in one 8 hour session and was sleeping for some of it. Overall an excellent experience at Colibri Tattoo and Piercing.

My artist was Marta. She was super sweet and patient. I got a belly piercing and it was all done in a second. Pain 2/10.just a pinch.

Got my belly pierced at Colibri’s High Park location. The process was super quick but my piercer made sure to walk me through every step of the process and explain what she was doing as she pierced me! I came in for the piercing special and didn’t have to wait which was an added bonus:)

Can’t say anything about the tattoos, but make sure you ask to see all the size options when getting a piercing.

10/10 would recommend. I’ve had three tattoos done here and have nothing but great things to say. Super clean, professional and reasonable prices. Eli is incredible even with really tricky placement. You won’t regret coming here.

Not very happy with my daith piercing experience this weekend. The shop was extremely busy when we arrived, which should have been my first clue. I waited maybe half an hour to see a piercer, I would have happily waited longer if it meant better care once it was my turn. Once I'm up, the piercer marks my ear and asks if Im happy with it. This is a piercing that cannot necessarily be seen by the person, in their own ear. I even remarked, "I won't be able to see it though, will I? " This would have been the time to hand me a mirror, however, everything was so rushed. The piercer asked me how it looked once it was finished, again, this is an ear piercing, a small mirror would have been a tiny gesture that would have gone a long way. Instead Im struggling to see it and trusting and hoping it is in the correct place. Next thing I know the piercing is in, and Im being rushed into the lobby to pay. I had also asked about new jewelry for my rook, I had to ask three times. I would have expected, when buying new jewelry at the shop, for the piercer, who is already working on me, to help put it in. Instead, I'm standing in the lobby paying, with a kleenex full of blood still dripping out of my piercing and with my new jewelry (for existing piercing) in my hand, not my ear. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere you can make an appointment and they are expecting you, not rushing you through. (previous to my piercing a young girl, who clearly almost passed out had been rushed back out into the lobby to collect herself, who is clearly embarrassed, the lobby is full of people waiting for services). I should have recognized the warning signs. The piercing is still fresh, so I will have to wait and see about healing and placement.

So happy to have made my first tattoo here. Alla is so patient and detailed. She understood my concept and made it with lots of care. I also got a piercing which looks really cool.

Got a forward helix here and had to take it out after a week. I told the girl piercing me that I wanted it to be higher and she said it wasn’t possible so I decided to trust her and let her pierce it lower. She had to pierce it twice because the first time she messed up which should have been a sign to leave. After a week it was super swollen to the point where I couldn’t clean it so I went to a different piercing place so they could assess it. They told me it was pierced too low and it was being swollen by my skin on the edge of my ear. I wasn’t even able to change the piercing because it wasn’t safe to do so. Waste of time and money go somewhere else

Piercer was so patient with me and my mum’s billions of questions! Was calm and walked through the process. Came for a labret last year, and loved it. Came for my belly button this year. Loved it!

I just recently got my Ashley piercing done here and have been in constant pain. I ended up going to my regular piercer to get it checked out because it was imbedding really bad. Turns out it was the wrong bar and metal was cheap. Go here at your own risk.

Quick and easy, my piercer was very nice and did a great job with my nose piercing! The $25 piercings on tuesdays is a good deal, would recommend:)

I love this place! Staffs are kind and I got a tattoo with Samira, she’s AMAZING! I love how patient and kind she is. And I love my tattoo soooo much. I super recommend this place, for sure I’ll come back

I got my rook pierced and every seemed fine.if i could rate less stars i would.my ear literally ripped cuz they pierced it wrong.now my ear gonna be looking goofy for the next month.who’s cares if it’s cheap don’t risk ur ear being goofy looking.

Got my nose pierced 2 week ago on Saturday, it was quick! The facility looks clean, the staff was friendly.

I did eyebrow piercing here. I love my piercing and would go back to get another kind of piercing. And probably tattoo too

Randomly popped inside Bini Ink with a mission to get my nose pierced (on each side of nostrils) and what a pleasant experience! I was in/out within 20 minutes. Zero pain (other than a quick pinch as the needle went through my skin). I am 8 weeks post healing and zero complications, I'm almost healed enough to going back to pickup some jewelry to change it up! While I am there, I want to add another tattoo to my portfolio

I appreciate Bini Ink for helping me taking out my piercings on a walk-in, but the piercer helping me lost a captive bead from a piercing, and damaged my other piercings with pliers. My usual piercers have had to polish out the pieces, and one cannot be fully fixed.

She also missed a piercing that I ended up being able to take out myself at home.

This was my Worst experience ever i waited 4 hours to get it done with an appointment cause they were taking people who came after me …. And they had no appointmentsand this is how my finger tattoo looks after 10days.

Eli was so friendly, accommodating, patient, and kind! I'm IN LOVE with his work and so so glad that I found him. Will definitely be coming back for more tattoos in the future! Everyone at Bini was so friendly as well, always chatting and laughing with each other! Overall an amazing experience!

I have been to bini several times for their $25 piercings and $50 tattoos.i have never had any problems except for today, i called in ahead to be put on the waiting list for their $50 tattoos, and was told there would be a 2-2.5 hour wait which was fine.i am now sitting in the shop and have been waiting for my spot for 6 hours, along with others who are also annoyed with the wait.i have never had to wait this long for a tattoo at this place.the staff seems to know that the wait is coming out to 6 hours per person and still informing clients the wait will be 2-3 hours.and the attitude of the staff at the front desk is unpleasant, when we have to wait for 6 hours for a small tattoo, clients are bound to be upset and frustrated, and when asked or approached about the wait they have a very stinky attitude and are literally ignoring some clients.i definitely won’t be returning for the wednesday specials anymore, the piercers and staff on tuesdays are always pleasant but today’s experience at bini was absolutely disappointing

Got a smiley done it was pretty quick but I’m not so sure how I feel about them putting an alcohol wipe in my mouth I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to use mouthwash alcohol wipes can’t be safe I wouldn’t recommend to get any oral piercings there

Got my septum pierced for the Tuesday special, was there at 6: 30pm. There was a lineup, but service was super quick! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My piercer was friendly and professional, and my piercing is perfect!

I went at 4: 30 pm for my tattoo for wed special, I really understand but the wait was one hour and half, I was still there at six, so I had to leaving for a next appointment, it’s so sad regarding this, I think they should call 20 min before your appointment,

My experience at this palour was probably the worst i’ve ever had at a shop. We went in for our booked time slot only to be skipped after waiting for 1.5 hours and watching a “birthday celebration” with cakes, pictures and eating of the cake from the entire staff. When we had asked how much longer, we were told (rudely) that my turn is coming up only to find out, by another staff member, it was skipped completely. This facility will not be receiving any business from any of us ever again.

Drone was so kind and patient! Explained the after care so well and was so gentle with his touch. I did a vine behind my ear and he did a GREAT job!

Got my Nose piercing last weekend. The young lady that did was really good. Before I knew it, it was done. So quick, the pain couldn't be realized. Apparently this method could be painful but if that's the case this place is best place to go. Shout out to this parlor of self expression professionals.

I just got my tattoo done by Alla who is one of the new talents at Bini High Park location and she was lovely. She put so much care and attention to detail even if it was from a flash. Definitely love the professionalism of the staff & will be going back to get more tattoos soon!:)

Went to get a double helix piercing here a little w a week ago during their tuesday special, the bar put into my cartilage was TOO SMALL and was in extreme pain for several days as my ear swelled up dangerously. Had to go to Adrenaline on Queen to get the proper sized bar for healing, never going here again.

Came here for the Tuesday piercing special & the staff was so great. Everyone was really kind and they were quick to get you in. I had a great time and I will be back!

Me and my Wifey went to get our King of Spades ️ and Queen of Hearts tattoos done. We had good experience there they made us feel comfortable plus there clean as ever. Also the artist did an exceptional job on our tattoos. We would definitely recommend there shop to our family and friends.

A few months ago I got both my lobes pierced. The person piercing my lobes pierced the first one well but the other was pierced slanted downwards and not straight like the other. The back end of the earrings of the lobe is almost at the end of my earlobe, so I will have to get it repierced when it finishs healing which is annoying. Also when waiting to get my piercings, I saw a group of the staff at the back had taken their masks off and were not wearing their them at all which was worrying and unprofessional.

First time here, and I am so happy with the experience. YO-YO WAS AWESOME! Will definitely come back.

I’ve been to a few tattoo and piercing shops around Toronto and this one has really terrible customer service and communication. You don’t have to have a bad attitude when a client is asking questions for something simple as booking an appointment. If you think we are wasting your time with 2 questions then just close down your business. I never post reviews so this says a lot.

First Tattoo experience was fantastic! Amazing service, very clean, everyone was so great with calming my nerves. Would definitely recommend getting a tattoo here. Will definitely come back!

Very helpful when explaining after care and even gave a pdf file on how to take care of your piercing! Quick and painful but I do love my belly piercing! They made sure I liked where my placement was before putting the jewelry in. Thank you!

I got my upper lobe piercing done here over a week ago. It was quick and painless - just a small pinch. No problems so far in terms of any infections or crookedness. I would definitely recommend this place.

I got the $25 piercing option and decided to get 2 piercings on the same ear. 1 was the Helix and the other was the Tragus. Unfortunately the tragus became extremely swollen and started to develop a keloid at the backing of the piercing and I realized quickly it was cause the piercing was tightened WAYYY too tight. And I tried to remove as it was too much pain radiating from my ear. But it was way too tight. I need to now go to the doctor to have it removed and receive antibiotics. Helix is ok tho. But not worth the stress for the Tragus.:/

I went to this place to get my third piercing done, as well as my first tattoo and if I’m being completely honest, I had one of the worst experiences in both costumer service and after care. I got my third piercing in January this year and got my tattoo later that month, and both times the costumer service was absolutely terrible. I felt as though I was being rushed the whole time. I’ll start with my experience with the piercing. I’ve gotten both sides of my ears pierced before 2 times and never once have I gotten an infection until I got my ears pierced at this place. I followed the cleaning instructions I was told to follow and in fact, am still doing so but my ears are still infected. My tattoo experience was no ride in the park either. When booking my tattoo appointment, the communication was no there. I had to ask many questions that were supposed to be already given, and when asked, I felt judged as if I should have already known the answer when this was my first tattoo. Going into the shop, I brought a reference picture I drew out to show to my artist, and naturally we had to customize my tattoo.while customizing my tattoo a girl front the front asked how long this was going to take my artist, rushing me to hurry up and pick out a design. This is my first tattoo, I didn’t want to make any wrong decisions since it’s a permanent thing that will be on my body. I was also charged 300 dollars for a 3 inch tattoo. At first I thought this was normal until I started telling my friends who also have tattoos, and said that my tattoo should not have been that expensive. The healing process was also sort of ruff. Once my tattoo started to peal, some of the colour came off and has not returned. I once again followed all the instructions I was given. I went to my friends for advice and they all told me that I was given wrong after care instructions. I know I’m posting this review a bit late, but I’ve been holding off because I wasn’t too sure if I should even bother posting a late review. But I realized that I truly don’t want people walking into this place blind like I did. I hope my experience helps some of you really consider your decision.

Sadly I need to change my review from 5 stars to 2. I got my mother’s memorial piece done here and I loved it, but when I came back for a finger tattoo it was a completely different experience.
I got my finger tattoo on a Wednesday promotion by an apprentice, within 6 days I noticed a lot of the ink had disappeared. When I contacted the store they took 0 responsibility and said they don’t “touch up” fingers for free. They expect me to pay full price for them to fix a tattoo that their apprentice did not complete properly … I’ve been told by multiple tattoo artists and others that the artist didn’t go deep enough or used poor quality ink (I believe it was the first one). Just very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of responsibility being taken. Please get a tattoo done by an apprentice here at your own risk!

I came with my friend to get her ears pierced. She was very nervous and Abby (the piercing specialist) was professional, accommodating and understanding. She made my friend feel very comfortable and the piercing went smoothly. We were very happy with their service!
