My friend and I walked in and both got piercings, staff were so friendly and the piercer was so gentle. Lots of beautiful jewelry available!

Firstly BINI I want u to read this, it is not only complaining but also the truth. Please make sure your employees are being professional.

Went here 3 time total. First time got my conch pierced, second time got a recheck cuz I got a ear bum at the back, Monica helped me check and switched the earring with artificial skin and it was all nice, I also introduced my friend to come here and get ear pierced.

Until today i came back again for a earring changing which cost $10 per one. I understand it is cheap so u don’t want to pay too much attention on me but I came here and spent money on changing cuz I don’t want to bleed out under the condition that I already got bum on my conch.

The girl with purple nail and full ear pierced was so unexpected cuz before she even switch the new earring on me, she made my conch bleeding already while taking off the old one from my conch with very strong and rude strength and I was as pain as hell. Then she took a cotton swab just wipe my blood off then put the new one on. I don’t understand. I believe she could made me not hurting neither bleeding because last time Monica was so gentle and I couldn’t even feel a sign of pain. I came here spend money for a bleeding earring change on my conch which already have a bum on it was very very unexpected and SAD. I don’t even know if this is going to cuz more damage on my conch further. I don’t even do this to myself. She was unprofessional and not ethical, plus, plz if u have nails and if it is not convenient for you then you should pay more attention and be more gentle. 999 Stars for Monica and -998 stars for the girl today.

I was so angry and my conch now still feel like burning and pain the the butt, that’s why im typing this while im supposed to sleep already. She made me couldn’t even sleep. I didn’t even feel this much pain when got my conch pierced. Normally you should make sure the front part not moving while gentlely taking off the back part of the earring, the small ball while not moving the whole thing. She absolutely did this on the opposite way while I can feel my whole old earring was moving with her strength when taking my old one off and that’s why I feel so hurt. Didn’t this girl know that it is my conch with bum where I did mentioned before the switching process? She absolutely knew it but didn’t want to pay attention cuz I only paid $10 and she’s going to do the effort with $10 so it doesn’t matter if im bleeding or hurt or maybe get a bigger bum because of her. Never ever being so BURNT in my entire life. Plz at least be respectful to your own job, the girl with purple nail and full ear pierced who was here on about 5pm 9.10 and eating a burger before you let us in and begin your work. Yes she didn’t even tell me her name when entering Ig it’s because we don’t deserve to know lol.

Got my belly pierced today, got three by walking in randomly but the process was so fast and not painful. The people there are so friendly and loving. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a piercing!

Although I had my ears pierced before couple of times, this time was my worst experience, it has been a week that my ear is like this, hurting so bad and they are not responsive about it. After you paid, no matter what happens to you, it is on you.

Carmine did an amazing job as an apprentice and she’s such a sweetheart and very professional. Highly recommend her!

Went to get a piercing on their Tuesday promo day. The queue gets pretty long but it’s quite fast-moving. The place was neat and well-lit. I got a conch and belly piercing, and Ola made the whole experience quick and super amazing. Great price and great service. Highly recommended!

Hey guys, I got my ears pierced here and they were so good and welcoming and I loved my experience and my ears are healed quite well now. Also if you want pop culture tattoos ask for Jayson. He's very good. I have four tattoos now.and I can't wait to come back for more.

Quite literally the WORST tattoo shop in Toronto. Money hungry, insensitive and inconsiderate management. Wouldn’t support, and the experience was not worth the cheap price of tattoos.

My friend and I got piercings with Julia for their 25$ Tuesday deal and it was such great service and Julia was very attentive and explained every little detail along the way and was very friendly, great staff overall! Would come again!

I’ve visited here 4 times and I have always had AMAZING experiences, majority of the piercers are kind and patient. The piercer named Dayton however is an absolute nightmare! I mentioned that the marking looked crooked, and he proceeded to tell me how he had these two things on his face called eyes. He took it wayyyy to personally and gaslighted the hell out of me. He’s immature and probably shouldn’t be working there. Other than him, the staff are the sweetest people ever and did an amazing job.:)

Love this place. Super friendly staff and quick service. I got my rook and conch done here the first time I went by Lilac and she was amazing. Second time I went, I got my tragus done and upon leaving, realized I didn't like the placement of it as it wasn't what I originally had in mind. I went back, and Lilac was completely understanding and repierced me free of charge. I will definitely come back and suggest this place to my friends and family. Thanks for 2 amazing experiences!

Waited 20 minutes outside to wait 20 minutes indoors to hear twice that they don't have a skilled enough stylist to pierce an eyebrow, 10/10. I advise you to go to them to pierce only your ears, and then if you don’t mind

Black ppl stay away, dark skin needs thick lines, really a horrible experience, They should of told me, they only do small tattoos, my tat most have been the biggest, they ever done! I'm looking at the pics, omg

Here for the weekend and accepted me as a walk-in! Good hygiene/friendly staff. I thought it was a little pricey ($300) but you also get what you pay for. Very happy overall!

Absolutely awful experience with Monica. Terrible service and quality of tattoo. I was promised the tattoo of a simple star would be done as it looks in the reference photo. It is nothing like the photo. The lines are extremely uneven and break and the points of the star and rounded. Also, one of the arms is a complete U shape rather than a V. I brought this up with her and she was unhelpful and explained I would have to pay for a new tattoo to get it fixed. If I could include photos I would.

Went for $50 Tattoo Wednesday promo, and the service was awesome. I showed up pretty early, and expected a long wait, but it took them less than 1.5hrs to get everything done. In my books that's exceptionally fast for a walk-in.
All of the common areas are very clean, and everything is very sanitary.
Tyler (apprentice) was super nice and quick, and I'm super happy with the result.
I forgot to ask the receptionist's but she was also super sweet and nice, and patient while I had to deal with a banking app issue.

Staff is incredibly nice and honest. If you plan to come on a Tuesday for piercings, come before 3 pm before it gets packed.

I love my new tattoo done by Veronika. The heal process was great! And now I have her beautiful work on me forever.

My daughter had a belly piercing done here a couple months ago.she followed the instructions on how to take care of it. She came by today to seek professional help from one of the staff there but was turned away abrutly by a guy out front. The piercing will not heal and kept getting infected.she then went to another place on Queen st.they removed the piercing.and advised her to seek immediate medical attention.she's currently at the hospital waiting to have it diagnosed and was told she needs antibiotics.

Amazing shop. I love the atmosphere here. I had an awesome session with Luz. They were so kind, attentive, and left me with not one but TWO gorgeous tattoos. I'll be back next month already for another. Definitely recommend!

Went to Bini a couple of months ago to get my 11th piercing - a second forward helix. I went on the $25 Tuesday special, which may have been a mistake because the piercer seemed very tired and shaky from having to serve non-stop customers all day. The piercing itself was poorly placed, forcing the jewelry against my rook and preventing proper healing. Additionally, the jewelry used was way too long for the location and continuously snagged in my hair. The piercing ended up migrating so I had to take it out. My other piercings were done elsewhere and I didn't have any problems with those. Disappointed because I really wanted to love it: (

Monica was so sweet! Even though it was a busy Tuesday, the space was comforting, calming and a pleasure to experience. Absolutely loved the store's taste in music too. I'll be returning for sure!

My sister and I recently had Nastya as our tattoo artist and she is incredible! Very accommodating, listens to exactly what you want and ensures that you are happy every step of the way. The studio itself is very clean and everybody who works there is very professional and kind. I cannot wait to get more tattoos from Nastya, she is the best!

I got my eyebrow pierced here two weeks ago. It was the tuesday special, and I couldn’t resist the price. But now that I look back, it was a dumb mistake to go here and the discount was not worth it.
My piercer Lila told me to put Polysporin on the piercing if it seem to be rejecting. No need for a follow up appointment. The next day, the piercing wasn’t looking great so I called the shop. She told that it’s because I do not have enough fat around the brow area, that it is normal, and to just put polysporin again. So I did that for the next two weeks along with the salt water thing daily. Fast forward to today, I went to several different piercing parlors and they all told me that putting polysporin on a fresh piercing actually causes rejection. (And apparently bini has a reputation for doing sloppy piercing jobs. They said a lot of clients come to them to fix the job from bini.)
If you’re looking to get cheap lobe piercing or something that is relatively low maintenance, maybe this place won’t be so bad. But if you care about your body, don’t go here. I honestly regret tipping too.

Went out today (Tuesday) morning to get a couple new piercings. Tuesdays deal of any piercing 25 dollars is awesome, and quite the steal!
The piercer who did my nose and brow was super friendly and kind. She wanted to make sure I had the perfect spot. 10/10 would definitely come back. I really needed this after a rough week.

I would really suggest if you're coming on a tuesday, to show up a little bit earlier. There can be a line (Can't beat the price!)

Took my daughter and her friends. We all got pierced on their "TUESDAY, $25 for piercing. " There was a line up, we went for 11am. The line went quick. This business does practice Covid protocols.
Would have given 5 stars, they are friendly, clean and true professionals. Unfortunately I got my naval pierced and there were no choices for jewelry. I would've liked to purchase a solid gold piece, but they only offer one type of jewelry for the naval piercing. They do not sell solid gold either.

I got my ears pierced for the first time and everyone was wonderful and so polite.its reasonably priced and they had amazing Covid protocol.my piercer was great and answered any questions I had along with detailed after care instructions. 100% recommend and will be going back for more.

I recently got a bunch of tattoos here from Nastya (@tattoobynastya on Instagram) and I am absolutely in love with every single piece! She was always super cautious of making sure I was 100% okay with the placement of the stencil before she started tattooing and would always readjust the stencil if I wanted it to be moved. She is amazing at doing fine line work and I would highly recommend going to her. She is also very responsive if you dm her on Instagram and I will definitely be coming back to her for my future tattoos! As far as the tattoo studio itself, everyone is really nice and and the shop itself is very inviting! Most tattoo shops can be quite intimidating to go to but I didn't feel that way at all here.

The process was very fast. I got my third piercing and I was done in 5 mins. The lady was very nice and explained everything she did, which was reassuring. The place is clean and up to covid protocols.

I came here for two upper lobe piercings and a helix piercing. The process went smoothly and the parlour is very clean. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely come back again!

Bini is the best tattoo parlour in Toronto! Unlike most (male dominated) shops, this place is welcoming and non-judgemental. As soon as I came in I was welcomed and attended to, the staff is friendly and attentive. I was offered water and snacks multiple times throughout my appointment as well. If you’re in the area, definitely check Bini out!

Was looking for a spot to get some fresh ink. Found Roxi on Instagram and took it from there. The space is clean, everyone is professional and follows all covid procedures as well so you know you're taken care of. Roxi was very accommodating when creating a design and then tweaking as we went along to make sure it was perfect! Highly recommend this spot!

It was just a coincidence that I was in this area of the city, searching for a shop to pierce my nose, and on a Tuesday. The high rating and number of reviews drew me in, and I can’t turn down a good deal.

If you’re hoping to get in on the Tuesday special, arrive prepared to take a number and wait. Like, bring a book, go grab a bite to eat and find a place to park your butt for a while kind of wait.

The wait is worth it, though. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly, and I get the feeling that they’ve seen it all. No one batted an eye when my nose bled more than the average client, I was offered water and a sugary snack when I got light headed (not like me). The extra care was much appreciated.

To the Bini Tattoo owners: your Tuesday special would be just as special and still an excellent deal at $40 a piercing. You’re selling yourselves short!

I was originally looking at places downtown that you hear bout (Chronic Ink, Reactive, Adrenaline), also in particular Ink Living Colour which is a place up in North York, however they are a little unprofessional so I decided on checking you guys out bcuz u are located closeby. & I'm super glad I did. I don't know how long you guys have been around but you do an excellent job. Staff is friendly & informative. Quick & easy procedure. I also appreciate how you ensure the customer sees that you use clean, unopened tools. This is especially important, and thank you for providing the aftercare info sheet. Also guys, the prices are such a good value. On Tuesdays, they have a $25 piercing promo for all piercings.take advantage of that! Friendly staff! Very clean and sanitary, with extra steps for safety and protection given the current timing. Tattoo looks absolutely perfect and crisp! Exactly what I asked for. My artist was Tony, and I’ll definitely be going back to him!

I got to do my first tattoo and today as I got referred to do it with my brothers and i was really nervous about doing it but Brandon the tattoo artist that did my tattoo was really nice and gentle and is very patient and makes u feel comfortable and he was very gentle doing my tattoo I love my tattoo it is really well done and the quality is I recommend seeing Brandon if u have ur tattoos to do trust me.

Just had my navel pierced by Laila. Mine closed up a few months ago. She was so thorough and informative. She noticed that I was a bit nervous since I had my original one pierced over 15 yrs ago. She was very calming. Definitely will go back for my nipple piercing.

Brandon did an excellent job. I got 4 tattoos done here and it was amazing. Very smooth process. Funny guy and highly professional and knowledgeable. VERY CLEAN shop. You must wear a mask and cannot bring guests but they're awesome! Would recommend.

I wasn't able to catch the woman's name that helped prep the area and talked me through the beginning of the procedure but her and Eduardo were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend Bini to anyone wanting to get a tattoo.

I got a tattoo from one if their apprentices there almost two weeks ago. Brandon was really great to work with on what I wanted and it turned out fantastic. It's healing better than my other tattoos did too, but that could also be location.

He was chill to hang out with too and very gentle on my arm. We checked everything with my art a few times throught to make sure it was all accurate and as detailed as I wanted it to be.

The tattoo I got was a pretty detailed black line work peice.
