BioPed Footcare & Orthotics

Went into Bioped East London for my second pair of custom orthotics and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff are always very nice and the service is excellent. This time around, it was only a one day turnaround to get my custom orthotics. They feel great right away and I am very pleased with the service. Diana Hwang was very professional and friendly and informative, I cannot recommend this clinic enough to everybody. Thanks again for the lightning speed service!

London East BioPed is great, Diana takes the time to assess you and make sure that you understand what you need to have haapy feet! The orthotics are expensive however you get what you pay for and they are fantastic. Very comfortable and eases any pain or discomfort I had in with my feet.
Will be back next year forsure

Very welcoming staff especially the Doctor that attended to me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative towards me. She was very patient, answered any questions that I had, and I learned quite a bit of how important orthotics will be for any other injuries/aches and pains that I experience. Highly recommended.

I've had some foot issues, for some time now and decided to recieve some help with it. The staff and nurse were kind, helpful and very insightful for the issues that I have been experiencing. The environment is friendly and welcoming.
I would suggest going here if you are experiencing foot, knee or leg issues of any kind.

I highly recommend bioped. The service was excellent and treatment was very effective. Mohammed made the treatment time comfortable and interesting.

I appreciate the help I've received at Bioped. There hasn't ever been a sense of being rushed or 'processed ', which examples an important difference. I've experienced a higher level of care and service standards.
My assessment included a full embodiment of my needs, such as foot care, etc.
The orthotics were wonderful right from the start.

I was quite nervous going into the assessment. Diana was a sweetheart and made me feel very comfortable. She is very explicite with everything she is doing, and very gentle. I had a very easy experience, that's for sure.

After much thought about who to see about my foot pain, I'm thrilled that I found Bioped. Everything was explained to me, without feeling rushed. I now have a much better understanding of my feet troubles, and how to best take care of them.

Great experience! I had a couple of ingrown toenails that were really bothering me and Casaandra did an amazing job fixing them! They are back to normal and I'm feeling so much BETTER! No more pain!

We had a fantastic experience with BioPed. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Chams was also very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait and was able to fix my sons toenail in one appointment. I will be recommended him to everyone I know.

Walked in one day because I was tired of limping around with sore feet and nothing I did, no shoes I tried would make them feel better. Turns out I had a falling arches! Liz was awesome, very professional and gentle when examining my feet. Custom orthotics were ready quickly and I've been walking pain free now for 5 months! Didn't realize how bad it was until the pain was gone. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend, I'll be using them again for any foot issues from now on

I was VERY pleased with the foot care that Chrissie performed and the care with which she serves her clients. I am SO glad that I chose this place to get my foot care needs attended to. I especially appreciate that any needed adjustments to the orthotics are taken care of when needed.

This location was extremely help and knowledgeable. After visiting a different location it was a pleasure to do business with the Clarke Road location. The professionalism that greeted us was something that was lacking in the location near us.

Fake reviews submitted by staff make it look like this place is good.
Let me assure you this is NOT the case. Very limited selection of shoes, all one brand staff refused to even consider ordering shoes that I was willing to settle for and instead tried to pressure me to buy shoes I absolutely hated. The sales person was rude and unable to answer si.ple questions. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Update
After contacting their head office I received a call from Liz who says she is the managers. When I tried to discuss my concerns she was very rude and continued to laugh at me throughout the call. She seems to think unhappy customers are a joke and because they are a franchise that i have no right to contact the head office and that they can mistreat customers with no consequences.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff! I had a wonderful experience at BioPed. I would recommend this location to anyone experiencing foot pain. They'll try their best to help you out and look into multiple options specific to your needs!

Have been going to this bioped for many, many years. They are amazing & helpful. Figured out what was wrong with my feet, when no one else could.

Knowledgable, friendly Staff. Do recommend their services. Was able to pick my orthotics up soon after the assessment since they were also made on site. Great Job everyone!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Up to date equipment and reliable service. I have had the same orthotics for five years and finally went back for replacements. I would recommend to anyone who spends much time on their feet at work.

Pierce was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with recovery from an overuse injury sustained while working out. He displayed genuine concern, a tremendous amount of dedication, and was well informed in his area of specialization. I would not hesitate to recommend Bioped to anyone with similar issues.

They were awesome! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Liz was great, she explained and demonstrated the problems with my feet in a way that was completely understandable. That was followed by an equally understandable action plan. It was a very positive experience.

Such a friendly atmosphere and Jordan was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was so astounded by how fast everything went, I feel a difference already!
