The podiatrists at the clinic are very knowledgeable and suggest what is best course of action for your condition. My foot is affected by a prominent bunion and needed a wider shoe. The orthotics fit well and they have this state of the art machine to form fit your feet. Really cool! You've got to see it! As part of the assessment I like that you go back for the fitting after the orthotics are made along with the fitting of the shoe then after a month for a reassessment to see how it's been going. Great service. Overall everyone at the clinic is very nice.

I recently got custom orthotics from Bioped Scarborough North. The initial consultation with Calvin was informative, and the experience overall was excellent.

Calvin was a great help in getting my custom orthotics ready and broken in. From the first appointment where he went over my walking inefficiencies and how the insoles would help correct the impact that was having on the rest of my body, to the actual breaking in process and now having had the protective layer added to them. Calvin was quite patient with my questions and made sure I understood what was happening at each step of the process.

Visited this BioPed location with my family to get orthopedic insoles and shoes and we were very please with both the level of service and quality of products. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jenny and she was very informative about the process. We made an appointment to see Calvin to get a full assessment. He was very thorough and friendly throughout the process, even with my somewhat squirmy child. The insoles we got were very comfortable and I was surprised to find how easily they fit into my existing shoes. The whole staff at BioPed is great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After getting many orthotics from a physiotherapist (absolute rip-off), I decided to try BioPed, the location near Bridlewood mall.

What a difference, the orthotics are so much better. Calvin, the professional who will help you, set the arch higher in my orthotics to address my issue. I feel the difference.

When you make an appointment for orthotics, Calvin will take the time to assess your feet and watch you walk to determine if you need orthotics. The man makes the orthotics himself, so if you need adjustments, they can be made quickly.

Appointments are required because he has many customers. I'll be going back to Calvin for my next pair.

I started limping and became out of balance when walking in general and in a lot of pain.
