I am glad I found this place! I love everyone working here! Admin staff as well as the pedorthists are very nice and professional. Really punctual, organized and I felt like everyone knew what they were doing. Daniel made my orthotics and it made my bunion pain go away significantly when walking. He also explained my foot condition and how to make it better in a way very easy to understand.

The admin staff was great at answering emails with prompt and clear responses. Carlos was friendly and jovial. He listened well and with care.

I would like to say thank you, to Doctor Daniel, for his hard work, his patients, and understanding. As some peoples foot conditions requires more adjustment to the custom orthotics than, maybe that of others. Thank you! Doctor Daniel once again, for listening to my concerns and foot Issues. We got custom made orthotics for my 4 years old. Daniel was helping us. He made the process so easy and explained every question we asked. He is very professional and patient.

Stay way from this place if you are on disability program! I had the most astonishing experience with this people. They work with ODSP. Get their cost from them and try to charge you at least $50 more! I went there to pick up a pair of orthotics and after waiting for a long time I was told that- For the first time that I should either pay them $50 dollars on top of what they have already charged York Region Disability which is $500, if I am remembering the correct price or they are not going to give me my orthotics. When I told them that it's illegal they said they are sorry that I think so and unfortunately they can't do anything about that! I am going to report them to my case worker as well

I was recently needing new orthotics from some foot pain that I was having. Thankfully I found this place online, and decided to give it a shot since it had great reviews. I’m glad I did because Dr. Carlos and his team are some of the kindest and caring medical workers I’ve met. The receptionists/ assistants are soft spoken and diligent with their work. Dr. Carlos took his time to assess the problem I was having, and took the time to explain what the issue is.

I definitely recommend anyone who is in need of any type of orthotic or brace to visit this location, you will not be disappointed.

Both my daughters came to bioped Richmond hill to get their orthotics and we were served by Daniel. He was highly professional in performing the assessment on my girls. On fitting day, Daniel took the time to make sure the orthotics fit well in all shoes and my daughter told me they deserve a great review! The other staff in the shop wer also very professional in explaining any questions we may have.

My family have been going to Bioped for 2 years. Staff, led by Kelly and Brian, is very helpful and extremely organized, which makes our insurance claiming process always very smooth. Daniel is very knowledgeable and he is able answer all our questions… reasons of our pain, discomfort, recommendation of type of shoes etc. He is very patient to make sure everything is perfect. My foot and knee pain is history since I had my orthotics from them.

The customer service of Bioped was more then I expected, Daniel provided a detail explanation of my daughters needs. Thanks for all your help.
