Biryani Lounge Milton (Takeout & Catering)

You get one tiny piece of chicken in biryani and they charge $15-16 for a plate. Salan and raita both are very watery (no taste). Biryani was very mild and there was no option to select spice level.

Had Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani. Chicken is so tender and rice is fluffy and the masala they used reminded me the Hyderabad

Took too much time to get food. Biriyani was too spicy and doesn’t feel good. I don’t recommend it.

One of the best place to have briyani. I love the taste of bl special briyani and chicken 65 as well as chilli chicken were cooked to perfection along with adequate quantity. I can eat this daily. Would definitely recommend visiting this place.

I really enjoyed the food from this restaurant. Authentic Indian taste especially Biriyani. I recommend this restaurant. Happy to see a good Indian restaurant in Milton.

Over hyped place. I can’t imagine they charged 5 dollar plus tax for one gulag jamun. Quantity is too low for the price. I bought goat biryani, bl special chicken biryani and fried chicken biryani. Out of these three bl special chicken biryani is better other two are below average. Disappointed.

You are saying that im lying for one gulag jamun? It’s a small container that can fit only one. Either you are lied or your employee made a mistake.

Mutton Dum Biryani.
We tried this Dish, taste was Delicious and I remembered Hyderabad RTC CROSS ROADS Bavarchi Biryani with crispy onions. Mutton was so tender and felt like marinated in freshly prepared homemade masalas. Must Try this authentic Biryani.

I was craving Indian food for awhile and we stumbled across this place after finding our usual spot was closed. So glad we decided to stop in! The menu has some South Indian dishes we hadn’t seen before and so we needed some help, the owner was friendly, helpful and made some excellent suggestions. The food was excellent quality and it was great to be able to try some dishes I’d not heard of before. We’ll definitely be back.

Got chicken briyani and veg briyani, both tasted amazing. A must visit place, I would highly recommend it.

I tried the goat biryani and it was really good. The quantity and taste was great. One of the best places in Milton!

I am giving them a one star because zero isn't an option.
Tried for the first time. Take away ordered Thursday, April 20th.

Ordered 4 things:

1. Onion Dosa: what we got was plain dosa stuffed with chopped, uncooked, white onions. Zero flavor. Rubbery (might have been a but crispier if we ate in bit again compared to most Dosas in other restaurants we've tried, pathetic to say the least.)
2. Plain Dosa: same review as above minus the onions.
3. Onion Uttapam: Again, no flavour. Seems like the chef has nil to little clue about south india food. We make uttapams at home and they're super flavorful. You'd expect at least half good at a restaurant.
4. Veg Noodles: I saw 2 different varieties of noodles in the container and the only thing I tasted was an enormous amount of black pepper. I thought they only screwed up south Indian food. But there goes the noodles too.

Accompaniments:

1. Sambhar: 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 for flavour and 8 on spice level. Quantity: My goodness.just a little more than what you fit in those tiny plastic containers in which you get chutneys.
2. Chutney: super spicy.coconut Chutney is supposed to be mild. We didn't care to try the other one.

Overall experience: 0/10

I hope their biriyani at least is delightfully tasty so it can do justice to the name.

This concludes my review which I call the 'Horror Dinner Night. '

My first order was chicken curry and chicken biryani and it was avg… after a few weeks i ordered chef special paneer biryani and it had only 2 pieces of paneer and too spicy! Hyped place

The menu has a lot of options. We tried the chicken biryani and chicken 65, both tasted authentic and would highly recommend. The overall service was great!

We had ordered a party tray of chicken biryani. Every one liked the biryani and the best part is they served more than enough. Keep it up.

Tried goat biryani and spl chicken biryani, both tastes great. Very close to Hyderabadi style. Will definitely comeback again.

This is the place where you can find delicious hydrabadi biryani. Quality of the food is excellent. Everyone must try this biryani.

The curries taste too salty and too oily. Biryani taste was just okay, less quantity for more price.
