I got a butter chicken and the tandoori roti. It only came with ONE roti cut in half, which is ridiculous. Usually restaurants give several rotis or naan with their curries. And it was a total of $20, which is definitely not worth having that ONE roti. Really disappointed.
“It was a pleasant fine dine all the items were absolutely great and the desert apricot delight is a must try was really outstanding it is no less than authentic taste back from india. ” MUST TRY RESTAURANT IN GTA.
So! I don't know where to start from. Went there a few days ago. We ordered just 3 things and it took them 55 minutes to get our order (after several requests). Coming to the food- Paneer lemon coriander, a $14 starter was served in a small paper plate (you can imagine the quantity). All it had was green chillies and oil! The naan we ordered was thinner than the pooris we make at home and had no taste at all. We experienced excessive burn in our throat for 2 days. Felt bad paying $40 for such trash. Everything at this place was disappointing- the ambience, wait time, food quality, quantity, price, the cold behavior of staff. I saw 3 people already complaining to them about the poor hygiene. We talked to someone who claimed to be a manager but was clearly NOT a manager. I wish I could give 0 to you guys. I feel sorry for the non-Indians who come to you guys and get a wrong impression of India.
Below par food (twice in a row now) and even worse service. The girl needs training on basic human interaction. Wont even say hello and responds with what do you want? When we said hello just as we sat in. Later when tried to get her attention to show how bad the food was (Chicken was rubbery and not thoroughly cooked), she cant even think of approaching us to see how we’re doing (sitting at far end table near the window), she instead assumes and yells from across ’you want one more naan? ’ with ten other people in the restaurant. Difference in Food quality can be acceptable at times but the lack of basic manners is not. Perhaps she’s not aware and in need of customer service training 101.
Food was kind of ok. But was disappointed with the one slice of egg per biryani ordered. For the price paid I was expecting better. Would definitely not go back there.
Best biryai i had in a while. Ordered spl chicken biryani. Spice level was up to the mark. Tastes delicious. Very quite environment around 4 pm. Overall a great experience.
World wide Best Mutton Biryani tastes like chicken well cooked. I bought one yesterday OMG the best a bit pricey compared to other places but worth every penny. Guys keep the same taste and flavour and I will keep buying from you.
Something Significantly changed in the restaurant, Chicken Dum Biryani and Especially Mutton Dum Biryani is a Must try. Seems like we found a best Hyderabadi Dum Biryani place. And obviously excellent customer service. Keep it up guys, this is awesome.
Cute family run joint that makes some of the best biryanis! Food is always fresh and authentic, and prepared with care. Will definitely be coming back again.
Worst experience ever. Firstly, poor customer service and secondly, food was terrible, ordered one got another, untidy tables and arrogant staff. Please stop encouraging this kind of restaurants.
The chicken in the starter I think was old; in the ‘Lemon Coriander’ Starter we ordered, It was chewy and draggy. Dint complain on the spot as we were in a hurry.
Tried both lamb and chicken biryani. Chicken is good, however, Lamb is not that great. Lamb was uncooked, very hard to chew. Seems like bit old. Had to through the Lamb and just ate the rice.
Ordered paneer butter masala. It was terrible! It did not taste good at all. I felt sick right after consuming the dish. Maybe they have other dishes that taste better but I would totally avoid ordering from them again.
This is the worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. They offer the same biryani with different names. No regular water provided. No cleanliness on the tables and cutlery. Worst customer service i had ever seen. This is not at all a good place for dine in. Not recommended for dine in
I went because of my previous experience and she said they out of stock for that then she suggested me boneless Baryani which is just super hot like fire and no taste because of super hot gravey.i will never go there sorry
I like biryani here. I used to go regularly. There are few people who come for dine in compared to pickup. Tandoori chicken seems okay. Apart from that what ever I tried tastes good.
This was truly the worst biryani and more I’ve ever been to and it’s located at the prime spot. The butter chicken was so salty and the appearance was no where near to regular butter chicken. It looked more like poorly made chicken curry. As for the biryani, it was so water and there were multiple hair strands. So unhygienic. No wonder there was no crowd. Had to Wait 50 mins for food when there was no one beside us in the restaurant. There was literal water in the briyani with little masala. Worst food ever. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed as a huge fan of your franchise.
Authentic Andhra taste with lots of varieties; just like back in India. Smart and efficient staff. Perfect place to grab a quick bite. Been there once and went several times after that. This is one of those rare food places where customers come again and again because there is consistence in quality and taste, chef and staff knows what they are doing and not messing up with authentic taste of a food. 5 stars. Wish you all the best guys, do not change for anyone!
Palumuru chicken biryani, green mirchi chicken biryani, paneer biryani chicken dum biryani, starters in chicken are very good. Portion size and rate are nice as well.
As a regular customer, I placed a phone order at 12: 00 pm and the receptionist told me to pick up in 30 minutes. I reached there today (May 7,2022) at 1: 10 pm and upon delaying for 20 more minutes (1: 30 pm) I requested for a refund as I was getting late for work. Upon requesting a refund, the short indian girl clearly rejected and started arguing and called an indian guy from the kitchen who did not have any ethic to talk. His actions and language was pathetic and started arguing. There were like 5 customers who saw this drama. I request management to please concentrate on these workers with bad attitude and Please do not let this beautiful place to be ruined just by the actions of few. Please take necessary action as this place is a real gem.
If you love spicy biryani, you shouldbtry this place, the fry piece mutton biriyani was really good, was introduced to the place recently and would certainly try other items in the menu
Really tasty food! But, the curries contain bone in chicken and very few pieces at that. The very tasty curry would be better with more than 4 pieces of chicken and if it was boneless breast. The restaurant also will not give you tap water, which I'm not sure is allowed. It feels like the server is just trying to upsell and nickel and dime for money. Great food, poor experience
Ultimate biryani i ever had green mirchi biryani is yum must visit place. Best customer service ever they helped me in choosing biryani of my spice level. Definitely coming again.
Bought the Biryani at 6 PM and it was smelling stale within an hour. Avoid unless you want to get sick, the taste is good. I really wish they could control the quality.
Ordered a biryani and a curry for takeout. Told me it would take 40 minutes. When I came the order was never even put in and they asked me to wait another 25 minutes. Also claimed it wasn’t their fault cause the order was never put in when I showed them my caller ID. Please avoid.
One week back we ordered 2 chicken boneless Biryani bucket with starter in the name of Nishanth it was very good, this time we ordered Boneless chicken biryani family pack from door dash in the name of Saakiyo, Starter looks like red painted uncooked chicken, Biryani seems cooked before 2days (Not fresh), overall Bad experience.
It’s a great experience. I literally enjoyed every bite of biryani here especially special boneless chicken. I have found a great taste of biryani after so many days. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who has been in search of a fantastic biryani.
Great selection of Biriyanis. The portions are gigantic and the food is SUPER delicious. Very authentic. Staff were great, friendly and welcoming. The dining area is very neat and clean. Their soups are also very tasteful filled with Indian spices
Hello, the taste of food was good but the 3 stars are for my overall experience. When I visited yesterday around 9 pm, most of the menu hasnot kicked off yet and I had a waiting time for 45 mins-1 hour for every item except the chicken biryani and it was served with only 1 piece of chicken, please double check before you serve. When I entered I did not know whom to approach so a sign board of where to sit or where to stand and wait for someone would be useful and no body took my order for more than 10 mins, I was waiting idle for someone to see me and I learned about the waiting time and just ordered biryani.
I understood that these issues where due to lack of planning as yours is a new restaurant. I dont blame you guys because you cant plan for a new crowd of how many you are gonna get right. I can give you 5 stars for food but not for overall hospitality.
My suggestion please improve on the other aspects than food because we now have more than 4 biryani places in the scarborough area, and though you have good food other places will win the race if you dont improve on hospitality. Thanks for reading.
Indeed a refreshing taste. I was bored going to the same old restaurants in GTA and all of a sudden this restaurant offerd me a new biryani taste that I was subconsciously craving for all this time. Must try - KHEEMA BIRYANI, rekindled memories of how Biryanis tasted while in hyd.
