I’ve been coming here for a long time and the recent decline in the quality of food was so noticeable.

This time I had Chicken Tikka Biryani which was suggested as their best seller. To our surprise it was just 3 small pieces in it. When asked about it the front staff were like the management doesn’t listen to what inputs they are giving.

The frustration in the front desk person clearly demonstrates how often he had to deal with this. Never coming to this location ever again.

Don’t believe in the 5 star reviews, they are offering chocolates to people who give them 5 start reviews. Such a cheap tactic. Don’t get me wrong asking for a review is totally fine but give 5 stars for a chocolate is not.

One of the best biryanis in Toronto/GTA. I have tried so many biryani places and nothing is as authentic as this biryani place. I go here for Palnadu biryani and that's very close to the authentic biryani I have had in Hyderabad.
Price - good price point
Quantity - they give a decent quantity. 1 plate biryani is good for 2 people
Service - great service, pretty quick with food
Cleanliness - okiesh, could improve
Taste - THE BEST IN TORONTO/GTA
Best thing is that they are open late nights

I didn’t know what I was ordering as there weren’t any descriptions on the minu So I rolled the dice and went with the Green Mirchi Chicken Biryani and it was amazing. Chicken was tender and not dry and the rest of it was so delicious. Perfect.

The biriyani is delicious and spicy
We bought one joint chicken biriyani and fried chicken biriyani both of them were so delicious its really worth the money
Also i have mention the poor packing of the Raita with the biriyani, it was spilled in plastic bag and i had to double bag it
But that disappointment gone after finishing the biriyani

Worst customer service, the manager and staff are very rude, it took 2 hrs time to serve the food and it's the worst food I had in my life till date. I will never suggest this restaurant again for anyone.

Worst service ever experienced. Rude attitude towards customers. No proper communication. Waited for almost 2 hrs to get food. I was waiting all my time to get out of that place. Very bad service. I don’t ever recommend anyone to go to this place. Total regret.

Worst experience we never had. Customer service also disrespectful and they don’t care about customer.we felt like we just thrown out of the place no one will come and take order and they won’t intimate how long it takes.
You need to go to kitchen and ask him how long it takes.

* I appreciate the chef he takes time to cook but they won’t be cooked well. Manchurian balls are like rocks and they tossed with saucesnice rocks with sauce

* I am grateful that we were served by the attitude employe.

If there’s an option to give no star, I wanted to give a negative star. Worst customer service. Waited for more than 90min to get our food. Waiter didn’t even bother to show empathy when the food was delayed and in return saying that its a weekend and will be busy. We came in to the restaurant hungry and by the time we got the food, we were sleepy. Try to teach the waiter (male) how to deal with customers and especially when the food gets delayed.

So got the best biryani from the gem biryaniwala tried couple of them but palnadu is the best one its a must try for sure

This hidden gem is worth a visit. The staff are friendly and take very good care of you and happy to offer suggestions if you're not sure what to order. The portion sizes are big. And the food is delicious. Amazing butter chicken. I'll definitely be back.

The North York/Yonge Biryaniwalla tastes really good and is worth a visit. We like the raju gari paneer biryani, chicken dum biryani and mutton biryani and have been a frequent customer since the last one month now!

I was having a not so good day, when I ordered palnadu paneer Biryani from this place. When I received it, I had mixed feelings but when I tasted it my day got better. Full of flavours and spices. So for everyone who says veg biryani is not a thing try out! One of the best biryani I had in Toronto. Gonna try some more dishes from here.

Great Authentic Indian food.the price and portion can not be beat.highly recommended for Indian food and spice lovers

I’ve tried their veg fried rice and Palnadu paneer biryani. Both the items were very delicious.

The food was tasty but it took a long time. We had three orders and they came separately with a long gap in between. The water cups were plastic and cheap looking. Inside the restaurant is very dark.

Biryanis and starters are so gooood. The taste is authentic. Service is also excellent. Lemon pepper chicken is must try

Extremely disappointed!
We ordered Veg. Manchurian and it tasted like veg balls dipped in vinegar. Also the Manchurian balls were not cooked well. Please never order Manchurian from here.

I would like to mention that this was the second time we ordered from here because few days back we ordered veg biryani and we loved the taste but this time it was nothing but disappointment.

Also when we picked up the order this time they didn’t even have change to return the balance and this was around 11: 30pm, isn’t it funny or strange? !

Oh boy! The closest to a spicy hyderabadi biryani you can get in Toronto. My favorite! Have tried the variety and liked them all. Highly recommend. Just 1 negative point - unnecessarily overpriced. Fans like me still buy it, but some may find it not worthy.

The food is not good. I ordered chicken biryani.

I got a white rice. With chicken with no salt taste.

Quantity is too small for the price they charge.

Waste of money.

I was very disappointed with my meal here, I felt sad while eating and the food made me loose my appetite.
It tasted like low quality not fresh, fast food Indian. Our starters were not hot and fresh, I didn't like how the items to order had no descriptions, and the briyani's were full of oil and salt with just a different sauce poured on top. I barely ate any and it unfortunately all went into the garbage.
There wasn't any fresh taste of spices and flavours like Indian food normally has.

This was the worst food I've eaten out in a really long time and the worst Indian food as well. It's harsh words but truly how I feel and my experience.
