Bisha Hotel Toronto

Amazing hotel, conveniently located and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. Rooms were clean and offered all amenities, the view of the CN tower was icing on the cake. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will definitely book again.

We had an incredible time at the Bisha just before Christmas! The rooms and bars were stylish and comfortable. We were walking distance from lots of great shopping and bars. They even had a hidden speakeasy bar hidden up in the guest rooms on the weekend! Our favorite aspect though was the hospitality from Maria and all the other employees. Maria helped guide our weekend and even helped me wrap a Christmas gift! Everyone at the Bisha made our stay feel like home. We will definitely be back

We are at Akira Back and were totally blown away by the quality of food and service. The chef is definitely a Michelin star chef.

We had a nice stay overall. The location was great and the room was spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom was a plus! The downside was about the stains on the carpet floor and couch in the room.

Bisha is always a good time, with good people and great staff that are polite, courteous, and accommodating. Never dull times and great view of the cityscape.

Highly recommend the Bisha experience. No detail was left to chance. Gorgeous design, opulent appointments was met by incredible service. Jenna and Alejandra were exceptional. Took teen daughter and friend for staycation. Loved the infinity pool and Kost restaurant was wonderful - shout out to Leanna who was amazing. Only negative was the Manager who decided based on looks who was important or not.sort of weird based on rest of experience.his dismissive, sycophantism was a stark contrast to every other staff member. He needs some training for sure.

We'll definitely stay at Bisha again! What a great surprise it was for us. This is a premiere boutique hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

We were a walk in. Didn't really expect we would get in as reservations were normally required but pleasantly surprised to find them SO accomodating! The front door staff? AWESOME! Didn't catch his name but the gentleman at the front door (tall, wearing a black cap, VERY FRIENDLY!) was so accomodating! What a great place! Up the elevator (we happened to be on with the manager - what a sweetheart!) - to Kost where we were seated and served by Herman. Wonderful service, GREAT food and drinks, great ambiance/music and AMAZING VIEWS (you can see the CN Tower up close and they have a pool on the rooftop! Tres cool). Just a wonderfully chill way to spend the evening! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're in T. O.

I stayed at The Bisha for a friends bachelorette party - the vibe from the moment we walked in was "how can we make this the best time for all of you" - Alejandra at the front desk went above and beyond for us, making us feel comfortable and like we were there to have a great time - like we were the #1 VIPs that had ever been there and that would ever be there.

The rooms were so lovely and we all lived our rock star fantasy. Every person we came across asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and told the bride in our party how beautiful she looked. The room was so great - what a special time.

I still don't feel I did the hotel justice especially after reading the previous review. I'm trying here, but it's true that it's hard to put into words how amazing the hotel itself is and the staff. You'll truly have to see for yourself! I assure you, you won't regret your decision to stay here! I had the pleasure of dealing with the hotel manager Alejandra, their assistant Sami and there were two other front desk individuals whose names I didn't get. The minute I arrived to Bisha I felt taken care of. It was as if these people knew me and welcomed me into their home. Staff is super friendly, caring, thoughtful and accommodating!

I know Toronto and the location is perfect! It helped the next morning that I could walk over just 200m to Starbucks (just a bonus), but also that I was right by the CN tower (those who are tourists would appreciate it.and for anyone their rooftop restaurant/bar KOST has an incredible view of the city). There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and the night scene is a 5 min walk too. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and chic. I booked the Grace hotel room. There were special features such as a little lounge in the bathroom area, bathroom floors were heated, big full length mirrors etc.

I am beyond happy with my stay here! It is totally worth the pretty penny I paid. You literally get what you pay for, so it's worth it. The Bisha hotel is described as a luxury boutique hotel and it lives up to its description. If you're looking to make your stay in Toronto a memorable one, one that will leave you in awe then don't think twice about choosing to stay at the Bisha. I guarantee you will not regret your decision. For any questions speak to front desk staff as they are super helpful and try to accommodate you in the best way possible.

We enjoyed the exceptional service at this hotel. There were a few road bumps that occurred out of their control, but continued to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! The roof top pool was wonderful with beautiful views. Would recommend

Beautiful building, the interior is literally breathtaking.
On the other hand, the crowd at night is meh - mostly sugar daddy/sugar baby situations. Gets pretty loud and crowded. Not looking forward to pandemic to be over and this madness to come back.

Rooms are nice. Service is quite excellent, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurants. If you are looking for views from your hotel window, this probably isn’t the hotel for you, though there is a decent rooftop restaurant and pool with great views of the city.

This was my first time here and Sadika made sure that me and my girlfriend were taken care of. She accommodated us with positivity and extra care. Friendly and energetic character. Definitely, will be back again to stay for another relax getaway. Thanks Sadika and Bisha Hotel!:)

Went to french made cafe! Average or below. Servers are unhappy. Coffee is bad! Oversweet for 3 kinds we ordered. Lemon loaf was good

Wow! What impeccable service! Absolutely flawless check-in from start to finish thanks to Alejandra! My husband and I were treated like royalty. I really commend the staff for their attitudes and attention to detail on everything. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we possibly can!:)

This is by far the best … best hotel in Canada! From the staff to the elegant rooms, the food the decor and so much more. This was my get away for my anniversary, my husbands bday and to be very honest my staycation during covid19. If your looking for an gorgeous elegant hotel in the Toronto area… contact the BISHA HOTEL. The staff at the front desk is AMAZING AND SUPER HELPFUL. You will always go back and that’s a fact! There is no way to describe my feelings about Bisha in words, but I will try my best. IT WAS 5+ FABULOUS, THE MOST AMAZING KNOWN TO MANKIND!
I don’t leave reviews anywhere. I travel a lot and hotel staff is usually obnoxious. My experience at Bisha with the staff including Manager Alejandra and Supervisor Selina were first-class; glorious - I have never been treated with more care and kindness anywhere. Their attention to detail, my feelings, my dog Teddy, my birthday celebration and overall well-being was like none other. I am so grateful to have met and stayed with these lovely, glamorous people. Thank you Ali and Selina, I love you, sincerely <3 The bell captain Sami-dazzling; he was a complete genius who selflessly catered to my every desire and made my stay even more phenomenal. I have fierce gratitude for this trio at Bisha. To say thank you is simply not enough. My heart is exploding with love; I would sleep in the lobby if I could have these brilliant individuals beside me. The room (Oscar Suite) was to die for - the design, cleanliness, beauty and comfort were all AAA+. My appreciation for this beautiful venue and it’s representatives are so heartfelt and genuine, I will be forever grateful. Bisha Toronto is the best hotel of the city and the best Ive ever encountered. Staying here was the greatest gift I could imagine. I celebrated my bday with my husband recently and we were both extremely satisfied. Everything was great. The staff, the food, the room. They gave everything a personal touch which was nice, especially for the occasion. Akira Bak and Kōst had us wanting more. I would definitely recommend Bisha Hotel to my clients and friends!

I am writing this review to thank Andrea, the amazing, kind and professional lady at front desk for creating one of the most memorable stay in our hotel experience. Bisha hotel is always our favorite hotel in downtown Toronto because of the beautifuly designed rooms, great food and staff. But this time we encountered something beyond our expectation thanks to Andrea. We will definitely come back and hope to see you again.

I recently shot a campaign for my clothing line in the beautiful Nina Suite. Leading up to the shoot, I was helped by staff to select the perfect room and even Facetiming for convenience and safety. On the day of, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed.
We got some beautiful shots and had a wonderful stay! Will be back and highly reccommend.
