We had visited this place for our Cat treatment. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They will explain each treatment and it’s effectiveness for your pet.

Friendly staff, was greeted as soon as we came in the door. Very informative, didn't push any unnecessary treatments or products, inforned me of options and they support my decisions. Would highly recommend!

Very Disappointed! First puppy exam and vet didn't discuss any puppy care, nutrition.nothing.appointment was Mid-April and didn't even discuss flea, tick, heartworm control! The vet even seemed frightened of my 10 week old cane corso who was extremely well behaved. Didn't even flinch for temperature check or vaccine. Prices are reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for!

I highly recently Bishop Gate animal Hospital. They treat your animals like one of their own family.

I was pleased with my experience, especially since my appointment started on time and that I didn't have to wait. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish the additional vaccine options were explained to me on the phone when I initially called to inquire about the pricing rather than sprung on me by surprise during the appointment. I don't do well when I'm put on the spot. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and I look forward to bringing Ollie back for future appointments!

When you take your pet there, you want to make sure everyone really cares and not just care about the money. My Tica was taken there, he never examined her, gave her antibiotics for no infection, she was not eating and they did not do anything about it, but were very fast in getting x rays and x rays did not say anything but nothing further was done, except make an appointment for another neuroligist and this friday. Tica did not survive.she died. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO CALL TO SEE HOW SHE WAS. DOCTOR UNEMPATHETIC. HORRIBLE

Friendly vet & assistant. Went with our cat tand they were calm and didn't rush with her. They explained everything. Got an appointment quickly and didn't wait when we got there for our appointment. Decent pricing.

Bishop is a reasonable priced vet, been taking my dogs there for many years, the only issue is their communication after having to sadly put a family member to rest.
October 17th I had to bring my old girl in who was 14 years old, she was very sick and it was best to let her go that was a hard decision, they never lite the candle to let people know a family was saying goodbye, but there is a candle there that says they lite it when a pet has past. After she was gone they were going to leave her on the table until we left, I did not like that idea so my step father carried her to the back room so she wouldn't be on a table alone and now gone. There machine was down and once it was up they were very fast at calling for the payment so they can go ahead and send her for cremation. Since then I have heard nothing from them as they stated it would take 4-6 weeks. My parents have been there with their own pets asked if she was back and still a no. Today November 26th I called I was told "it"was still being processed, first it's a pet not an "it" and she had a name.got a call back right away saying she's been there for 2 weeks! No call, no communication etc.this is very sad to me that my dog was just sitting there on a shelve for 2 weeks and No one called. Very heartless on the process on putting your family member down.makes us re think on keeping our other guy with them after this treatment. Fast on wanting payment poor on communication and empathy.

Service was great! Loved that they showed us estimates before proceeding with anything. Treated my pet with great care. Very friendly and informative

The staff at Bishop Gate Animal Hospital are extremely kind and compassionate, as well as thorough and knowledgeable.

The doctor didn’t solve the problem with my Doberman Pincher.i got a bill for almost 600 dollars for 3 medications that didnt help. After bargaining with them they reduced the bill in half for the same subscriptions.he seems just to guess without any research i will never go to them again. This is my second time going there with the dog and will never go there again. I had to take my dog to a well-known vet in town and got the issue solved. This is a honest review I would totally not recommend this place.

The staff (Sonya) and doctors are easy to talk to and give you really advice. I never feel like I am getting SOLD on something. Great place to bring my dog babies!

Very nice staff and doctor. They do not make your pockets bleed in terms of price which is another plus and my pets love to see them.

Prices are pretty good - but you get what you pay for. The girls were good but the 2 vets left me wondering if they knew what was going on.maybe language issue.
For pet health check ups like ie yearly vaccinations etc go here, but for anything more complicated go somewhere else where they know more and can actually help your pet get well.

Brought my dog here to get fixed a few years ago. When I got my dog back, he was shaken up, and looked terrified. A few weeks go by, and my dog all of a sudden couldn't put pressure on one of his back legs. So I take him to a reliable vet and they said his ACL was torn. It really makes me wonder how my dog was treated while in their care.

These people charged me soooooo much money when I told them I think he’s leg hurts, they didn’t bother to check his leg or hip
Had to take him to another vet & pay again to find out his hip is the problem and he’s in serious pain because their “exam” they didn’t bother to even look at it
By far worst vet, would never trust these people with my animals

This is the best vet in town. They are caring and compassionate. They took great care with my 15 year old cat and even sent me a sympathy card with a lock of her fur in it when she passed away.

Have been going for years to Bishops with my Aussie. We purchased a purebred Yorkie and he was suffering with allergies. Bishops gave us every med under the moon.flea, heart worm, eye meds.etc.our puppy was suffering for 2 months at a cost of $500 +. My husband turned down additional testing for $300.00 plus. Went to a second vet for a second option and he helped my dog recover for $60.00.

I've been to 4 different veterinarian's, and the vets as well as the staff at Bishop Gate Animal Hospital, are very friendly and you can tell they care very much for their job and your pets, There prices are very fair and I would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great veterinarian.

What can I say about this place. Their prices are fair, the girls are amazing and vets genuinely care about the animals.

My girl sustained an injury today by stepping on a nail, I rushed her to the clinic and they immediately started taking care of her. I wish I could give clinic more stars

Great service, caring staff, wonderful vet AND all at super reasonable $. Not a super fancy place but it's clean, bright and well kept.

The staff was very informative. They were able to work around my busy schedule.
I was very nervous about leaving my small dog and they reassured me an called me right after the procedure. The doc was kind and very gentile when examining my dog and very informative.
Super happy with the knowledge, compassion and pricing was fair as well.
