I came back from Umrah today and it was fantastic experience with Bismillah Travels. I would like to thanks Nadia and Tahir Chaudhry for providing me all the information here in Toronto honestly. No surprises when we reached there. The price as compared to other travel agencies was reasonable. My special thanks to Hafiz sb and the team in Mecca and Madina for all arrangements there. I would definitely recommend this agency for Umrah travel.

I used Bismillah Travels service to book my family's umrah trip for Dec 2023. This was my first time planning an umrah trip and Nadia helped us from start to finish. She answered all my questions very thoroughly, her expertise in assisting customers was beyond exceptional. I recommend that if you're looking to book for umrah ask specifically for Nadia to ensure a smooth process. The hotels, transportation, and ziyarats were great. I plan to use bismillah travels for my future trips!

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with them. Bought ticket, flight got canceled and despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding an issue, they failed to respond. To make matters worse, they didn't provide the promised refund.
The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, and I would caution others not to give them any kind of business.

This company is looting money and CEO Tahir Iqbal is disgusting and dishonest person. Don't trust on Bismillah Travels.

I am writing on behalf of my family. It surprises me that this travel agency has not been shut down yet for all the scams and thefts they have committed. Tahir Iqbal CEO being the biggest liars and the most incompetent of them all. They play games with customers when you contact them for the tickets refund amount.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am writing on behalf of my family. It surprises me that this travel agency has not been shut down yet for all the scams and thefts they have committed. Not only do they not care about you or your safety, they are exceptionally unprofessional. Ms. Sidra and Mr. Tahir being the biggest liars and the most incompetent of them all. They play games when you contact them to resolve a problem in the hopes that you forget about it and let it go. It has been over a year that they not only didn't help us get my dad back home, they left him to resolve the issue (their fault) in another country with no way to contact his family and he doesn't speak english very well. Alhumdulillah for Allah sending him help in the form of human angels. We had to get a flight back from another agency because that's how much they care about you and your safety. They couldn't do anything for us or help us in any way. There were "no flights" apparently. Incompetence at it's finest. Just trying to make a buck and make you pay extra to stay longer and extend your trip because "they can't find any flights", yet you call any other agency and they make it happen instantly. We have been chasing them to resolve our problem and they keep making us go back and forth. PLEASE take your business elsewhere, don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money.

This was our second umrah package that sister NADIA at BISMILLAH TRAVEL organized for us. Even better experience than last time. I would highly suggest this professional travel agency to everyone.

I had the worst experience now i am telling all my references do not go to this scam they are totally lier I booked an umrah package with this totally unprofessional and Fraud company they charge me 3995 and then printed me invoice which is totally fake I requested mr tahir to give me confirmed ticket but he ask me more money which I have sms proof. So far we had a really good experience. Aisha was really good with booking and following up with her was easy.

We went Through Bismallha Travels for our recent Ummarah trip and Turkey (our arrangements were done by nadia Ghazanfar) She did amazing job with making us stay at amazing hotels to communicating with her team in Saudi-a for arraigning tours for Holy sites…. She provided us clear guide lines and was very professional and fast in responding to our all inquiries. We went with kids but things were so very well arranged.

Our family did Umrah in Dec 2022 and our decision to choose BISMILLAH TRAVELS was really best decision. Mr Tahir and his team was really amazing they guide from beginning to end and Mr Fareed sheikh was guided us in whole journey so tremendously.
I recommend to my friends to book holy journey whenever they have plans with BISMILLAH TRAVEL and INSHALLAH will book again with them too.

They don't hide anything from you. Tahir bhai (agent) was extremely helpful and very open in communicating the details. I went with them in Dec 2016 and very happy with their service. There are always small hiccups here and there but Allah rewards you for everything.

2023 UPDATE:
we went for Umrah dec2022/jan2023 with Bismillah Travel. We had a GREAT experience once again. We got Shahad Al Madina hotel in Madina and Makkah Tower in Makkah. Both of them are THE best hotels if you are traveling with young kids as we had a stroller to haul all the time. They have their staff in Makkah and Madinah which helps out with any kind of requests/issues. We made dua for them and Tahir bhai so that they can send more and more people to Allah's house

Booked a ticket for my dad, entertained after I guess fifth try, every other time they put me on hold & God knows where do they go. The girl I dealt over the phone was more kind of robotic, nothing exciting, method of payment was e transfer as been told this is cheapest way which is a little unconvenient as I missed points and travel insurance on my credit.

Everytime I called, they hung up on me as I'm speaking. So unprofessional, I'd never trust them to book an umrah trip. Terrible service.

Hey! I am posting this on behalf of my family who travelled from Canada to Pakistan with Bismillah travel. Miss Ammara was the one who sell the tikets to my family. She was nice in begging just to sale her product. But when my family want to cancel the tikets as they changed their plane! She became rude. She transferred the call to their owner named Tahir. That person promised to refund as soon as possible but he also didn't give good response to us. He is so greedy. Never recommend anyone this unprofessional team. Baggers

I have just come from Saudi Arabia completing my Umrah. Alhamdulillah. I am so happy with the services received from Bismillah Travels here and their representative (Haji Sanaullah) in Mecca and Madina. Haji Sanaullah is a very humble person I have rarely seen.

My whole journey was smooth and hassle free. I simply gave a copy of my passport and a photo - that’s it. Rest of all was done by Nadia - she is professional and knowledgeable and she did everything she could to make my first time visit to Saudi Arabia pleasant. She made sure that meal in Air Canada and Lufthansa was also special for me (halal). Thanks Nadia.

I will give contact details of Bismillah Travels and of Nadia to my friends and relatives who want to go for hajj / umrah. I will take my family also next year in sha Allah and of course through Bismillah Travels and will contact Nadia.

How do i start praising this beautiful woman Nadia, she helped me multiple times in preparing my trip for my first umrah to saudi arabia the greatest country in the world.nadiaji i humbly bow ‍️ down to yourself and say thanks a trillion for saving me from cancellation of my trip numerous times when i was unsure about going for the umrah since i was scared and told that there are many dangers in saudi arabia.i would like to say saudi arabia is the safest place in the world as you said thanks for not cancelling my ticket even when i asked you to cancel my ticket, i am humbled after going for umrah.the amount of ummah that i saw in umrah only makes me more firm to go for hajj and to be in saudi arabia and do multiple umrahs and hajj so that i can be at the house of ALLAH.the whole planning from here to the trips ziarats in saudi arabia were so nice that i had zero difficulty in travelling and the company bismillah tours and travels must be proud? Booking my flights with bismillah travels for years last time i missed my fight and they are very helpful and booked first available flight for me and my family while working after hours excellent customer service.

Extremely unprofessional. Not willing to help. Changed our flight last minute for an overnight and did not bother getting us a hotel. Finally, they did not even listen to our concerns and told us to bring it up with the front desk.

I wish I can give any better rating however didn't get better response from them and end up booking through someone else. My inquiry wasn't dealt in a professional way, very unprofessional and slow response.

So unprofessional, called and spoke to someone just for them to hang up on my face after a while!

Very unpleasant experience, unprofessional, ripoff and ridiculously dishonest people. My brother bought a ticket from them, they called and informed him that the flight was canceled and next flight availability is unknown.he had an urgency to leave, he took another flight and left. He was told that the boss by the name Tahir will honor and either refund the money or the offer to travel is valid for one year.

These people neither refunded the money nor are willing to honor the so called validity.

Whenever tried to reach them, the "boss dude" is out!

It was my first time buying tickets from them and my last time. Bought tickets in December 2021. Gave my passport copies and they made a mistake in my baby's name. I mentioned to the agent who booked my ticket and He insisted that there's no issue and everything is all good. We had issues at the airport. We got late for our flights. We had to fight with the airline in order to board the plane. This agency is unprofessional. They are thieves. They lied. Whole staff don't know what there doing. I do not recommend them. Please go to another agency.

Booked my umrah package back in March 2020 which was cancelled by Bismillah travels because of covid19. We patiently waited until summer 2021 trusting this travel agency that they will provide fair solution soon but it looks like people have no humanity left not even they have fear of Allah that's why fearlessly betraying their own community people. I encourage all the affected people to raised their voices against this travel agency to get your hard earned money back!
Updated comments: For the people who PM me regarding the reason of the comments is about lack of service I received in Umrah? So service started as soon as you paid someone for something but it's the height of disappointment when u paid and receive nothing in return! So that's my case with Bismillah Travel I paid them in full Jan 2020 for their services but since today I haven't received any single service from them. He is still holding my money and I am sure I am not alone in this. Lots of people already give up getting partial refunds but we are entitled for full refund if he thinks he can charge thousands of dollars as punishment as we booked Umrah from them so we deserve double the amount back as we worked harder to get our money back from him! Unfortunately, he knows the fact that people have limited sources and he already covered himself for that circumstances that why he is fearless and arrogant by saying even if we demand our money in high court we will not be able to get that back but I just know that it's a test from Allah for him and for me as well but since my test involved money it's easier for me but it's harder for him since it's involved his Eman. I just know the fact that his business never prosper if he didn't give the deservants their money back. May Allah guide us all towards right path. Ameen

I booked umrah package with Nadia. It was my first time ever dealing with her. I have to mention the service she provided was extremely professional. She went above and beyond to make sure as a client I am satisfied as I was travelling with a 14 month old baby. Along with that MR. Tahir chaudhry provided exceptional customer service. He kept giving advise on a personal level how to travel with the baby as it was my first flight ever with my baby. I highly recommend Bismillah travels. You will never be disappointed. I am regretting by recommending it to friends and pakistani community in BC and in ON. I do not recommend this to anyone, not happy with their service. Getting lots of complaints, flights are getting cancelled again and again and no one is bothering to show interest of getting the best deal. Plus they are charging $200 service charges even though flights are cancelled from their end, this doesn't make any sense. I got them around 100 customers since 2016 since I have a huge circle of friends and family, now planning to suggest them no to get tickets through them.

I have been waiting for almost an year for my partial refund, No one shows any interest if you want something done. They only care about selling their tickets and once its done, they don't care and after wards if there is any issue they keep blaming PIA is not contacting them well then you should keep contacting them back and update your customers. All you get is countless excuses and nothing gets done. I will never book any thing from this travel agency ever again if my issue is not resolve, They should be ashamed of calling themselves Bismillah Travel at least learn to live up to that name.pathetic and full of excuses.

They over charge when your ticket cancelled even by the airline. Rh3y charge their 200 dollars processing fee.

Amazing experience especially Mr. Umair Abbassi is very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Had a 4 day layover in Oman, but due to the border closure, needed to make a flight change as quickly as possible. Called my agent who made the booking, he said he will send me the required details within 10 minutes. Waited a whole day, no response, missed our only chance to catch the flight. Called the next day to arrange alternative travel plans, once again was told i'd be emailed the details within 10 minutes. Once again the agent didn't respond. Had to deal with the Airlines directly.

Bismillah Travels abandoned us in our time of need, that's all thats needed to be said. Shame on your company.

My dad was stuck in Lahore, was suppose to leave from there on Feb 28 when Indian fighter plane was gunned down by pakistani army and all the airports were closed. For 3 days in a row I kept calling Bismillah travels even though I knew there was nothing they could do about it but not even once I felt that they were getting tired of giving me same answer again and again.i was treated very nicely by Mr. Tahir when I went to their office on dixie.
I give them 5 and would recommend everyone to give them a try.

My Recent experienced with Umrah + Pakistan trip with Bismillah Travel was excellent.
I have talked Mr. Umair, several times about my itinerary travel and hotel reservation, and made changes according to my need and budget, he provided me such good service, really appreciate/dua for him.
Provided ground transportation during the trip was accurate and Mr. Hafiz Sana-Ullah is acted very responsible person.
Few things need to consider by Bismillah Travel, for Zayarat please engaged only that drive who knows little more about places which I felt very less in Medina. Zayarat at Makkah was excellent.
Last thing drive who drove us from Medina to Makkah, talk on phone & texting continuously from start to end, this need to correct. Best regards Shahzad

I love them for their simplicity and honesty. They don't push you over.
I think they can do a slightly better job in communicating with clients when people ask about the status of their visas.
However I will still go back to them because they are good at what they do.
