Mitchell and Tony are the gentlemen to see. I went in to get my watch resized and I was in and out in 10 minutes and they didn't charge me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his team are fantastic! We got a ruby engagement ring and we must have looked at a dozen rubies with Tony to pick the perfect one. He was so patient and helpful throughout it all. In the end he made a stunning ring, absolutely beautiful! We of course went back for our wedding bands and again, he explained everything to us, gave us advice and produced fantastic rings. I bought a watch online and the bracelet needs to be shortening. Called the dealer of the brand, they charged $$ for adjustment. I called Bisogno Jewellers to see how mach they charge for adjusting bracelet. It is free.

What a wonderful experience for being a first time customer at Bisogno Jewellers. I wanted to buy my boyfriend a gold bracelet for our anniversary. Mitchell was very helpful, giving me plenty of options to choose from. I even gave him a budget i was aiming for and he was able to make it work for me! Tony, Richard and Mitchell helped me create the perfect engagement ring on such short notice. They were very helpful through the entire design of the ring and made me feel very comfortable. Just wanted to get an old necklace that belongs to my mother cleaned.
My bad that I didn't have an appointment in these crazy days but Tony let us in anyways.
Tony cleaned the necklace and stated if I had come in sooner he would have let it soak in the cleaner longer.
