I have seen many, many dentists over the years and the level of service and care from every member of the staff I've interacted with is so far above and beyond (not to mention the beautiful office, dental chairs with massage function, Netflix, hot towels after treatment. I use to have such extreme anxiety with going to the dentist due to past experiences.but after going to this clinic i don't feel nervous about it anymore! AMAZING care all around! I've seen Sarah and Rachel for dental hygienist and both GREAT! And really take the time to educate and give Homecare! And the dentist that worked with me Dr. Pettigrew was phenomenal! I had an excellent experience at Bisson Dentistry clinic! The clinic is tidy and beautiful, with ample parking for clients and equipped with top-notch diagnostic equipment, including visible light scanning and in-house panoramic x-ray imaging. Additionally, the atmosphere of the clinic is very welcoming and gives you the feeling of visiting the house of very friendly neighbors. Maggie was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear recommendations that were easy to follow. Dr. Pettigrew conducted a thorough examination and provided detailed explanations, which I really appreciated. Victoria, Robyn, and Michelle were also amazing and made my visit painless and smooth. A dental experience like no other. Super thorough first visit today - was given a full tour of their facilities, everyone was incredibly friendly, cleaning and exams went great and were super detailed, and received a fabulous hand/massage during. Can't wait to go back:)

No dentist office has ever made me feel more comfortable. I came in a little embarrassed about how long it had been since I had my teeth cleaned - no problem, in fact, it was really easy to ask all the questions I had ever wanted to (and maybe been too nervous to) about how best to take care of my teeth and my specific concerns.

I would also like to give a shoutout to Maggie - she really took her time to make sure I was comfortable, maybe even having fun, and she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend asking for Maggie if you're nervous about your visit.

If you hate going to the dentist - this place will make you LOVE it. From the friendliness of the staff, to the diligence of each practitioner, it's a joy to go to the dentist when it's Bisson Dentistry. Ya, I said it. I love going to the dentist now.

This dental practice is really amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to take the time to make you feel special. I love that I can get a free hand massage while getting my teeth cleaned; it makes the time go faster and makes it a much more pleasant experience. They also do really good work and take their time to make sure things are done properly. I highly recommend this dentist.

I had to find a new dentist as mine retired during Covid. So I thought I would try Bisson Dentistry. I am so happy I did. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel at ease, that I forgot I was at the dentist. My dentist was Dr. Pettigrew and she was very friendly and was great at explaining everything. My Hygienist was Sarah and we chatted like we had known each other for years. It was the most relaxed dentist appointment I have ever had. I am so glad my dentist retired and I had to find a new one.lol

Love Bisson dentistry. The office feels so much nicer than other dentists offices! My hygienist is so great and everyone is so friendly there. AND big bonus, you can get some spa services done while you're getting your cleaning. I've chosen a hand massage the last few times, and it is such a nice bonus. Plus they have massage chairs and TVs you can watch during your cleaning. They definitely do their best to make going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be! Definitely recommend!

They don't honour their free New Patient Exam offer. It's on their website with no end date advertised but when I called one business day after the offer ended they won't honour the offer.

Very professional and extremely calm environment - especially for people who have experienced dental trauma in the passed. Confident I've found my forever dentist!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and charming, and the service is top notch. I couldn't be more impressed with them after having recently switch over to their office. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found them and couldn't recommend them more.

Edit (2022) : Bisson remains a high quality dentist, if you can book an appointment. Regrettably they've really cut back on their after-hours supports that were previously so helpful. If you're interested in using them now, be prepared to take time off work and schedule an appointment months in advance.

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The dentists are pleasant and take the time to explain procedures. While you're sitting in the chair, you have headphones on, ambient music, beautiful scenery or a show of your choosing. You can forget you're in a dental office! I highly highly recommend this dental practice. It is the best I've ever experienced.

This was the best dentist appointment that I’ve had in a while! Maggie was my dentist, and she was great to chat with! She did an amazing job cleaning and was super thorough in making sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Being able to watch Netflix during the cleaning helped a ton as I have ADHD, which makes it hard to sit still for extended periods of time, so having something to watch was awesome! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent tooth cleaning and even better socializing with staff!

Friendly and professional staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. As it turns out, going to the dentist doesn't have to be dreadful!

Upon arriving for my dental treatments im greeted with smiles and i know I will be taken care of. I feel calm and relaxed and Anne Marie at the front desk has gone out of her way to help me. Yesterday when Merina had finished cleaning my teeth my mouth felt great and clean. Dr. Chiu is so nice and I know I'm being taken care of and a calm feeling and when I leave the office I feel like I've been to a spa. Thankyou

My daughter (6) loves going to the dentist at Bisson Dentistry. She likes that she gets to watch a show and that Sarah asked her so many "important questions" I was so appreciative of the staff who were able to book our appointments at the same time. Maggie is a fantastic hygienist. She makes the dental check ups very comfortable. The office is clean and cutting edge. Having a nice conversation while watching Seinfeld in a massage chair has me on the edge of my seat for the next cleaning. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Dentistry at its best. Nothing less than a 5 star review. When you visit though, make sure you are not in a hurry, especially for the first visit.

This place obviously has excellence at its core and it shows in every thing they do. Feels so much like being at a spa. I love it. Such an intentional business.

Not often do you hear a shout out for a dentist. Typically it is an appointment dreaded by most of the population. But I am giving the biggest one I can to Dr. Ipe and the whole Bisson Dentistry team! It's an experience not an appointment. And I have no idea how to convey that in words so can only highly recommend you make your own visit and be left speechless to. This is a gorgeous old Guelph home renovated/restored in such a luxurious manner that its like stepping into a spa not an office. Speaking of that, a free (yes, I said "free") comfort menu of spa services is offered to clients so you get spoiled right off the start as you snuggle into your massage chair and have your choice of tv show turned on overhead. Top that off with state of the art equipment, avant-garde procedures with professional, informed staff and you may forget at this point why you are there. Then, voila, you'll also have a dental experience you will have no idea to convey.
Bonus for me is, besides her impeccable technique and obvious top notch skill level, Dr. Ipe is one of those "joy bubble" type personalities that makes a pretty great experience just over the top!

The office is beautiful and peaceful. The staff are top-notch and are very professional and knowledgeable. There is no doubt they put the needs of their clients first. The complimentary refreshments and spa treatments reaffirm that Bisson Dentistry wants their clientele to have the best dental experience possible.

I used to avoid going to the dentist but Bisson makes the whole process so comfortable! The appointment process is so thoughtful and accommodating, and all the staff are very gentle and kind.

My experience here was amazing. I don’t like going to the dentist and have been to many shady places. The office is beautiful and welcoming. All staff were super friendly. I received a complimentary hand and arm massage while getting my teeth cleaned while listening to calm music and watching beautiful pictures flash by. The dentist was honest and didn’t try to push anything on my that I didn’t want or need. I don’t have benefits of any kind and paid out of pocket, and feel like it was reasonable. If I’m going to go to the dentist, THIS is the place!

I’ve been to a lot of dental offices in my life, none of them compare to the knowledge, care, and comfort as the staff at this office.

I am an incredibly anxious dental patient but my experience at Bisson was above and beyond. Every single thing about my exam was amazing, they were so kind and the entire process was painless. I never felt judged or uncomfortable, and I genuinely cannot wait to see Maddy and Dr. Chu again!

Best dental experience you could ask for. My hygienist Stephanie is the best; thorough, gentle, and super friendly. Props to the masseuse that relaxed my hand and arms during my descaling providing their complimentary spa treatment. Dr. Chu was also great. Felt like going to the spa not the dentist.

I had my first visit with Bisson today. From the moment I was greeted at the door to the moment I left, I felt very welcomed. This didn't feel like a dentist appointment at all. The complimentary hand massage while your teeth are being cleaned is what made me choose Bisson but the treatment I received from the staff is what will keep me coming back.

Everyone is so friendly and they have a lot of great equipment that a lot of other dental offices don’t have. What an amazing team. I searched for a dentist after moving to the Guelph area and had a few that were booked up with no available appointments. When Bisson had an opening that was my only requirement, its a dentist right, everyone hates going to the dentist, they're all the same.

After the first appointment I bragged at work to my co-workers how incredible my experience was. Taking a overtly accomodating and friendly approach to their profession, Bisson has changed the old saying. They've created a place where I want to book my next appointment right away, and I always look forward to it.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who has high anxiety going, people with kids especially. But really, its for everyone who cares for their oral health and wants to be pro-active in making sure their mouth stays healthy and their stress levels stay low.

Thanks to a recommendation from Jennifer, today my finance and I went in for our first appointment and we could not believe how amazing the experience was.
We were given a tour of the building and everyone we met was so friendly and took the time to ensure we were happy. Even with COVID I knew we were safe with all the safety measures they had in place. It didn't feel like your typical dentist appointment, no "dentist smell", it was welcoming and comfortable, there was netflix to watch, and complimentary spa treatments. There's nothing to complain about. We will always be using Bisson and recommend them to all our friends and family!

Tara had such amazing attention to detail, incredibly professional, and it felt like I was talking to a friend! Wasn't the biggest fan of going to the dentist, especially given my sensitivities to light and sound, but this office has changed the game! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It's been about 9 days since getting my top left molar removed, and I haven't even swollen up or felt any pain once. This probably varies from person to person but I believe the expertise of the staff played a big part in this. I think they took the tooth out with such precision that nothing else was disturbed. I'm no dentist though! Definitely recommend! 5/5

I went in for my first visit to the office today and for going to the Dentist my experience was amazing! I could not believe I walked out feeling so impressed by my entire experience! I was greeted right away, given a tour around and was handed a welcome bag and personalized card! My entire experience with Rachel was amazing, she got to know me and did a full scan and x-ray of my teeth and gums, they also checked my jaw alignment as well. I loved that I never felt pressured to get any services done that were not needed going forward, and the complimentary services (hand massage, foot massage) are such a treat! The whole team makes you feel at ease, the office is over the top clean and everything used is modern and again. SO clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office and anyone nervous going this is definitely the place!

I had such an amazing first appointment at Bisson Dentistry yesterday, which is really saying something as I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because I am such a scaredy cat. Not only was I afraid of the dentist, but I had added safety concerns due to covid. Dr. Bisson, hygienist Maggie and team were all so lovely and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I was so impressed with the personalized welcome note I received and a donation made to the Guelph Humane Society with every new patient. I couldn’t believe it when I met their esthetician Jana who gave me a relaxing foot massage during my exam to help calm my nerves. I was blown away when Dr. Bisson explained different heath issues I may be experiencing as a result of what he could see with my teeth - a real holistic approach. The practice is gorgeous and inviting, and this team goes above and beyond with their customer service. I am so happy I found this practice, and I have already started telling my friends they need to go to Bisson Dentistry! They cured my fear of the dentist.

We love Bisson Dentistry - the experience is top knotch. The office is clean, modern, newly renovated and does not have a dentist office feel. The kids love the perks of playing the iPad while waiting and then choosing their favourite Youtube or Netflix show to watch during their cleaning/procedure.

Went for the first time today as a new patient, after years avoiding the dentist for many years due to a bad experience. It was remarkable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and did everything to put me at ease. Stephanie and Dr. Chiu are unbelievable ambassadors for this practice, and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family,

Great atmosphere, kind and focused on best care. Now my entire family has the team looking after us. I've also referred individuals new to our community that needed urgent care and others that work in Guelph but commute. Each told me that they felt cared about and the concerns addressed quickly. Both my kids were happy with the fillings. What they used to numb the area worked quickly.

This place is wonderful. I went to my first appointment this week and was delightfully surprised. Beyond amazing experience. It's been several years since my last appointment, but the friendly and engaging staff eased any embarrassment I had over my teeth! Additionally, the facility is warm, inviting, comfortable - and above all very clean! If that's not enough - the chair I was in was a massage chair, and there is also an in-house esthetician who gave me a hand treatment while my teeth were getting cleaned. A+.

When I had a crown done it was actually a mini retreat. It was a longer appointment. I could have gone home for a couple of hours while I waited for the crown to be made, but I chose to stay. I sat in a massage chair, with a cozy blanket and watched a movie on Netflix. They put in my crown and off I went. No more waiting for couple of days and two appointments.

The MOST positive dentist experience of my life. The whole team was amazing, very comfortable, beautiful office, thorough and knowledgeable team. I joked about asking for a blanket, when they asked if I was comfortable, and then a big pouffy blanket appeared! I can't wait till my next appointment.

Dr Bisson's office is what Dentistry should be about: wonderful staff to a person, the most advanced technologies (Love the one day crown!) and all in a spa-like setting. Plus all of the great community involvement from the practice - he is also a wonderful corporate citizen which matters to my family.
