We have been using Bitu's for the last10 years and have always been happy with their services. They are very caring and always have the dogs very best interests at heart. If you are looking for people that are caring and do an excellent job for your pet then this is the place.

My journey have started with my fur daughter five years ago and it's been past four years I have been taking my daughter to Bitu Pet services and honestly my daughter gets more excited than anyone to visit her grooming and swimming center.
Why?
Because she knows she is going in very loving and caring hands which are full of passion and dedication.
Owner of this place never treat their clients as costumers but they treat them as their own family. They go above and beyond to help and educate any parent of the fur babies to take care of them in an excellent way.
It's been four years I'm taking my daughter for her swimming. Owner of this place is the best swimming instructor.
I would happily recommend this place is the best to take fur babies for their grooming and swimming.

I have been going to Bitu’s for more than 16 years now. Chetal groomed our Westie boy and Indy swam both our westie boy and our chunky beagle boy when they got old and arthritic. They loved our boys like their own and they cried with us when we lost them. We adopted a new boy this past November from a shelter and literally the first stop we made was at Bitu’s so they could meet Rosco. They are amazing groomers and more importantly, they are wonderful people who care so deeply about what they do. I highly recommend them

Would have given zero stars if it was in the option….

Worst grooming centre for pets. The lady there is so rude and make fake promise for on time. She will give you appointment for the morning and will take hours to do the grooming thing. Will make you wait and wait.

Please have some respect towards your customers at least… I have read others reviews as well.
They way you replied back to them… shows how much etiquettes you have and what value you give to the customers.just forget about the pets.

They do animal abuse. Dropped my dog for haircut and they told they will take 3 hours and when I came to pick him up after 3 hours, they told that they will take 1 more hour. So in total they took 4 hours for haircut. And also the lady was rude and kept my dog in cage without providing him water. And was too thirsty when I reached home. Never taking my dog to them ever again.

THE BEST - best groomers I've ever taken my two dogs to. My dogs are 14 years old & elderly. They require a bit of extra care, which they always receive. Both dogs are always finished looking splendid and absolutely adorable. One of my dogs is very nervous. The extra care and attention "Oreo" receives is very much appreciated. Quality service around!

It's has been about 6 years since we started off with bitu's. We took our puppy to chetal when he was about 5 months old and it's only been an amazing journey with them. As first time dog owners we had very little knowledge on how to care for our puppy. Chetal would educate us so much and spend so much time talking to us so we would take good care of our little guy. She is very stern in terms of letting her customers know how to care for an animal because she is truly empathetic and passionate about what she does and fiercely cares for all the animals who come to her. I have seen her first hand deny grooming a dog when a customer requested complete shave down simply because it's not good for the dog. Care for an animal comes first before money and that's something I very much appreciate.she will not shy away from confronting a bad dog owner even if it meant losing business. They also have hydrotherapy for animals and Indi is just amazing caring for them in the pool. We have used both grooming and hydrotherapy services and all I can say is it's been a first class experience.

Worst experience ever
Been to other great pet services as well but this was worst ever. Gave us very hard time today. Their service does not give justice to their prices and she has not right to say mean things.

Pls don’t bring your pets here. 1. The groomer is EXTREMELY rude. She has no manners. And 2. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my pet with such a miserable soul. Think twice before leaving your pet here. Take your money elsewhere, doesn’t make sense to spend your money somewhere where you’re being disrespected.

We have been taking our Australian Sheppard to Bitou's since his first grooming. Ranger loves to go for his grooming and have his teeth cleaned. They always do a beautiful job. We had another Australian Sheppard but his groomings weren't shaped as nice nor did they last as long. I highly recommend making the time to take your dog in for the experience. Chantel is also very knowledgeable regarding skin conditions and how they relate to diet. Indy runs the aquafitness program for dogs and also does grooming.
The whole staff also knows how to take care of dogs with disabilities.

Customer service is extremely rude the person who handles just love to yell at people.

When humans are not nice to another human its a stressful for the pets.

It has been roughly 3 weeks now that I have been bringing my 10 year young golden retriever Rio for hydrotherapy. I waited to write my review as I wanted to give an honest opinion.
Rio was diagnosed with arthritis of his hips, spinal cord and glomerular disease a couple months ago. I was hesitant at first to introduce him to hydrotherapy as his blood pressure was high as well. The first day, he was unaware of what to expect (as was I). With Indy and Chetal’s consistent support and reassurance; Rio and I have quickly become comfortable with the end to end process of his hydrotherapy. I have definitely seen an improvement in Rio over all. He is more agile and alert now. His mobility has improved tenfold. I have been weeding him off his pain medications successfully given the hydrotherapy has proven successful in aiding towards his mobility. Chetal and Indy are both amazing individuals who truly care for your fur family member. I appreciate that they treat you as a member of their own family. They are empathetic and honest towards the services your fur buddy needs. What I TRULY appreciated the most was they did not pressure nor nudge me even once in these weeks to provide a review. They acknowledged and empathized with the emotions I was dealing with given Rios recent diagnosis. In my experience businesses that are not aggressive on reviews are ones who have nothing to prove. Their services and success speak volumes! Thank you Indy and Chetal for adopting my Rio into your family! Side note, their Bittu (family fur baby) is adorable and a great support system to make your fur baby feel welcomed! Also; as part of their welcome; Rio received his personal bath robe which I have to say is superb!

Hello. My name is Magdalena and I'm a mom to two wonderful boys. One of them is my best friend Alfie. Alfie is a member of our family since 2018. This boy join our home when he was 3 months young and since then BITU is keeping him "well trimmed"! And let me tell you I wouldn't be able leave without them! And OMG to muffins! Perfect 5 for superb service that is keeping my dog healthy and happy! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR COMMUNITY SO BEAUTIFUL AND HANDSOME!

Just dropped by for a meet and greet before sending our dog to them. The woman groomer (owner) had us wait several minutes before coming to speak with my wife and I. She never tried to interact with our dog. She came across as a hardline salesperson. She was giving us a set of expectations and demands as to grooming schedule and health care products. I told her we had a vet for the health issues and only needed to find a groomer who would be compatible with our dog. She sounded like a micromanager on steroids. When I asked her if she could handle our pet she flew off the rails. The premises looked unclean and the floor was covered with pet hair.

I am extremely pleased with the service! Chetal and Inder are knowledgeable, patient and professional. Highly recommended.

A family member of mine took there dog there for a haircut they already have a place they go to for haircuts but since they were fully booked they decided to give this place a try (huge mistake) the staff working there said it would be $80 for the haircut. When the haircut was done they said it was MORE than $80 plus tax. If you're gonna say it's $80 plus tax make sure you stick to you're original price not bump up the price after the haircut. My family member got a text saying the dog was ready when my family members got there they still had to wait 15 min for the dog to be ready.they also yelled at the dog because the dog was barking there animals that's how they communicate if you don't like dogs barking then this business is not for you stay away people

Our dog Hunter has been coming here for 7 years. Hunter loves Chatel and Indy and is always excited for his grooming or therapeutic swim.

Chetal did an amazing job with our goldendoodle puppy's first grooming. She was very patient and took her time. Our puppy came out looking gorgeous and happy!

Super rude owner. Look at her response to every negative comment here. She always has to be right and all pet owners are wrong.

I was quoted $80 inclusive of deposit. She would forget about $50 deposit when it was time to pay. However, she would always charge more than quoted plus that $50. Each time I went I paid up to $210. She herself told me twice she forgot about deposit and would add to next appointment but next time it was same price.

I don't mind paying extra for mats which were rare to none because I comb at home daily. I thoroughly comb under all 4 limbs, close to ears, tummy, etc. During snowy months there may have been a few knots by his bum area. I didn't need training from her. She doesnt show how to groom your own dog. She simply yells how you did poor job. I willingly chose the breed that suited to my lifestyle knowing he required proper maintenance. I clip his nail on my own and brush his teeth twice a day after meals. My dog is fully trained to stay put while I comb him.

I would not get a text that it would be more than $80, I would get a call with her yelling and putting me down. I am not a pro but I did a fantastic job of combing and reason i went to a groomer was to get hair cuts. I full well know how to comb as i chose long hair dog. My dog didn't need grooming by her till he was about 6 months old. He had puppy hair that i maintained and let his hair grow.

My dog is a small breed that grew another 5 lbs after my 1st time at her place. I went total of 3 times. She is lying when she says it's more price as dogs grow.

She would yell at me that she didn't have all day and she would spend so many hours and I would apologize and offer to pay.

. She would lecture me and make me feel like a bad dog mom and reprimand me. I don't talk to my child or others like that. I don't talk to any other humans or animals the way she insults others.

Proof is how she responds to all bad reviews here.

Dogs are left in crate for hours and hours. Who knows how dogs are talked to in owners' absence if she is rude to people!

I finally found someone who has served the industry for 20 years, and best part is she comes to my house so I can watch my dog, he feels at home. She never complaints and she charges only $125 for this elite service without asking for deposit or yelling at me. She does amazing job of cutting, bathing and overall grooming.

I finally decided I had to stop going there as i know my dog like all dogs is sensitive and intuitive. When humans are not nice to other humans their vibes will be stressful to dogs.

We take our dog in Bitu's for swimming. The trainer is very good. If you are thinking of taking your dog for swimming classes, the Bitu's is the best place to go for it.

Awesome, took my 3 months old poodle for her 1st hair grooming, all there effort is to make your pet comfortable even if it takes extra time for which they don't charge.
Will highly recommend.

It is comforting knowing your fur baby will have a good experience and come home looking fabulous.

We visited Bitu's Pet Services yesterday for hydrotherapy for my 6 yr old lab. He recently had knee surgery and is a bit anxious so we didn't know what to expect. I was floored by the swimming instructor and Chetal who both showed him so much patience, support, and kindness. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to canine rehabilitation. As you can see from the smile on Dumbledore's face, he was a very happy boy by the end of session. I was not asked to write this review nor do I regularly review businesses, but this place definitely deserves it.

Great first experience everything was smooth and ran on time without issues. It was our dogs first swimming session and they made him feel comfortable and gave him relief from his hip pain. After the session he was running all over the place and his mobility has improved greatly. We are going back this weekend for another session! Highly recommended to any pets with hip dysplasia as you will see an improvement after the swimming session. The swimming instructor also had a great deal of knowledge and was very professional during the swim therapy.

I took my dog there for his first hydrotherapy session and was very happy. You can see how much they care about your dog, they are patient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

Harneet, you are a very entitled, overdramatic, victimised, know-it-all individual who looks down upon anyone and everyone and believes people should bend over backwards to accommodate all your needs.

***no where in my comments did I attack you personally. Do you know me? How are you placing labels on me?

Let me remind you that you started off inquiring if we would accept your non-vaccinated bulldogs. We patiently took time to hear you out even though most of it was bad mouthing your previous groomer. Asking questions to understand your special needs is not rude its called collecting information.

***collecting information would be you asking me the following questions which you failed to ask.
1. Which vaccines have your dogs not taken?
2. Is there a medical exception?

In regards to my groomer I believe you were the one asking me her business name and out of respect for her I just told you the region and did not disclose any information about her personally.

I don't have special needs. You need to revise your word selection. Because this part of your comment section will be discussed with better business bureau of Canada. You word selection is highly unethical!

Telling you what we offer and what we don't, isn't being rude. It's called stating facts not being judgemental. We do not offer teeth brushing so if that's what you are looking for, then we are not the place for it Don't go lecturing people about why we should or should not offer certain services.

education based on your hair stylist comment. That is not how you speak to customers or educate people. It's not about what you say it's about how you say it!

Let me remind you again, you lectured us for a long time. We could have simply hung up but didn't thinking you were just having a bad day and were frustrated trying to get someone to groom your non-vaccinated dogs.

***my dogs are vaccinated. They are missing one vaccine for medical purposes. But you do not have this information because you failed to ask informative questions. Why would you hang up you were the one that called me back. I had moved on with my search because of the way you answered your phone I knew you were highly unprofessional.

You hung up, we die not hang up on you. You were horribly rude and judgemental since you did most of the talking.

But I hear your unethical comments and your attacks on my dogs and my self I have taken screenshots of everything. I will speak to your upper management and discuss this with BBC.

***I find it really funny how when I told you my dogs were unvaccinated you had no issue. But the minute I started advising you about your unethical code of conduct you began to attack my unvaccinated dogs without knowing their medical history. This proves you are a money grabbing business!

I called this business today and was very unsatisfied by there level of customer service. Answered all my questions with attitude. One of my questions was do you clean the dogs teeth? The answer in return was when you go to
hair dresser do they clean your teeth. Very ignorant response because my hair dresser also doesn't cut my nails but yet groomers offer a nail cutting service. Every groomer and business is different you shouldn't judge people based on the questions they ask. Quality of education and knowledge is important to me! Value people's time, money and questions. Maybe dogs for you but to me they are my babies!

My puppy Junior had the pleasure of being groomed at Bitu's today. Chetal was great and Junior was so comfortable and happy the moment he walked in to the moment he left. He was well groomed and taken care of during his 2+ hour appointment. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for making this a stress free appointment for Junior.

As the owner of a 6x rescue, it has been difficult to trust my dog's care to other people. He is fear aggressive and due to recent lifestyle changes, he's put on so much weight that he can't even get a dental cleaning. After his last check up, I decided it was crucial that Bandit get rehabilitative exercise to accelerate his weight loss. After reading through Bitu's website and review responses, I felt confident that I was putting him into the hands of qualified and compassionate pet care experts. I have not regretted a moment of our sessions. Indy and Chetal are friendly and run their business with great integrity, handling dogs with a skilful intuition. After two months, Bandit has lost over 10% of his body weight and comes home from each swim more flexible and energetic than ever. Thank you so much for providing these important services to your community. I constantly brag about my experiences at your business and recommend you to everyone I know. I will update this review with Bandit's weight chart as soon as my vet can print one up. From the bottom of my heart: thank you.

Great grooming services. The best part is the swimming pool. We took our chihuahua there for his first swim and it was worth it.

It was my 1 yr old chihuahua’s (Dobby), first visit to a groomer and it was amazing. The staff is very friendly and great at their job. We luckily also got the same day appointment for the in-house aqua fitness session for the little guy. Inder was very patient with Dobby and made his first time experience in a pool a fun session.
Recommend the service for a pocket friendly and pet friendly grooming session for your pet!

Great quality work at a good price. My poodle LOVES going here and I trust the workers to give him the best care. They are always giving me helpful tips, samples and advice and will always tell you if the service youre asking for is needed or not so you dont overspend unnecessarily. I trust them a lot.

Excellent and friendly service. My Dog, Thor, was happy to be groomed and was taken care of extremely well.

They took such good care of my 2 dogs to trim their nails. One of my dogs is difficult and they suggested to do different things for future visits. Would recommend for sure

Somewhat behind with the schedule, yet good service. I was happy with the explanation of what could or couldn't be done with my pet and would visit again.

They are WONDERFUL! We have a Rottie, and before she turned one, she was having issues w/ her hind legs. We brought to the vet and of course thousand of dollars in monies is what they wanted! I bawled b/c I didn't want our puppy to go through surgery and the MONIES! One day my fiancé was walking her and a nice man told him about this place, we went, they embraced our Xena, and healed her! She's now running, jumping, and is a normal almost 3 year old energetic Rottweiler! They groom as well and they're AMAZING!

My dog Hazel has had two intense surgery on her left and right ligament. After her second surgery Hazel would still limp here and there. The k9 aqua-fitness at Bitu's Pet Service has helped her recovered the past few months. Hazel doesn't limp anymore and she has never been stronger than this! I know longer have a fear of limping after long day of playing:) Thank you so much for being apart of Hazel's journey!

We have been bringing our dog Moose here since he was 3 months for both grooming and hydrotherapy. I am extremely picky about groomers as I have worked in the pet industry previously and have seen/heard a lot of bad experiences with groomers who simply do not care, are extremely rough to the pets and even talk terribly to them! The environment at Bitu's is the exact OPPOSITE! Literally every single employee at Bitu's GENUINELY care about each and every single pet and very much treat them as their own! They are extremely passionate about the welfare of animals and this is the ONLY place I would recommend bringing your fur babies to!

I was watching my friend’s dog for two months and he asked me to bring Lyla (the dog) in for a grooming service. I chose Bitu’s because of all the other raving reviews. I was worried because Lyla isn’t too keen about new people but they did such an amazing job with Lyla. When I came to pick her up she looked like she just had the time of her life! Will definitely come again!

This facility and their service prolonged my dog’s life and happiness. The swimming kept him active after he could no longer go for walks and kept his digestive system going after suffering nerve damage.

My dog’s genuine friendship with Indy the dog handler was sweet and was just an added benefit for my dog, who very evidently enjoys their relationship.

I am so glad I found Bitu’s. It has been an invaluable component of treatment and palliative care for my dog. I feel so good about how much joy and health it has restored in my dog’s life.

My pup always looks great after the visit. I know he is very well cared for during the grooming process. Price is reasonable. Will continue using for sure!

Highly recommend! Been bringing max here for a couple of years. Do an amazing job with his grooming. They are very patient with this 125lb pup and takes an army to get him all sparkling and new. Thank you Chetal and team!

Am a first time dog owner and my puppy's first grooming. Was skeptical given the current covid situation and also my puppy taking his rabies vaccine just before 2 days! The team at Bitu's was welcoming and gave me confidence the way they received the puppy. End of session, the puppy was happy and cheerful. The grooming was done awesome of course Would definitely visit again!

Have been with this company for a while. Great, friendly service, and therapy pool. Also has some great food you can buy for your picky pooch!
My poodle doesn't know he is a poodle, so he doesn't get the standard poodle cut - sorry for asking you to do this Chetel!

My favourite groomers.not much I can say except thorough professionals and if you want your pet to be happy this is where you send them to have there spa day.

Thanks for wrongfully accusing my dog of having fleas (even though shes on advantix). Not only was that embarrassing, you also just cost me a lot of money. I took my dog to the vet and guess what? ! Not a single sign of fleas. You're not a vet, stop telling your customers what you think is wrong with their pet. You wasted my time, and you wasted my money. You also embarassed me in front of other customers, and your employees. Instead of giving customers your unwarrented opinion, just stick to grooming pets. Because of your unprofessionalism, you have lost a customer. I'd rather go to a groomer who doesn't judge me and accuse my dog of carrying parasites. Based on your other bad reviews, you tend to tell your customers what is wrong with their dogs. You are not a licensed veterinarian, instead of telling your customers your unwanted opinions, maybe you should just stick to grooming. I fully expect you to leave a reply judging me and my dog, but at the end of the day, your opion does not matter as you clearly do not know what you're talking about. You said that my dog has fleas, and I took her to a PROFESSIONAL who proved you wrong. I shouldn't even be responsible for that vet bill because there was NOTHING wrong with my dog.

EDIT: of course here you go again trying to tell me my dog has fleas. You did not pick anything off my dog. I even asked you to show me and you couldn't. Stop lying saying you picked off 3 and showed it to me. I took her to the vet where she was examined by a PROFESSIONAL and not a dog groomer. You are so convinced that you know better than a licenced veterinarian. Get real. She doesn't have fleas, you were wrong. Instead of arguing with your customers about things you clearly cannot diagnose, maybe you should evaulate yourself and realize that you were wrong and apologize. You love to say in your other bad reviews that the owners have such a huge ego. Funny, your ego and pride is so overwhelmingly large you still try to tell me that my dog (WHO IS ON ADVANTIX WHICH PREVENTS FLEAS AND TICKS IN CASE YOU DIDNT KNOW) has fleas. Sorry lady, I trust a licenced veterinarian professional over a dog groomer. Like i said, you're not a vet, stop telling your customers your unwarrented opinions and leave that to the real professionals. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Will never recommend.

Bitus Pet Services is the most amazing grooming service in Ontario. I used to take my puppy Rio to Petsmart and I was extremely unhappy with the service until I found Chetal and her husband at Bitus Pet Services. They are true animal lovers. They treat our fur babies like family. Rio was terrified of being groomed and ever since I took him to Bitus, he looks forward to going for his groom and his tail is always happily wagging when we take him there. The facility is exceptionally clean, beautifully set up and very high-tech. They also have an aqua fitness facility which is amazing. The service is outstanding. Chetal is an excellent groomer and takes special care to make Rio look handsome. He is always perfectly groomed. She trims his nails and cleans his ears and conditions his skin. He comes out smelling and looking awesome always. I am so happy with the outstanding service, exquisite cleanliness and grooming quality and would never ever trust my dog with anyone else. Please give them a try and you will not be disappointed. I am extremely picky and particular and I love them and highly recommend them.
