Very friendly local place, what's so amazing about it - music every day of the week! Was random find, a good gem!) you can share tables, and the owners are just spectacular on service!) I recommend their house burger, yummmmm

Doesn't look like anything fancy and it isn't but don't let the that fool you this place is fantastic, the chef is class makes amazing dishes and the lady who attended us both time we went by for lunch is a sweetheart I forget her name but she did tell us she had big beautiful eyes and an even bigger smile. I think her may have started with a Y but it's not something you hear every day, so it's bugging me. I don't remember. Either check it out and try anything on the menu

Nice quaint neighbourhood joint with great live music over the weekends. Slightly older crowd but still a lot of fun.

A bit divey, but karaoke on Monday and Friday and menu that is both affordable and excellent. My wife and I have gone here the last couple of years for our anniversary dinner. Great deals on beer.

Adore this room! It's small but makes a big impression. The food is delicious. The vibe is friendly. Lots of regulars. Folks know each other. The bands are all top notch.if I do say so myself. This was absolutely disgusting and I got sick afterwards. Never ordering again. Meat wasn’t even fully cooked.

Will come back just for the chili but entire experience was great. Server was super friendly and very attentive. Look forward to trying other dishes as well.

Neatly tucked away. Small space but big in the atmosphere. Find is really good and moderately priced, you get a good portion size. Staff is very friendly. Offers live music as well. What more could you ask in a place? Definitely recommend Black Bear Pub.

Chilli powder taste with every chilli bite. Corned beef samich is flavorful but maybe add sauerkraut. Shepherd's pie AWESOME, not instant potatoes you can taste it. 3 meals UNDER $55. Toasted bread yuuuuuum

Amazing jazz on Tuesday nights. The best kept secret in all of Toronto. Where are the jazz fans? This is the new Salty Dog, where Kirk MacDonald puts together the best jazz musicians in the city, which means best in the country, with no cover, but you really should contribute generously to the tip jar for these world class players. Service is terrific and the beer is cheap. There should be line-ups at this place. And there is great live music other nights of the week, too.

I went on a first date here there was a live band called one king band! They were old school and so amazing loved their vibe and what they brought to the bar! Little picturesque features like your in a lite town in British Columbia and the owners are so friendly and give amazing service!

One of our favorite pubs in the area. Great food and cheap too. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They have several event nights throughout the week so make sure you check if you dont like live music nights:) A must try

Always a great breakfast spot. Coffee is hot and refills come frequently. Menu highlights would be the Eggs Benedict, pancakes and french toast. Service is friendly and efficient. We've never had a bad experience here. Our Go TO for a weekend treat.
