This store has a ton of great tables in tje game space and a lot of great inventory on the shelves. I found some rare Killteam first edition dice there. The staff is firendly and the store is easy to get to and is very friendly.

Love everything about this shop. Great staff, spacious play area and a great vibe with the people that go there. Always feel welcome and they have continually go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service imaginable.

Incredibly patient and knowledgeable staff! Came in as a novice for MTG and they were more than happy to explain how the game works, what packs I should look into and suggested that I attend the weekly game nights to try the game out myself.

Definitely plan on going back soon but it's awesome to have people who know their stuff and enjoy talking about it!

Best place in Hamilton to find board games, D&D stuff, miniatures, Warhammer, and trading card games.

Great selection of minis, cards and more. One of the few places in Hamilton you can still shop and play, snacks and drinks are a little expensive but it's not a restaurant it's a geek emporium

Staff is very helpful, and the selection for board games, ttrpgs and wargaming miniatures is impressive.

If you're into any of that, you'll find something to like!

They are so helpful and I could be in there for hours because I'm new at dnd I felt dumb because I didn't know enough and the manager there is awesome he makes you feel important as a customer and as a noob playing dnd he makes you feel welcomed. He gave me pointers on how to build sets and how to paint them as well! It was a very positive experience each and everytime I go in there.

Staff are wonderful, and events are great however product organization and collective price points do seem to need work. I have been here several times, and each time to purchase the same product in the span of a couple weeks and each time I have been charged a noticeably different amount on the same product.in an amount of a $30 difference

This seemingly demand related product inflation is unacceptable, and a very poor business tactic should that be the reason behind this. I will be cautious with my purchases with all sealed products before taking a look at other generally cheaper and local retailers such as Dark Fox TCG, Rookies, Breakaway Sports Cards, or Board Games Central.

First time visiting and everyone was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and showing me what I was looking for. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!

Great event centre. Mediocre retail facility. Great crowd of gamers. And plenty of room now that they've expanded into the old convenience store.

Staff is friendly once you need anything. Really great selection of stuff, loads of events. The stuff isn't overpriced, and they can order stuff they don't carry.

Found this store after seeing it on a list for Free RPG Day and decided to give it a visit. (There was a free raffle for people who came to pick up RPGs also, which was so cool!)

It's got a great variety of minis, modules, board games, dice (woo!) and other fun items. The inclusive bathroom sign let me know I was in a queer-friendly space, which I appreciated a lot.

When I brought my purchase to the front, the employee at the cash was SO friendly and enthusiastic. The warm welcome made my day, and guaranteed that I'll be back for another visit! So excited to have found this place in my neighborhood!

The shop has an extremely welcoming and friendly environment, you can feel confident purchasing your cards from this shop. I've purchased and opened multiple Astral Radiance and Brilliant Stars boxes/packs from here and the condition they were in was excellent. Cheers to Black Knight Games!

This store gouges with 50% markups and relies on predatory sales tactics like FOMO. Both times I have walked into this shop they have FOMO'd me into purchasing over priced products that I then found the same products at Dark Fox TCG and Rookies "around the corner" for much better prices. Do not shop here unless absolutely neccessary,

I will never walk back into this location. I could have bought my product online and shipped it to my house saving gas for cheaper than I was gouged.

Amazing customer service. So many great games to choose from so much variety. They also host a bunch of events. They recently expanded and have lots of space for these card and board game events

Very nice staff, knowledgeable and welcoming. ABSURD prices. Like, insane prices.can easily save 30-40% by shopping elsewhere. $150 for MCP? Bought for $95 at a store 40min away.even with gas prices that's way cheaper. $130 for The Others board game when it sells for $89 15min away. Just some random examples, but everything here is way overpriced. Too bad, as everything else about the shop is cool, but it's all about the money at the end of the day.

While visiting Canada with my wife, we utterly enjoyed playing Commander on Monday night! Everyone was nice and accommodating, including tournament organizer. We highly recommend shuffling up and throwing down here if you haven't already. Enjoy

Black Knight games is my current LGS, it is a great place to make friends and play all kinds of games. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product they sell, and the community is equally kind. There is a great variety of competitive play and casual play so people form both environments are welcome to play.

The employees are always friendly, and eager to help with whatever you need. They offer a wide variety of board games, miniatures, puzzles, and nerdy merchandise. The gaming area is well lit, clean, and organized, and its weekly schedule means you'll always find someone willing to play your game of choice, assuming you show up on the right day.

I would definitely recommend this place to both new and experienced hobbyists.

Employees are friendly and helpful, and the community here is great. Drafting at FNM every week is always a blast and has a very fair prize structure, and there's free casual Magic (mostly commander) on Monday nights. Very queer-friendly, I feel safe and respected here as a trans woman.

What a find! Amazing choice of board games and rpg's etc. Friendly staff, you can try some of the games too, and there's plenty going on.

Incredible selection of boardgames and ttrpgs. Everything you need for mini and model painting/war gaming. Staff were super helpful and eager to share their stories about games you as a customer were interested in. It's out of the way for me, but definitely worth the time and will be my FLGS going forward.

Great selection of product, however, customer service has went downhill. With very few customers in the store, I was asked to check online for the stock level of cards I was looking for before they would help. Even after addressing it was only 2 cards, I was still prompted to ask them after I found them online and then to come in with a list whenever I needed multiple cards. I understand in busy times and with large quantities that it's easier to come in with a list, but with 3 staff working, low flow of customers in the store and a request for 2 cards, it would have been a much faster turn around with just helping to search for the cards or offering assistance. Not the first time this has happened either.

The go to place for any form of MTG, Pokémon and all miniature games. Most inclusive gaming store that could possibly be. This store wants people to have fun. They encourage everyone to enjoy and learn any game they one.

Its a shame I have to edit this, because my gf and I have had such a positive experience prior. We came into the store at about 6: 45 on Friday November 19th, and I think we were one of the only people in the store. My gf had a list and her commander deck prepared to look for singles. We were told to order online for the clerk's convenience. I guess we'll just be ordering from face-to-face rather than drive out again. If this is a store policy, I would have liked a notice on the website.

The gentleman who served me was incredibly patient after I changed my mind after completing a purchase and hanging around in the store a while.
Great selection, tons of different tabletop games, place was well-organized and clean (though this is most likely because of the time of day I came in. I imagine things get quite hectic during their events)

Excellent place to buy and play taple top games. Great assortment, knowledgeable staff and excellent community.

The selection is only bettered by the knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Walk-ins are treated like guests and regulars become part of the community. The store and staff make sure everyone is welcome, which fosters a warmth and welcoming community to grow.

There are rewards programmes and special offers for educators, plus there's no substitute for having a quick flip a new tome, to make sure it's the perfect purchase!

My son and I love (and miss!) the store, and my wife and I are very loyal to allowing BKG to meet our gift-giving needs.

Great games store. Large section with miniatures, D&D, Warhammer, CCGs and board games. Huge expanded area with tables for playing card games and war gaming. The best part of the store is the staff who are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Love this place and only been here once. Tons of selection. Staff were amazing. Helped me find the game I was looking for and then found out they discount cards they stamp for every game you buy. Will definitely be buying my games from here from now on.

Staff are as friendly as can be, as are much of the patrons! Ive spent a pretty penny since my first visit but even browsing is an enjoyable experience. First time going here for some D&D things and was not disappointed! Very friendly staff and clean environment. Very accommodating even with covid protocols. Highly recommend if you're interested in D&D, board games, or any other fantasy games etc.

I showed up 10 minutes before close for some emergency Star Wars Legion stuff and Alex and Cody were super cool about it! Really bailed me out for my game the next day. Thanks guys!

This was a 5 star review till I got followed around the store like a thief the entire time I was there right up until I left - the person following me around literally rang me out. I went back for a paintbrush and they stood a foot behind me the entire way. I can spend hundreds of dollars a month on plastic soldiers anywhere, it won't be here again.

Excellent selection of gaming product for miniatures, trading card, and board games! Before the pandemic, they also had incredibly spacious and high-capacity gaming space, and I expect they'll return to that as soon as possible.

I've visited Black Knight Games many times over the past few years. The staff is quite friendly and professional, but during tournaments it can be difficult to get assistance (as they're busy trying to make sure the tournaments run smoothly). They have a lots of merchandise for a wide range of hobbies. This is a great store to visit for your hobby needs.

Best littlest gem of a store ever! They offer so many unique items for gaming! From MTG to Heroclixs. Card games and board games. Hard to find items and play mats. The list goes on. The staff is super wonderful and very polite. Gave lots of suggests and worked together as team. Made a new person to the store very comfortable and felt welcomed. If you're looking for a awesome place to check out for games this is the perfect spot to shop! I did find a few of their games are a bit higher in price however they had the items in stock.

Amazing wargaming hobby store! They have a literal ton of stock on all things Warhammer and other games. One of the best hobby stores I've been to between Hamilton the Niagara falls!

We just found this store last week. Amazing selection of board games, warhammer, D&D, the largest paint selection I have seen in the Niagara area and a billion other things game related. The staff is always so helpful and polite. It's worth the 45 minute drive from Niagara Falls I love taking my daughter their.

This is the kind of local business that everyone should support. Excellent selection and consistently helpful and friendly staff. Quickly adapted to the Covid restrictions to make sure geeks like me could keep busy during lockdown. Highly recommend.

So well stocked good precautions for COVID knowledgeable and diverse staff! They don't gatekeep which is nice. Only downside is the prices are higher than other stores in Hamilton

A well stocked, large game store. Prices are fair, but could be more convenient. Staff were excellent and friendly, and I contribute their mild lack of MTG knowledge as an off day. Would return.

Best selection of gaming fare in the region. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and even during Covid, they've helped my friends and family maintain their hobby passions. Fantastic place, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Having higher prices can work if you have stellar customer service. This is not the case with this store. While travelling in the area, I wanted to visit the store. You can enter by appointment only and it is only one person. While googling my next destination in the car, the appointee came with more then 10 mins late and with a friend. They both were allowed in the store at the same time. So.is it one personallowed or more?

I ended up going to Torchlight, not far from there. The staff was really welcoming (greetings while entering/leaving, came to help me in finding what I wanted.). They sold me stuff; Black Knight had that opportunity as well but didn't care. So, if you buy online, there are many more cheaper options available. If you buy in person, go to another nearby store.

Probably a good place but unfortunately they won't allow anyone in with out an apartment.that only last 15min.we showed up in the pouring rain in hopes to look for some new games to add to our collection an they refused to book us an appointment, even though they were still open for another hour as well as there parkinglot was empty.after calling they said if I saw something in the window they could bring it out to me an sell it to me. Probably won't be back if you don't care that much about sales or customers i u derstand corona and what not, but let's not forget commen sense and hospitality

The knowledgeable staff always provide friendly, helpful service. Even with the Covid restrictions the quality of service is excellent. Black Knight has managed to pivot and adapt to the new normal while maintaining a close community even from a distance.
