I went in for a walk in appointment and the service was AMAZING. The day I went was sweltering and when I came in they offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The artist did a fantastic job as well and was super friendly.definitely will be going here again:)

Really good experience getting 2 ear piercings with Anna. She helped me pick out studs and gave me her advice on spacing the piercings. I was so pleased with the results! I took a couple of the cleansers they recommended and was happy with the sanitation in the studio. They have a good range of more affordable piercing jewellery so while the costs add up, I was able to control to what degree, unlike another studio I went to that was requiring a jewellery purchase of at least $200 and up. Booking the appointment took some tenacity but I understand they ask for info up front to prevent no-shows. Would go here again.

Personally, I had a really bad experience with black line studio. I went to get my lobes pierced, the woman tried to tell me it would be $380 for the piercings. I decided to only get one pierced which she scammed me $100 for and wouldn’t provide me with a proper piercing, she gave me a rusted hoop that she found open in the back of a drawer. The worker was also very rude.

My person experience was bad. I waited over 2 hours after my appointment time to even get started. I had sent in all the information and drawing of my tattoo. Everything they asked I had sent in. Still over 2 hours waiting. I got a hand tattoo and had to sign a waver saying I agree to no free touch ups. Well my 1000 dollar tattoo had so much ink loss its almost unrecognizable. Now I'll have to pay an enormous amount again to have it touched up. I think the studio is nice and the staff was nice, but it's over priced and I feel scammed. I'd look into another shop. That's just my experience with Blackline.

Very friendly welcoming environment! This was my first piece so I was a little nervous but the staff were so welcoming and kind. Carlo the artist did a fantastic job on my sleeve and I will be coming back for future pieces!

I got my first tattoo with Black Line and it was an exemplary experience and service. The artist who did my tattoo was Hector and he came up with such a beautiful and unique design for me. This tattoo has so much meaning to me so Black Line and Hector really exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend!

I had emailed them a few times send all the details for what I wanted done I had to follow up again because no one was getting back to me then finally someone different than the original person that replied to my initial request answers me and then again I don’t hear from them for days end. How many follow ups does a potential new client need to make before someone has the decency to answer? Well I’m not interested in this place anymore don’t care how great they are at their craft if the first impression is bad that’s it for me. Customer service is the first glance clients get at the new business they’re engaging with and this one by far is the worse I’ve seen! How hard is it to follow up with a client after they’ve sent two emails asking for an update? If they don’t value each client the same then why should we value their business.

Memo was my artist i had two tattoos done one I showed him the design and the other one he designed it from himself and i totally love itt! I couldn’t ask for a better tattoo artist than him, really loved his work and I’m pretty happy that i found my tattoo artist who would continue with the designs i need. Got see Memo!

Had a great experience at Black Lines Studio in downtown Toronto. The piercer, Ana, was very gentle and professional. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions before starting the piercing process. The studio itself was very clean and professional and had a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. I ended up getting 18 piercings and am incredibly happy with the results. I can't wait until the new studio opens, and I would recommend Black Lines Studio to anyone looking to get pierced.

I had my ear cartilage pierced over an ear ago, 3 studios and multiple earring changes later I came across this place. Ana is the piercer and is the only one I trust in this city now! My piercing has fully healed - would 100% recommended for piercings and after care.

They have excellent premium jewelry for all types of piercings. The customer service is top notch. They reply promptly to emails and always answer calls. The piercer and the receptionists have been tremendously helpful in my healing journey by providing tips and insights.

Had my helix jewelry changed out by Anna. She did an amazing job, very gentle! And she helped me select a new piece to put in also!

Black line is the best studio in all of the gta. You won’t find a better group of knowledgeable and talented artists plus they made me feel so confident getting my first tattoo. They give you everything in terms of aftercare and really value each customer they get. Getting my 2nd one today and so excited!

I went with my friend to get a tattoo on July 15,2022. We worked with Diego and honestly it was one of the best tattoo experiences I have had. I have several tattoos already, but it had been about 10 years, since my last one. The studio was clean and welcoming upon entering. The reception staff was responsive and super helpful. They regularly checked up on us during our session and even followed up with a call two weeks after our appointment. Diego is a phenomenal artist and one I would return to. The other artists would pop in and look at/admire each other's work. I am from the US and I am already making plans for next summer for another tattoo at Blackline Studios.

My wife and I came from Vancouver for matching tattoo's done by Dakota. She did an amazing job, we couldn't be happier with her work. Her lines and lettering are perfect, and her artistic talents are high quality. We truly had a great experience. I also left my Blue Jays hat there and they were kind enough to send it to Vancouver for us.

Got a nose piercing and loved the whole experience all the workers in the shop were nice and we had a conversation the whole time and I really enjoyed being here. Will come again.

I came here for an eyebrow piercing and was super happy with how it turned out. There's friendly staff who are patient and answer all your questions. There's a good selection of jewelry from titanium to higher-end gold. The staff know what they are doing and there were no issues with the piercing. Super clean place and for the price, it exceeded expectations.

I would definitely come back for another piercing.

I had such a great experience getting my piercings done at Black Line Studio. From the knowledgeable staff, my greeting at the establishment I was totally comfortable with the overall process. Everything was easy, I had a full consultation before the piercings took place to understand my needs. I appreciated my appointment was not rushed and I was educated on the challenges of getting piercings in certain places on my body. Black Line Studio provided after care products which helped with speedy healing. I got three piercings that I love, they all healed without incident and today I'm heading back to get three more. They have a variety of jewelry to suit your needs. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for knowledgeable staff, a clean establishment and great customer service - before, during and after and most importantly, great piercings as I get so many compliments. Fantastic vibe and definitely the place to go in TO (we're from out of town and the cartilage piercing was my daughter's birthday ask). Definitely worth the TO traffic to get to!

I got a nostril piercing here and the experience was flawless. Without hassle they allowed me to use a $100 deposit which I had put down on a promotion two years ago and never used. Piercing service is fast, staff are friendly, facility is very clean, piercer is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he did without me having to ask. 10/10 would come here again and would recommend a friend.

Easy to book, friendly staff. Iam*, the guy who piercing my ears is patient, experienced and professional. He provided guidance on the best places to pierce and marked the spots to make sure they were in the desired location.

Such amazing service! The place I got my conch pierced did it with a hoop (big no no) and I called around so many places that wouldn't help me change my jewelry as it was so painful and infected. They took my appointment, changed it for me and gave me some disinfectant that cleared it up within 5 days! Thank you so much guys, this will defiantly be my new spot for future piercing's!
