Black River Contracting & Rental

Saw the great reviews and couldn't wait to get my first rental at BRC. Spoke to Bran on the phone to set my $780 order in place. Drove all the way there from Toronto to do the paperwork before close on a Friday, only to be turned away. Told my order was cancelled and there's nothing they could do. He just shrugged his shoulders. No phone call. No heads up. Who treats their customers like that? Such a disappointment. Hopefully you'll get better service than I did.

Update: BRC never informed me of a cut-off time for arrival and as I had already pre-booked and confirmed the rental, my understanding was I going there to place my ID on-file. If there was concern around my arrival time, the least they could have done is called me. They had all my information on file.
Luckily is was not a lost project weekend for me. The following day I contacted 'Georgian Rent-All', and they went above and beyond to rent to me that same day. They were wonderful to deal with and will be getting my business going forward.

They did a great job for us. Even after 6 months, we asked for help, and they did favor for us. Working with them was great
