Very rude customer service agent when I called asking on rates to the airport, the lady very bad communicator and the main reason that I dropped dealing with black taxi.

Very good experience from booking to when we arrived at our destination. The man who took our call was calm and reassuring. The driver came 5 mins before the booking time. The whole thing was smooth and prices are very competitive. Will definitely use the Black Cab again.

I was stuck on the highway, my vehicle was broke down. I called, they came promptly to pick me up. The cab was clean, the driver professional. Thank you.

Prompt and polite driver. Never knew about their service before, my friend recommended them. It was worth the try. Their flat rate is definitely better than Uber price. Call and ask how much it will cost from A to B, then compare it to Uber or Lyft. Highly recommend to my families, friends and colleagues.

Called my daughter for a black taxi ride and the driver was so disgusting asking for my daughter number and giving her weird faces

I use this company services several times, phone operator are nice and helpful. Get taxi on time and driver are very professional, knows the routes and drop me safely at my destination.when weather is bad like snow storm ETC, uber is charging 3-5 times the regular rate but these guys always pick me up and meter rate are the same. They also gives me very good flat rate when i go out of city or airport. Cars are cleans and driver are very helpful. I will recommend that if you need these company services must try it.

I needed a cab to go to the airport; I called them 45 min ahead of time, gave them the address and asked for a confirmation that they would be there not later than the pick-up time that I specified. Then 2 min after the time they were supposed to pick me up, they called me back and said if I was willing to wait the cab would be there in 15 min. This is ridiculous and not acceptable.

I went to the office to prearranged my trip. The personal were friendly and helpful with setting up the timing. I realize I had made an error and with a phone call it was easily changed. The next day the cab arrived on time the weather and traffic were on our side after a smooth ride I arrived early for my appointment.

WARNING: Do not use this company, the drivers are very rude and will over charge you, I waited over 35mins for a taxi, I was charged extra and driver called me a lier

I give you guys zero stars! 10-15 mins for a van taxi just to have to call back 25 mins later and they didn't even send the cab out. Absolutely worst cab company in the city!

Driver was has nothing better to do the brake check people and drive at 40mph not professional just a sad company

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They have no system for telling the customer when the taxi is arriving. I am a guest in this town and was given this company name to use for taxis to work. Pre ordered a taxi for 8: 30am and by 8: 35 was told it would be there in six minutes. Six minutes later I called again and first was lied to and told my car was there, then they said someone else had taken the taxi. Which is odd as I was outside waiting the whole time. In the end it took 5 phone calls and a lot of waiting to finally get a taxi. I was 20 minutes late, and unnecessarily stressed for a very time sensitive appointment.

DISGIUSTING GOOGFS! I called cause the cab droped me off at my clinic and I was supposed to have a round trip back home. HE LEFT and didnt say anything. I called the company and the lady said.get this. "Figure it out. " So I called uber.

Every time I've used this company I'm told a cab will be at my door in 15 minutes. The minimum time I've waited is 30 minutes. I've waited an hour, called the company to find out that no taxi is on it's way.

When I called, the guy was extremely rude and hung up on me.

Honestly you are better off getting a uber.

They wonder why companies like Lyft and Uber are so popular. And then when you call them they cant help because you on the border of a city and it's not in there district, even though your going into there district. When you ask for help don be surprised if you get hung up on.

The reviews are not accurate, people having a bad day. I have used a Black Cab for over 6 years and they are reliable, courteous and considerate drivers.

Drivers have total disregard for road safety and rules. Look out for unit 503. Driving with earphones in, cutting off other cars no signals.

Booked black cabs for a ride with an infant in winter. They said cab will be there in 10 mins. We were waiting out in the cold for 30 min. My baby was cold so, I decided to call them to check status.i realized no cab was sent before and they were offering to send a cab now and it will reach in 10 mins. I said no thanks and made other arrangements to reach home. Will never recommend this cab service to anyone nor would I use them. The operator had no sign of regret for making their customer wait.
