The best Airsoft place I have ever been to! Not one of the best, it is The Best. Great Customer service offering the finest demonstration of service. Extremely knowledgeable staff, they know everything and would do so much for you tirelessly. Great quality and various products, they have plenty of products, and the price varying from cheap to very expensive. Thanks for Kevin’s help the other day, he explained a lot and recommended with just what I needed. However, the big downside of this place is that every time I go there, it takes a few hundred bucks out of my wallet.

Great customer service, can sometimes be pretty busy but the staff gets customers in and out quick. They always have what I’m looking for.

BlackBlitz is Amazing.

I have been there a few times for new guns as well as now having guns serviced and upgraded. The guys working there are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to answer every question I had. Currently have my Scorpion in for a repair the issue was found within a few moments. Being that another shop told me they weren't equip for this task. Will be returning to BlackBlitz for all new guns and 100% for upgrades.

Had the gun I wanted in stock and at a cheaper price than 2 other stores that took my money and then said they didnt have it. Got the item fast and exactly as described. Will look here first from now on. Thanks much

Did not follow the return policy I brought my gun under 14 days and did not want to do a refund or an exchange ensted he offered for me to pay to look inside at my expense so be careful when you buy a gun from here check else where before you go there and be prepared for a final sale on all guns which I never heard before from an Airsoft store. I would recommend replicaairguns.ca hassle free on any thing from there.

These guys genuinely care about airsoft and their customers, and go to great lengths to show that. I had a mix up with them over something, but they were very professional and helpful. In this day and age, finding people/companies you can trust is one of the biggest battles, and this is a crew you can trust to be fair, honest, knowledgeable, and not leave you hanging.

I have shopped at blackblits, at a couple prz events I purchased bbs, gas a tracer unit and an optic from your booth. 3 stars is still fair. I hope for a more pleasant interaction with the manager in the future, il give him the benefit of his friends words.

Ignorant and egotistical owners and staff. These people make airsoft look bad. Can’t wait to catch them on the field.

No respect for buyers following the purchase, I strongly advise against anyone who wants to do business with them, because they do not respond to emails once you have a problem after receiving your order, no service I bought a CAA micro roni from them dated November 11,2020 Is it not normal that the item was broken very quickly in the 'using, since the slide which is to hold the weapon broke. They don't sell good quality products

I got a r hop barrel from these guys worked great for the first mag but then started jamming ripping the bucking, when i looked at the patch on the barrel it didn't look very "well" done causing the jamming or the jamming caused damage to the patch.this was using HPA Enhanced bbs.

Very helpful staff, lots of good supplies and gear. The guys there are real helpful, and have saved me a lot of time working on my own stuff.
