I couldn’t be happier with this team. When my heat pump died, they were efficient in getting it remedied. I couldn’t be home when it was installed, without my asking, they sent me photos taken throughout the process. When my other (condo) heat pump goes, BlackRock will be my first choice.

BlackRock basically had carte blanche to replace our entire HVAC unit but when they came to do that, found that it was simply a wiring issue so didn't replace. It cost less than 10% of what I expected. You can't have a better supplier than that.

Really bad customer service, I asked for a quote they refused to give one. When I requested to speak to the owner I was told they wouldn't want to speak to me and hung up despite politely asking them not to. Would very much appreciate the owner of the company reaching out to me to clear this up.
