Blacksmith crew was fantastic to deal with from start to finish on my bike build. Mike hooked me up with some extras which was great. Big thanks to Jose for answering all my questions and putting together the build box. Finally, Brian was just so knowledgeable in dialing me on the bike fit! Highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic bike shop. They saved us when our chain got twisted in the bike. Luckily, we bumped into the owner of the shop. Everyone single person in their was super kind and the shop is beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The staff and mechanics have been friendly, helpful and within the two weeks that I've lived in Toronto have already started to feel like my community.

I had just a great experience with Blacksmith. I recently purchased a new set of wheels from them and when I brought my bike in for the install they offered to make some cosmetic changes (cut down steer tube, clean up cables, adjust saddle) on the house. It was in 2019 that I came accross this shop online and tried visiting them for my project build Ti road bike, best decission I ever made. They can get you literally almost any bike parts to complete your dream bike build. And on top of that, the people behind this bike shop are awesome and really take good care of me for what I need. They even go above and beyond to my recent request that I think no bike shop could ever done it. Huge thanks to the owner, Mike and to his staff Matt, Brian & Jessie. They build 2 of my bikes like a sculpted work of art.

Excellent customer service by professional and knowledgeable staff. My go-to shop for parts, service, and apparel. The mechanics here are the best in the biz, able to sort out the many, many different ways I've broken my road bike.

It doesn't get any better than Blacksmith Cycle, period. Always welcoming, friendly and willing to help out with any of my questions. Perfect bike service thanks to the talented mechanics and most importantly, making you feel like a valued customer regardless of what you may or may not be purchasing at the time. A true gem of a shop, we are blessed to have such a great place here in Toronto.

Easily the coolest bike shop in Toronto, and not just because they carry the best brands. Love the attention to detail when I'm shopping or getting my bike serviced, and the confidence knowing they will have whatever I need no matter how esoteric or obscure. Super friendly, one-stop shop, the only negative is the temptation to spend money on all the amazing stuff for sale.

Matt was really helpful when I went in to learn about options for touring bikes. 10 minutes saved me hours of internet research. When I'm ready to take the plunge I'll be back.

I live in Sweden and saw a Scapin frameset on the Blacksmith Cycle web page. Unfortunately my size was sold out, but Mike found me an even better one. The dialogue across the seas and time zones worked fantastically, the team’s knowledge is great and in no time at all I had a new frameset at my doorstep. Chapeau!

This shop is hands down one of the best bike shops in Toronto. From top of the line TT bikes to beaters from craigslist, they will help you with any bike issue and they don't try to sell you on things you didn't come for. Blacksmith's bike fitting process is also accessible and affordable - for just $150 they will take metrics, make adjustments and do whatever work needs to be done on your bike. Highly recommended.

Arguably the best bike store in the GTA. Although they carry a lot of exotic boutique brands you'll never feel pressured to spend more than your budget and they'll go out of their way to ensure that your bike fits you well and is suited to the riding that you want to do. Also you may be surprised at how competitive their prices are also. I recently had to modify my gearing for a big European cycling trip and Jesse the head mechanic tried a few options to find the solution for me and got my bike tuned up perfectly for the trip which was a blast. These are the reasons why I keep going back to them year after year for all my purchases and servicing needs.

Had a wonderful experience at Blacksmith! The crew that works there is so polite, welcoming and helpful with their clients. I highly recommend!

Huge thanks to Mike, Brian, Jesse and Matt for helping me build my dream bike. The order process was smooth and the bike arrived ahead of schedule. The guys did an incredible job putting everything together when it arrived, exactly to my specifications.

Quick service from knowledgable and friendly staff. Matt helped me but honestly everyone in there was awesome. So welcoming! I was super impressed and will definitely be back again.

Mike and his Team went above and beyond to hunt down and deliver to me the bike I wanted. In this on-line mad world, their personalized service and advice was invaluable and clearly sets them apart. My new bike certainly is the fanciest one they'll ever sell but they made it feel it was to me. It's mine and I love it.

This is the only bike shop I'm going to from now on. Customer service was 10/10. In terms of inventory, it's definitely geared towards the higher end, more serious customer, but these guys are down to earth and took lot's of time talking through different saddle options for me (a casual rider) with not even a hint of up-selling. Class acts.

Finally built a bike through Blacksmith! It was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Mike and Matt did an great job pointing me in the right direction as far as parts go and Brian did an excellent fit on the bike! Couldn't recommend Blacksmith any higher!

I've been riding and building bikes for a few years now and I am always looking for beautiful and unique frames and components. I found Blacksmith Cycles to be the place to find the most wonderful frames and accessories. All the brands they carry have a great story behind them and many are as rare as they are stunning. I recently bought a Festka Doppler frame from Mike and I was extremely happy with the service! He and I talked in much length to determine the perfect geo for me (addressing TT, stem length, etc etc.), In addition, after putting in the order the Shop was always available by email for updates and many changes that had to be made. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and the entire experience working with Mike at Blacksmith cycles!

I'm sure I'll be doing more business with them soon! I gotta keep building more bikes!
