I've had my Suzuki serviced here a few times. Always top notch service! They always take care of my needs and I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. I can be quite particular but I have no complaints with Blackstock motorsports. I will continue to have the wonderful staff service my bikes for many years to come and when the time is right, I know where to shop for a new one.

Darryl is the best parts guy around. Been coming here for at least 15 to 18 years and he is always very helpful.

Ordered a bunch of parts from here Darryl was awesome, very tentative and got back to me asap. Over Christmas they were closed but he reached out to me and made arrangements so I could pick the parts of so I could get my sled back together and going for a trip I was leaving on thx Darryl!

Very nice place bought a bike very quickly and picked it up at 12 the next day. All the staff were friendly and lots of gear to chose from.

First time I've bought parts from them had a nice talk with them seem like great people ill be back for sure. Been back 3 times now lol. Its a bit out of my way but I like how easy they are to deal with.

I recently just bought a 2022 grizzly from black stock Motorsport and right from the start of ordering the bike and picking it up they were a absolute pleasure to deal with. I can’t thank jim and Josh enough for putting a smile on my families face. I also dropped a motorcycle off to have tires installed and a service done and within 5 minutes of dropping it off one of the mechanics came to grab the work order and bring the bike into the shop, talk about putting customers first I was blown away!
Clean shop, Clean show room and they make you feel apart of the family I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thanks again guys!

The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, They explained what could potentially be the problem based on the description I gave them, and in turn gave me a very descriptive estimate of the cost to repair. When they investigated it further, they found a far simpler solution to remedy the problem than I had expected. I appreciate their transparency and honesty, and their effort to save me as much money as they could.

I needed a radiator repaired for my DRZ-400 which they did a great job on, saved me $200+. Mike was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though they not very close to where I live, I will certainly be calling them again if I need any other repairs or in the market for a new toy.

Well not to often I can do this anymore but after buying a new bike here and going for my first service I wish I could add more stars these guys from the sales to the service to the mechanics were all very professional and knowledgeable on everything I needed to know and were more then happy to help. They worked around my schedule with me and everything. Very fair prices on both service and from what I seen on helmets and any other equipment. I highly recommend them thanks again guys and everyone stay safe 2 wheels on the ground for my bikelife friend. Happy Yamaha Raider owner cheers

Blackstock Motorsports was super helpful with all of my inquiries and were able to get my new tires installed in a crunch. Mike from Service is exceptional at providing customer satisfaction. Im looking forward to taking my bike in for some recall work. Blackstock is Suzuki certified. I highly recommend this place for all your motorcycle needs they are a wealth of knowledge.

I have two Yamaha dealership within 15 minutes of my house and I still make the hour and a half drive. The staff is best, the pricing is competitive and they typically have whatever I need in stock. I highly reccomend checking them out if you need anything Yamaha or Suzuki related.

I've been shopping there for over 20 years, and bought stuff for my Yamahas, and later my Suzuki, and even my Guzzi. Helmets, gloves, boots, OEM parts, etc. Came in with a tire (Hard to find Metzeler Z6) for my Guzzi that I'd bought online, and was sent away. I do get it. I get down on people who try on helmets and clothes, then buy online. I understand, but I hope you understand that I'm not shopping there anymore. Your staff are great, and always have been. You guys are my local shop, and while I could change the tire at home, I like to spend local when I can. I love having a look at what's new and was hoping to browse while the tire was fitted, but I got turned away. I'm not someone you're going to get rich off of, but hey, it is what it is.

I live an HR away but still make the trip to Blackstock motors. That should speak volumes right there. I buy Yamaha so I don't have to continuously make trips to a dealer.but great guys and honest.

Bought a used bike and have had my dirtbike serviced here. The staff are nice the service is good the only reason for 4 stars is sometimes communication could be better and they could be open late one night in the week it can be hard to get there before 6pm.

Also some times there’s tires a costumer prefers that’s you just so happen not to carry

Kid at the parts desk was not the sharpest tool in the shed, and really didn't want to work for me. Went there for parts as my vehicle manufacturer's website said they were an approved service centre. They are not. Ok, maybe offer an alternative, give me suggestions, a retrofit. Instead the more senior parts guy said, no one in Canada carries these parts and turned his back to me and walked away. I drove 45 minutes for this? Brutal service.

Wow this place is packed with goodies. It’s clear the staff are really passionate and know their stuff. Head here first, it’s worth the drive.

Nice place small but looks like they are really into atv dirt bikes.and cruisers.small dealer away from the city if they were closer more people would go. I'm sure they have a good local customer base.nice place friendly people

Came out to the demo ride Blackstock motorsport & Yamaha put on today. Cant say one bad thing about the bikes, staff. Had a great time, super friendly. When asked what I thought about each test ride I gave my appinion and even when listing some cons about the bike in my opinion they didnt try and tell me I'm wrong, not every bike is made for each type of rider. Also while waiting around to get a chance to ride each bike I was interested in, I was offered a water. On a hot day in your riding gear that's a small thing that goes a long way. They have my respect and will have my business.

Best dealer I've ever dealt with. Mike and the guys are awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Had my 2006 Midnight Venture safetied there last year and a clutch master/slave cylinder rebuild done this spring and in both cases my expectations were EXCEEDED. Highly recommend this place - great Tuesday Night Bike Nights too.

The worst yamaha dealership around, i’ve been going back her time and time again because i didn’t know of any other dealerships, i gave these guys my trust to order me the correct parts for my machine and every time i’d get there and the wrong part would be there after i made it clear my part was for a yz250 they continued to order parts for a 125 because “that’s what my account is listed as” when i continuously told them over the phone for a 250.the parts people lack responsibility and respect they don’t treat customers like a dealership should and don’t seem to like there job, very lazy, unpredictable and non trustworthy with ordering parts.i will never come back to blackstock yamaha again because of them.the sales workers are very good people but other than that, a terrible buisness at the end of the day.

Friendly professional service. Bought a couple of bikes there and have all my service completed at this shop.

Great customer service. They did accommodate my request at a short request to do a Safety inspection on the Motorcycle I bought. They did a minor fix at no charge. They have decent collection of jackets a d helmets. Mike was very helpful to me as I am new to motorcycle riding.

I had my Yamaha bike serviced here and I was very impressed with the service I recieved. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I called about a week before the appointment and they were able to take me in, I explained that I couldn't leave the bike there as I was traveling 30 minutes to get to the shop and they were very accommodating. Serviced the bike in less than 2 hours and the price was excellent, way cheaper than other shops plus they are authorized Yamaha service center. They also had very good sale on equipments so I ended up buying some gears as well. Great shop and great people. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work!
