Blackstone Steakhouse and Grill - Mississauga

Great experience overall! Friendly and attentive staff. We were a group of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed the calamari, jerk wings, shrimp and jerk nachos. Entrees were amazing! We ordered the 16 oz rib eye to share between my wife and I. As much as we enjoyed it, we were too full to finish. I'm looking forward to my lunch tomorrow. Highly recommended!

The servers were nice, and the food presentation was good.

However the entree was just average.

We got a table In their other hall rather than the main place. We were told about it before hand and we agreed to it. However the hall was an ambiance killer.

Given the price point, they definitely need to work on the hall or not offer it as a place for dining in at all.

Over all an avreage experience which warrants going to the place only once

I must say being a vegetarian I was hesitant to go since it's a steakhouse. But I had plenty of choices and wasnt disappointed. The food was amazing and had so much flavor, I was so impressed. The service was amazing and hats off to the chef. Love seeing the interaction with chef and his customers. It was my first time here and 100% i will be going back. Thank you so for the hospitality, and for the best cheese cake and chocolate mouse. I highly recommend going here!

Oh my God what a service it is my 10th anniversary and rubena made it amazing.rubena was amazing me and my husband thought twice that she is the owner she made our evening amazing she is putting so much hard work in her job.

Food was mediocre at best, tables were extremely small for the size of the plates we were getting, the atmosphere absolutely sucks, the rug next to us kept getting pulled from the floor, the service was extremely weird, our server seemed impatient and sarcastic half the time, I’m definitely never coming back here, especially for the price I paid

While I found the food to be good, the ambience is nice but the service I gave it 2stars only. We asked to reserve the place for an occasion but last minute they didn’t cancelled but they weren’t able to give us the room that we asked to be reserved as they said the “heater” isn’t working.they didn’t tell us ahead of time when we showed up for that day but only told us when we asked why they prepared the space in a different area…anyways, what can we do, too late to cancel.

Premium halal steakhouse and hands down one of the best in Mississauga and GTA. We were seated right away. We ordered jerk chicken nachos, Striploin 10 oz steak from "Steaks on stone" with fries and Caesar salad, Portobello chicken, Chicken Quesadillas with fries and mock tails that included Mango mint classic, colada punch etc. Nachos were okay, steak was perfect, cooked to perfection, soft and juicy. Mango mint was refreshing and packed with flavors. Caesar salad on the side was not fresh, lettuce was almost dead. Music was too loud, considering it was lunch time. I would definitely go back but a little attention would further enhance customer experience!

We came here yesterday, on a snowy bad weather Saturday night and ordered a tomahawk steak and brisket, fries for app and drinks, the server took our order and 5 mins later a lady comes to us and is like we don’t have the tomahawk, a min later she’s like we don’t have the brisket either, we were upset cuz we were looking forward to it and had driven there in bad weather for it. What steakhouse doesn’t have their signature items available at all at 7: 00 pm on a Saturday night? I told the lady nicely that that’s a little upsetting since we came just for this and the server took our order even, I’m going to leave a negative review, she said give me a min and try to fix this, comes back and is like we have a branch next door, I can call them and ask if they have a tomahawk available but we Defs can’t do brisket as we just put it in and it takes 6 hrs to slow cook. I guess they’re expecting customers at 1am.
Overall, not happy with their service.

I went here for dinner on Sunday night with my friends despite not making our reservation it was a pretty short wait, amazing food, service was fast and courteous, and portions were big enough

It's always a pleasure to visit Blackstone Grill. Loved the atmosphere, food, and service. We ordered pasta, chicken with mashroom sauce and steak. The drinks compliment the food perfectly. Kids loved the pasta, chicken was delicious, and the steak was flavorsome and juicy. Highly recommended!

It was needed years eve so the server forgot a few things but it’s expected as it was so packed. The food was delicious!

It's also worth noting that, despite the recent move to a new location, the Google page still displays outdated pictures that do not accurately represent the current, inviting atmosphere. This discrepancy, however, did not detract from the exceptional dining experience.

In conclusion, Blackstone Steakhouse and Grill, coupled with Parm's outstanding service, exceeded all expectations. The food was just okay, didn’t warrant the price. Service was rude, constantly rolling their eyes and seemed like they weren’t interested in being there. The lighting didn’t fit the dinner environment. Too bright

I was really disappointed with my whole experience as it was honestly terrible. I came with my dad and we both ordered spicy crispy chicken burgers and calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was ok no issues, but the burgers and the service were terrible. My burger arrived first and I was disappointed because it wasn’t even the spicy crispy chicken it was just a chicken patty that looked liked a basic frozen patty heated up. It took 45 minutes for the second burger to come out. There clearly was some issue and someone forgot about it completely or even sent the order correctly. We asked about the second burger and the one waitress had no idea what we were talking about even when she went back to check for it. The second server then said after 10 minutes that it was on its way shorty. When the burger did arrive it came with the wrong side. It was brought afterwards but it was honestly a waste of time and money. I found the service was terrible and it wasn’t actually taken seriously. With the amount of halal restaurants in the area now I don’t see myself returning here.

This place is LOVE! I went there today for my birthday dinner, food was perfect, staff was so friendly, so good, the whole experience was perfect.
The girl Manpreet is a darling, she was the reason for such a good experience. This was my first time there but now its going to be on top of my list for any and every hangout.
