John & James have a wealth of knowledge and are very supportive of our communities cycling needs. They also have a large selection of cycling related products in store. If I have any questions they take the time to answer them. I have bought two road bikes from Blackwell Cycle and have been very happy with the product support.

Excellent service and top quality parts and accessories. I got an inner tube replaced in my front tire on my TREK. Change valve from a Presta valve to a more practical Schrader valve. While getting the work done, I checked out their great selections of accessories and purchased a bike mirror.

I definitely will be taking my TREK back to Blackwell Cycle for repairs and service.
