They don’t answer their phone or emails and I an a business phone thats been in business for 25 years and I can’t even get a reply back or what I asked for! STO shouldn’t have your company product with you!

The worst team of workers wandering around doing nothing. No customer service. Dumb forklift guys dont care at all. Never come here again

Terrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes to get 2 bags of sand. Ended up walking into warehouse to help myself. Another customer did the same thing. A ton of people wandering around but no one to serve customers.

Not the greatest supplier, at the same time, not the worst. At least you get knowledgeable answers when speaking to a sales rep as opposed to going to Home Depot where you’re talking to a teenager who is clueless.

I went to Blair for building material and before I even got to the gate, I had a "gentleman" driving the forklift yelling at me, telling me I couldn't enter (because of COVID-19). I had a mask on and respectfully tried to ask for assistance and he kept yelling at me saying he couldn't hear me even before I could finish a sentence. I fully understand that times are challenging and we are all making sacrifices because of the pandemic. That is no excuse for someone to be rude and dismissive. He demonstrated one of the lowest forms of customer service I've ever experienced. He went out of his way to make sure all the other customers who were waiting for curbside heard him yelling at me. I will never go back. Instead, I'll spend my hard earned money where I am appreciated and respected.

Bought 65 sheets of styrofoam for $23 and they delivered and next i walked in the next day for 15 more sheets price went up by $4 because they knew i was stuck. Felt like getting robbed.
