Always nice to support a local and Canadian-owned business, and I was very pleased with the personal service provided by Will, Evan and Luke. The product quality, service upon pickup, and post-purchase outreach have been top notch. You can't go wrong with these guys!

My Office recently purchased the L Shaped Waterfall Reception Station. The amount of space offered by the desk and storage cubbies has proven to be valuable. The people who delivered and assembled the unit were professional, quick and very much appreciated.

He was replying late for my messeges, didn't contact to me by phone and made wrong colours presentation. Highly dissapointed with the service

I ordered a matching set of their Icon chairs, which arrived much sooner than expected. They look great and have been very comfortable, no complaints!

Bought two 30 x 60" truffle table tops from Atwork. Absolutely pleased with the aesthetic and durable finish of this Canadian desk/table top product. It's been a long time since amazing customer service has impressed me. I was in the market for a chair mat and when I asked around, I was told there were a lot of awful ones out there. I found atWork Office Furniture and started chatting with Rodney on their great chat pop-up. I ordered the mat right away on the advice of the chatter. Once it arrived, I found there was a manufacturing flaw in it. (I was told this is very uncommon as they have been ordering from this company for 30 years!) After asking if I can fix this, the owner called me up and said he would replace it. They kindly delivered it to me before Christmas. I am very grateful that they got it to me before then. I was also looking for a chair and again, Rodney helped me by asking what I liked or needed in a specific office chair and he sent me a selection online. From the start of the sale, they sent me confirmations, updates and even a Christmas e-mail. A special thanks to Blair for extending fabulous customer service. I got a refurbished Aeron chair from here. Delivery guys were super friendly, fair price, I could honestly not tell this was a used chair at all!

The desk top I ordered was exactly what I wanted. It arrived at the expected time and I would recommend this company.

Was a bit nervous buying used furniture over the web - but atWork was great. They followed up quickly, kept me fully informed of delivery, and did a safe and professional job of delivery during COVID times. I'd recommend them and any future needs I have I'm sure to come back. I really liked that they checked in with me after the sale to make sure things were going well.

Ordered a Hon chair for home office, it came at a great price. They had to wait for a volume order for the item that is not normally carried in Canada so the order took a little while longer. Staff was very friendly and when my order came through a bit over a month it came pre-assembled. Not sure if their website was setup with individual buyers in mind, but it would be maybe nicer to have some sort of status updates on the account page. Overall though I got what I was looking for and delivery was free so no complaints. Clarification free delivery because I'm local to them.

AtWork is a classic example of never judge a book by its cover. They’re not fancy, their website is definitely not as sleek as the big furniture brands - but their products and prices are top quality!

If you’re looking to set up your home office in the post-pandemic era, I highly recommend you start with atwork’s refurbished Arron chair. Looks and feels brand new and is less than half the price of a new one.

If you’re not sure what to buy, they also have a very helpful recommendations section on their website. I did my own research - and their recommendations are in line with those of independent reviewers.

I ordered an office chair for a work from home office setup. The order was confirmed promptly and staff were in in touch by phone to provide updates on expected delivery times. It was refreshing to be able to speak to real people rather than voiceautomated customer service. The chair was delivered on the date committed and arrived fully assembled. It did not come with an instruction manual but since the chair was a fairly simple design I didn't need one to operate the features effectively. The HON chair was great quality for the price and manufactured in North America, model # HWMM. Y2. A. H. IM. CU10. AL. SB. T

I'm very thankful for refurbished equipment that is still in great condition for a fraction of the cost.

I placed an online order exactly 2 weeks ago. Despite receiving several emails initially confirming my order with receipt of payment, I never did receive any follow up correspondence regarding the status of my online order (one of the emails received read in part: "Within the next 2 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated ready date"). I never did receive a follow up email. After 9 days I called to follow up on my order and was assured I would be contacted the next day to advise me of the status of my order.which never happened. Called a second time 13 days after order placed and was again assured I would receive a phone call the following day.yet again nothing. I can understand if an order is delayed due to circumstances out of atWork's control, however, nothing was ever mentioned, leaving me to believe there is either a lack of transparency or poorly trained staff. Either way I'm not impressed with how my order has been handled to date. Hopefully someone can take charge and begin delivering on the promises that have to date remain unfulfilled. *EDIT*. Received order and ultimately was happy with transaction despite issue mentioned.

I purchased a refurbished Herman Miller office chair. Staff were professional and the purchase and pick-up went very smooth. The chair looked brand new. Would happily recommend.
